Let me preface this by saying that I hardly ever write reviews of places, however my experience with Mike, completely warrants it!Mike is exactly what your hopes and dreams are made of when you need help! For context, I was on a road trip in my new to me 2014 BMW 335i, headed from Dallas, Texas up to Reno, Nevada. About 400 miles into our trip, I had a Drive Train Malfunction error come on and send me to the side of the road, being unable to maintain speed. After letting the car reset, we decided to limp towards Albuquerque. Given it was a Sunday afternoon, we began searching mechanics in the area with the slightest chance of maybe finding someone to help us out. We came across Mike, gave him a call and let him know we were on the way. We pulled into Mike s driveway, and he got right to work. I had a blown air intake charge pipe, and with a little creativity, some Apollo 13 Tape and Zip Ties, we were back on the road less than 27 minutes later and headed for Northern Nevada. Adding a couple strips of Duct Tape here and there, we made it the 1000+ miles home.Additionally, Mike was great in helping to direct us in sending the exact parts we need to order (with the links to them all on our phones before we were back up to highway speed).Mike is an all around great small town mechanic that knows BMW s and saved our trip! First of all I want to thank Michael for taking my car on a Sunday. I m driving from Los Angeles to NJ my car breaks down on i40, my radiator had a huge leak, and needed a replacement. My car was repaired successfully and I m excited to say I made it home safely. My experience with Mike was amazing he s professional and service man, while he fix my vehicle same day, he drove me and my kids to a nearby hotel and he also delivered my vehicle the same day at the hotel. Service was priced reasonable and affordable. Overall his full service was 5 stars!

I hardly ever write reviews, but Michael basically saved me while I was on a road trip from Michigan to Arizona (driving through New Mexico), so this warrants a review! He is five stars all the way.Michael did an amazing job diagnosing and handling the issues I was having with my Ford F150 truck. I had taken my truck to 3 other mechanics (in the middle of my road trip) who could not figure out what was wrong with my vehicle. Michael knew immediately what was wrong with it and replaced all the spark plugs within an hour. He worked after-hours to make sure that I was taken care of and he charged me a very reasonable price.Most importantly, he really knows what he is doing and he is an amazing person who really cares. Highly, highly recommend him.

Michael was amazing in my time of need! My truck overheated on Rt66 from a leaky radiator. I walked several miles to fetch coolant and dumped it in but my truck was still in the red. Stuck sitting on rt66, I called Michael whom I have never met and he quickly came to my location. He assessed the issue, helped get it to his garage, and gave me a lift home. He replaced my radiator,fan,and water pump in less than 5 hrs at great price! Even brought my truck back to me when it was finished! What amazing service!!!

I was desperate to have my car looked at on a Sunday morning in the middle of a cross country drive. I was relieved to see a BMW parked in his driveway. He was able to diagnose my issue confidently in less than 15 minutes and let me know it was safe to drive. What a relief. On my way home from a 30 hour drive from Oregon to Texas and to my luck the alternator belt in my chevy cruze snaps and manages to take the pullie and the water pump with it. My car was on the side of I40 and not in a very great spot, but Mike was there in less than 10 minutes and was able to diagnose the issue almost immediately and also recommended a good tow for us to get it off the road.Mike was honest, experienced , and even though we had to wait there since we planned on still going to Texas that day, it wasn t an issue because Mike was a great conversationalist. He got the job done same day and I was able to get back home safe and in good time. Great Price, Awesome mechanic, and somehow even better person.6/5 stars if I could!

My husband struck started misfiring when traveling through New Mexico on our way to California. We didnt know what we were going to do since it was sunday and everywhere was closed. Michael was as broadly knowledgeable and skilled mechanic as I've encountered at my age of 69. He is extremely proactive in taking everything into consideration and best quality and warrantied parts as needed and available. What an education on mechanics he provides, as well. Mechanics like this do not grow on trees.You won't get this kind of personalized service at the big franchise outfits. So glad I found him!

