I was going to stop, but based on their religious signage I am not part of their desired customer base. From the reviews, I may have dodged a bullet. There's a self-service car wash in Elephant Butte that meets my needs.

I have gone twice and had poor results both times regardless of which wash you pick. After the car dries it leaves dust streaks and the car still looks just as dirty before you go in. Save your money and use a hose at home. You will likely get the same results.

my car was a MESS so of course i had to go to the famous The Car Wash but when i arrived they poured mud on my vehicle. my poor randy was in such a horrible state afterwords and i yelled at the guy for what he had done and he told me that its because i don t believe in his religion. dawg what. we barely spoke 2 words to each other and he already assumes More

Honestly most likely a waste of money for how much it is their automatic bay does not clean at all it's just a pretty light show and nothing more better off just spraying your car off with a hose or driving through one of the many puddles we have in town from busted water mains. If you used the sun rotted brushes in the wash bay make sure to go In Circles to give your paint job a cool design because it will get scratched

I appreciated there religious witness in decorating their building. Have used the service several times with average results. 8/12 morning I stopped, paid for best wash, noticed it wasn t same as previous. Called number posted, the man who answered told me stay there the boss would come. No show. I sent text message to same number with pics of my finished car still with dust streaks and bird poop spots. No response.

Was charged on my debit card for a wash I didn t get because the machine said it couldn t accept it.

Since it is about the only drive through Car Wash in T or C, it is a great place for a car wash.

Vacuums eere pretty decent. 1.25 to start. Water pressure in manual car wash wasn't very strong but did work. Automatic car wash was always full and vehicles looked great when coming out. I didn't use it because of the line to get in.

Your deluxe wash isn't getting it done ? 3rd time we've used it on our new vehicle.Still left alot of grime & water spots on the car, along with bugs on the windshield. Having to take the car home , soap it down re-rinse and wipe to remove all excess left behind from the delux wash. Defeats the purpose of going to your car wash ! ... somethings changed in your wash system that may be causing this? Also ; the water pressure on your manual spray hoses on the side bays are weak ? LOW PRESSURE DOES NOT ALLOW FOR A GOOD RINSE OFF OF A VEHICLE !!

The automatic car wash does not use soap. If you want to use soap you have to buy the Deluxe package. I've called and contacted the owner several times and she insists that the water sprayed on the vehicle is soap. It used to be soap when they 1st upgraded the unit. Now it seems that they just give it a squirt of dawn dish detergent and that's it. Very unhelpful and horribly stains the car with hard water. Blower is seriously ineffective. They lost a customer!!Service: Vacuuming

Edit: new machine was installed. Worked just fine. Added some stars.Didn't wash the front or back of my car.The auto bar goes down in front and back of the car but the nozzles didn't turn and just pointed down.Then the water drips horribly after the wash while the dryers are going. So it left a wet car when done.Not happy since the price went up and quality went down.

Sonethings in the water because if you don't dry your car right away, you will have wicked spots and streaks all over your car. I guess 3 stars because at least there is a car wash. Looks like there trying to keep it nice, but a lot of people just trash the facility.

Standard coin operated cash wash. Not busy when I used it.Older car wash and the booth I used the heavy soap setting did not work. Plus it needed a good cleaning. The unit had a great deal of mud and dirt in it. Normal for a older cash wash.

I paid 12 dollars for the "ultimate " wash and my vehicle was full of spots afterwards ,I came home and washed it myself.

Your car comes out dirtier than it went in They really need to do something about the quality of water there. Will not go back.

I was able to safely pull a 16ft Travel trailer into the last do it yourself bay and rinse off the road salt from I-25 and then pull through. Be cautious anything larger.. there are sharp turns.

This place is a ripoff. $3 for barely enough time to wet the vehicle with the soap let alone use the foam brush.

I was at the car wash to use the vacuum. The vacuum was powerful with great suction. The time was enough and the price of four quarters. Change machine on site.

It worked but was missing the wax feature? Not sure if there was soap either. Could be better but it is just another car-wash.

Glad to have a car wash. I used to live in Cloudcroft with no car wash because it freezes there for many months.
