Do not call them. Use AC Towing in Taos, NM. This company gave an ETA of 30-60 min that turned into we can t get to you until next day after waiting 90 min. They charge you a $19 processing fee even if they can t show up. The company is based in Austin, TX. They have to shop around for bids of local towing places.

When you call in, the company uses a 1-800 # service that routes you to a call center. They are less than helpful, and delay the process greatly. Once you've agreed to their terms, they tell you how much everything will cost, for us it was $800+. They ensured us dispatch would call us in 5 mins with an ETA. An hour went by before someone called us and told us the original driver was stuck on another job, and they could send a back up person for $1400.00....No.We were stranded in a ditch for hours waiting without service and no one local to assist. Thankfully a local construction crew helped us out.