We are on a long 2 months road trip around United States, from Ft Lauderdale, FL, and find ourselves in Arizona.It is Saturday, 4 in the afternoon and the car is reheated. We exit I-40 in Sedillo, literally in the middle on nowhere, but it has a big gas station; after all is the Old Route 66. I could have died there but my wife is modern and with an IPhone will solve all the problems in the world. Soon she finds mechanics in the area that would be willing to look after our car. And Michael answers the phone. He is on the road from visiting his father in Arizona but will be home in one hour, and his home is just 4 miles away!Like a Swiss watch Michael arrives on time! He looks at what is going on with the car and, yes, he can fix it! We are already registered in a hotel about 25 miles away and our Good Samaritan takes us there. He buys the parts, fixes the car, and takes the car back to our hotel. I was more than happy to take him home but he brought his wife along to take him back home. All that at 10:30 pm. On a Saturday evening.I don t really wish anyone the experience but if you happen to be in this situation, pray that Michael is near or, at least, another angel. Thanks a lot, Michael!

I don t normally leave reviews but Mike definitely deserves more than 5 stars. I highly recommend that if you re in or around Albuquerque and need someone who is honest, reliable and genuinely helpful, mike is the man for the job. I had a check engine light come on, on my way through NM and thankfully found mike who went above and beyond to walk me through and show me what was going on. He even went the extra mile to help me find the part I needed. I don t know much about the in s and out s of vehicles but I know a good genuine, honest person when I meet one. We ended up on the side of the highway on a very hot day, with our 5 kids in the van headed home from a visit with family. It was an issue that had given us trouble before and noone could seem to pinpoint the exact problem. After 30 minutes of waiting Mike was there to save the day, and had already diagnosed the problem. After a quick trip to get the part and supplies we were back on the road in no time. Very affordable and very descriptive in sharing information. Thanks again Mike for the excellent service.

My wife's 2005 mini Cooper broke down after the BMW dealer mechanic worked it in Albuquerque. We brought her car home and only ran for a month then broke down again. After a few weeks having it part I found Michael online and called him. He told he could work it so I left it up to him and within a week he had it running. My wife and I are so grateful for all the work he did. I drove it home and I felt like I was driving a race car. Michael you did a great job. We are happy and very grateful. Thank you.

Michael was wonderful ! We are traveling 1200 miles and every mechanic was closed, any that weren't, could not get us in until tomorrow morning. We called him and he immediately came to help ! Not only did he repair our vehicle, he saved us time and money. He didnt mind my sister watching him do the repair since she loves learning things like that. He even gave her tips ! He was so kind and we ABSOLUTELY recomend him. Thank you for saving the day !!!!

This post will be long so I will start by saying 5 stars isn t even close to enough. My sister, 2 kids-3 and under and a dog were traveling from Utah to Alabama pulling a 10 ft trailer. No one wants trouble when traveling across the country but unfortunately, the bearing on one wheel of the trailer decided to do the impossible and grind themselves down about 10 hours in to our 36 hour trip. Mike told us it was like it was ripped off the trailer and like nothing he had seen before. We dropped the trailer off on a SATURDAY NIGHT (7-8pm). We expected to be told when we were calling around that we wouldn t hear anything until Monday like all the other places we called. That was however, not the case. He let us know he would look at it first thing the following morning (Sunday). We didn t know him and we were at the mercy of just about anyone to get back on the road. We called the following morning and he said he actually looked at it the night before and explained what was needed and said he would have it done that day and make sure both sides of the trailer were up and running to get us to our destination. In a world full of dishonesty everything he did and said was done with fairness, pride and honesty. He had it ready earlier than he had said and even made sure all aspects of our vehicle and trailer were safe and secure. I cannot thank him enough or even write a review to explain how appreciative we are for his fast, extremely reasonable and honest services. The only thing I wish is that we lived near him so he could do all our car repairs. Thank you so very much! We made it safe to Alabama with no issues!

Do not hesitate to call him, he will try to help you from distance. My car stop working in the middle of I-40 and even though he was out in vacations he helped me find a solution through a phone call.

Mike fixed an oil leak problem caused by a local auto service and eased my concern about a cross country trip I was headed over a weekend when the original auto service was closed. I made an appointment to get my oil changed. When I got there at 10 AM no one was around. It was a residence so I pounded on the door. I was about to give up and leave when the owner came out in his pajamas saying he d had an emergency the night before and hadn t gotten much sleep, and I should come back in 2 hours. This was a half hours drive from my house, so I d already wasted over an hour. This is no way to run a business. Emergencies happen, but if you have a business you don t leave your customers hanging.

