Deron and his partner do very good work. He s always been good to me and his work is great. He s done things that other mechanics can t do for me. The only thing I could ever say negative I guess about Terry s is waiting to get in there. He s busy cause he s good. He does his job good. Just like a good doctor. They re always busy. Amazing shop. I know just enough about cars to know that they are very good at what they do. Most shops just throw parts at a problem but they did the actual work and charged me a fair price. Terry s Automotive takes such great care of their customers. They only do the work needed, even if the initial diagnosis indicated more extensive work. Today was no exception. So thankful to feel safe in my car.It is no secret about their kindness and super service so they are busy. Plan your maintenance and schedule with them. You will be pleased and satisfied that your repairs are done right! This shop repaired the air conditioning in my van. I'm traveling through town and was uncertain who to trust. Quite a number of local people recommended Terry's Tire and Alignment and I am so glad they did! Deren did a great job and I highly recommend this auto repair shop!

I scheduled a appointment and waited two weeks for an alignment. Show up at 9 am for my appointment and they are rude and say they can t do it and make a bunch of excuses. They have wasted my time twice. Horrible customer service.

Best experience.. Good and kind hard working employees that go extra for the customers. The employees stayed late to help us on a holiday weekend. Hard to find good people like them .. Definitely 10stars-Service: TiresService: Tires

Seems like a solid shop. Went in for an alignment after getting new struts. Everything was within the parameters, so they only charged for an inspection.

This family owned business, is honest and hard working. They do tires & Alignments and oil changes. The building out front was horse shoes and wagon wheels, once upon a time in T or C.
