Everyone here was amazing and kind! My car had broken down outside of T or C, and Archie took it in to look at it the next morning, and even gave me a ride to the McDonald's so I wasn't stranded in that part of town. Really great mechanics and kind people!

Archie is so amazing! Me and myfriends were stranded and we went to Archie s not realizing he was closed on weekends. Luckily he was there and offered to take a look at my car. Even though the problem wasn t something he could fix (specific Nissan transmission issue) he let us use his restroom and gave us refuge until we were able to get some help. He treated us like his family and I was beyond grateful for his help.

Last week our truck started having problems on a road trip, and we were 35 miles away from town. I called ahead to Archie's Automotive to see if they could look at our truck, and the mechanic was SO nice and accommodating to our needs! He took time out of his day to look at and diagnose it right away. And his repair was a reasonable price and the truck is working great now. Thanks for rescuing us on our trip and getting our truck running again!! If I ever get stuck with a car problem near this town again, I will definitely go back to this shop.

Randy takes great care of me. He's fast and reliable. Guarantee's all his work. He fixed my air conditioner in half an hour. Everyone should give him a call.

Randy at Archie s Automotive was so gracious and helpful. We were on a road trip to Albuquerque and even though he was on the verge of closing, he made accommodations for us without hesitation. Quick, kind and professional. Would recommend to any passerby or local!

Professional and quality service. I would definitely refer my family and friends. Doesn't try to get you to buy unneeded services. Prices are very fair, he's reliable and above all that, he's honest.

I cruised into Truth or Consequences, NM on a road trip at the very end of October 2017, and the day after I got into town, I noticed some coolant leaking from underneath my vehicle--not good. After doing a bit of research online, I headed over to Archie's Automotive with my situation and a slew of questions. Randy (owner/operator) dropped what he was doing upon my arrival and gave me his honest assessment of my situation. Deciding I didn't want to mess with a shaky water pump across the NM and AZ deserts, I had Randy put me on his schedule to get things taken care of. I hung around the shop for much of the work, and Randy took extra time to explain in detail all the in's and out's of the work, the nuances of my vehicle, and what I should expect going forward. Honest, hard-working, and very fair-priced, Randy is a knowledgable and experienced mechanic who treats his customers right. It's nice to know that mechanics like Randy are still out there in the world, treating their customers like family from day one while doing thoughtful and honest work. If you take your vehicle to Randy, you can rest assured he will do right by you and have you back on the road with not only a functioning vehicle, but a much greater knowledge of your car in general. Thanks for the work, Randy.