Ya wow I cannot thank Mike and his family enough. I RECOMMEND MIKE 10000000% HE IS ONE OF THE BEST MECHANICS AND HIS PRICES ARE SERIOUSLY AMAZING. KIND, GENUINE, DOWN TO EARTH PERSON!!! A few months ago my 20 year old rav4 was having a mystery issue where the whole car would stall randomly as I was driving. Being Sunday, no one was open so I decided by chance to give Mike a call even though his shop was 30 minutes away. Seriously he was so determined to find the issue. He tried out so so many different things from cleaning batteries to filters to re grounding wires and bolts, each time taking my car out for a spin and we could see it when he came back it was not the solution. In the process found my ORIGINAL 20 year old oil filter still in my car lol so he replaced it and was hopeful but that was still not it. What a find though. After 7 hours he finally found the solution.... two wires had been rubbed down and were touching each other causing the electrical system to short and restart!!! The solution ended up being some zip ties and tape lol for mike you could see figuring out the puzzle was a real challenge and joy and he is incredibly passionate for his work. Mike knows European cars!I Recommend getting Price in writing before work is done with Mike it can save on the pocket book for sureHe did some prior work on a Mini Cooper for me was happy with his work and knowledge he seems to really know his stuff on European vehicles and felt he was professional til he worked on my SubaruWouldn t recommend Asian(Subaru)car workWas charged an extreme amount of labor for front CV shafts bearings & hubs was given the amount of $300 for front end workand $400 for up pipe& down pipe install ended up paying $1300 laborBasically because he was learning it while doing it so I had to pay for the learning curve ( he said the bearing were harder than he thought(spent more labor than he previously thought) and the hub was press hub, he thought was a bolt on hub so I had to pay for his assumptions)He was supposed to install a turbo up pipe which he said took him 3hrs labor to say that it didn t fit, which he called me very upset like if I gave him the wrong part ( it fit like a glove they are universal on the Subaru s) he settled with me payin half of the 3hrs( other shop installed no issues at all )Wasn t happy with the way Mike treated me at the End he switched gears on me called me upset about the time he wasted on trying to put the up pipe, made me feel like I did something wrong I was confused as I know that was the correct partHe was upset about the up pipe and said he would not install costumer owned parts no moreNot sure what the issue was but it was the correct uppipe they are universal for the Subaru s it fit like a glove( took to a Subaru mechanic)Services: Exhaust, Steering & suspension repair

The most helpful business I have ever dealt with!! He more than went out of his way to help us get back on the road. Found ourselves with a trailer that s wheel bearing fell apart and we watched our trailer tire go down the road with out us on a Saturday night. Had it towed here and the next morning he did everything possible to get us back on the road. Replaced two wheel bearings and even had to fix the jack the tow company messed up trying to tow a trailer with no wheel. All before 1pm the next day! They hooked us back up and did one more walk around to make sure we were good! I was ready to leave the trailer with everything in it because I was so frustrated but he took care of everything. Would give more than 5 starts if I could!!!

We were on a long road. Our car overheated leaving Albuquerque. We tried putting in antifreeze but the problem persisted. We ended up stranded in Tijeras. Using Google, I called mechanics in the area. Planet Green was the only one willing to help me on a Sunday. He helped us find a hotel for the night while he fixed our Chevy van. He went above and beyond fixing our van and helping us get on our way.

I was broke down about three or four miles from town with a busted radiator pulling a 44 foot toy hauler and he came straight out to where I was on the side of the road got me to a safe spot and replace the radiator in no time at all..... And at a better price than I would have gotten probably anywhere!!!!!!

Scam Artist...........This guy had my car for 3 months saying that the timing chain needed to be "broke in"after he replaced it and a bunch of other unnecessary parts! See the attached photo from the shop that actually fixed the car. $5000.00 He should be in jail. He also fabricated a receipt after the charges were disputed on the credit card and forged my name.... Stay away from this crook!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I wish there were negative stars. Total and complete scam artist. Flat out lied about repairs necessary and was unable to fix the car. He does not have any of the tools to work on specific cars and chooses to throw parts at your expense. Complete waste of time and money.
