We were on a long off roading trip through New Mexico when our truck stopped working. These guys were freaking fantastic. They were willing to take a look at it and get it to a point where we could at least limp it home. They were all super knowledgeable. If I could leave a 10 star review I would!

Fast, reliable, and fair pricing. It s all true! We re RVers and our tow vehicle (GMC Canyon pickup) had the water pump go bad. We dropped it off Monday 10AM and picked it up Tuesday 2:30PM. All fixed!!! Austin is an awesome mechanic and human being. Highly recommend!!!

Fast service and reasonably priced but I just needed a tire "unscrewed". Chatted with another customer who had positive feedback about the shop so I'll be back for more work as needed.10-30-23 took my CR-V in for repairs due to pack rats and they did everything I needed even installed a custom screen to keep the rats out of the fresh air intake. Great job guys!!

I have always gotten good service here. Austin (the owner) is very skillful and knowledgeable, as are his employees. I feel like my car is in good hands when I bring it here.Prices are not outlandish, and they've actually charged me less than the estimate when service took less time than expected to complete.They are often too busy to answer the phone here, so it's best to call first thing in the morning, or go into their office to make an appointment.

I pulled up at 4:45 pm on a Monday with a check engine light on. By 6:20 pm I was back on the road. They made 3 trips to the parts store. Explained every step they took. The price was ridiculously inexpensive. I wish I lived here and had access to this place all the time.

They were great when we brought my Mom s vehicle in for service.They advised her tires were old and she shouldn t get on the freeway. So I called them when we got home and left them a message to order tires for her car. I assumed they got the message, never got any call back. So we waited a week and a half, still didn t know if they were ordered. We needed to get to El Paso, so I called to tell them we have to go someplace else. The man who answered just hung up on me. He never said, we have the tires or we would have gone to get them. I was shocked at the customer service. We definitely won t be using them again!Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair

cheap, but they do not care one bit and trick you and rip you off. Being one of the only auto shops in town they take advantage of you.. I came in for a few problems and 2 of the 3 they did not fix or fixed in such a messed way it is going to cost me a lot more money to fix properly. Rear shock absorber mount bolt came off and they welded a permanent bolt without any nut in the wrong direction through my rear shock on to the frame, so now it is impossible to change the shock (a part that need to be changed ever once in a while) and the bolt they used is too short which makes shock crooked and so it cannot travel correctly they way they mounted it.. the only way to fix the thing they did is to have someone cut the bolt they welded on off. Totally inconsiderate. Not to mention I asked for a brake inspection which they never did, and they lied about that. rear hubs to inspect the drums were never taken off. They are lazy and unprofessional.Services: Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance

Wont' be going back there again. I does not feel good when you leave a place and, the dog house assembly and interior trim that are removed for service by the mechanics are left disconnected that should have been reconnected so when you get home you have to spend time completing the job. Their staff is rushing about and do not care. Also they change staff a lot when speaking to one staff mechanic he said he was just hired and they let him do whatever he wants. When you ask them questions about a number of things they are dishonest about it. Austin is a professional con man and did not follow through with promises and mislead me from the start.Service: General repairs & maintenance

These guys are great. I rolled through in a camper van and was having some issues. Austin took me in right, fixed what needed to be fixed and I was on my way. Totally recommend these guys!!

Austin saved my bacon! Was travelling through and had a vacuum pump go out and he got me back on the road in less than an hour. He is great to deal with, honest and fair on his prices.

I had a wheel bearing fail on my way now from Mexico. They promptly repaired it and got me on my way. I will drive the 220 miles back for them to work on my truck. They were that good. I used to own a crane business so I know what competency is.

Austin said he started his business in his 20's and ten years later he has a vibrant business with clients who love him...including my husband and I.He was swamped but made time to change a bearing in our travel trailer.

I was working in the TorC, Williamsburg NM area and had to have some welding done and have a rear transmission seal replace. Great service and honest. Prices are competitive and the work was done in a timely manner

I know they will say they have no records of me being there because they would not give a written quote but that what they do. They also wasted my time and didn't seemed to know what they are doing.
