I would give them more stars if allowed. My car was hit by an uninsured driver up in Rio Hondo while I was on vacation. There was damage to the passenger fender, passenger door which would not open. The team at Start to Finish was so nice when I called them and agreed to take a look to let me know whether my car was safe to drive home to Austin, Texas.Not only did they look at it right away, but they also rigged my door for me so that it would open in case there was an emergency. They recommended an alignment and gave me a list of recommendations. They would not take any money for this and I did let them know I would write a review. I know this is about a month later but I wanted to say a big thank you to Start to Finish. I got home safely and I just got my car back. 100% the kindest people. Thank you a million times over.

I brought my truck in that had been hit with a bumper hanging off. The folks at Start to Finish were realistic about ordering a part I needed from Michigan and how long that would take. The part arrived on time, despite a major snow storm that hit most of the US. They called me to set up an appointment as soon as the part came in - knowing it was pretty rough driving my Jeep in this condition. My truck was fixed and honestly looked better than new after they were done. All for a reasonable price. I would say my whole experience with S to F is that they under promised and over delivered. As a bonus - they also are serious pet lovers and a fun time with my puppy ! Very nice folks.Service: Body & Trim

I've taken two vehicles into the folks at Start to Finish and highly recommend them. The first was a large Mercedes Benz Airstream Sprinter that I had damaged backing up; the second was my old 2001 Toyota Tundra that had dents and dings on both sides. They both look like new now. They go out of their way to provide excellent service...their repair work is top notch, at a great value. Obviously, this is a company who appreciates their customers and takes exceptional care of them.

I have just received my Honda cr-z back from this shop. My car is very special with a pearl paint and clear coat. It had a very nasty stab wound from a flat bed truck. The repair is of factory quality. Their communication was terrific and ability to take care of details was top notch. The paint match and repair sun reflections are near perfection. They have a talented repair staff but more than that a very excellent front reception group. I give them my highest rating. I did shop around too and they were by far the most professional. They did all the leg work with the insurance company and rental car too.

Start to Finish did an autobody repair for me after someone backed into me. They were open to working with me and the insurance provider, and helped me to understand the process. This was all new for me and so it was very helpful. There are other shops in town who refused to even talk to me because they didnt want to deal with insurance agencies. The people at Start to Finish were responsive and followed up. My car returned looking great, and they were good about answering my questions and working with me. I highly recommend using them! Collisions and insurance are stressful, but they were great.

Start to finish is exactly what they do! Professional and knowledgeable from start to finish. The only place my vehicles will go and have gone. They are always quick to drop what they are doing to help you the minute you walk in that door. They have worked on several of our badly damaged vehicles and they came out looking brand new! No complaints ever coming from us!! Keep up the beautiful work guys!!!

The repair work was great but it took a long time to get my car back. I was quoted one week for the repair and it took over three weeks. In all fairness one of the delays was due to weather but the other two were either because the wrong part was ordered or received and because they did not recognize a part was needed until reassembling the car.If I have to have body work done again, I will try somewhere else. If you are not under a time constraint the work is excellent.

I've taken two of my vehicle's to get work done; one for damage and one for custom work. The staff at Start to Finish did an amazing job. Highly recommend this shop. Keep up the great work!!!!!

I cannot say enough about how great these people are at what they do, after reading the reviews on google, I decided to go with them to work on my vehicle, I brought in my 2005 Chevy Trailblazer to have my door repaired, they got me an appointment within a few days, had the work completed that same day, were right on point with the estimate, the work done was impeccable, and they even gave me a heads up on some other issues to take care of to avoid future problems. Side note, they also offered me a ride to and from their location for my next appointment, I mean you can't beat that! If you need work done on your vehicle, you can't go wrong with Start to Finish Collision!

START TO FINISH COLLISION IS A JOKEVery Unprofessional!!!I never leave review but this was ridiculousThis shop was a total waste of my time, I have email from them stating my car was a total loss & that they would work on signing the required information from their end. Only to get a call a week later from my insurance saying that the shop said they can not evaluate the vehicle even after the fact said shop said they would take a look & send someone to check out the car LOOK ELSEWHERE IF YOU WANT A SHOP THAT WILL ACTUALLY DO THE WORK AND NOT LIE TO THE CUSTOMERS AND WASTE TIME. I COULD HAVE FOUND A BETTER SHOP The shop did not even inform me themselves and did not respond to voicemail

I Love Start to Finish!!!Not too sure about the crazy dude with comments of them using JB Weld. But Start to Finish does the best auto body work that I've had done to my vehicles. I have tried out about 2-3 other shops and Start to Finish will always be my go-to guys!. LOVE the newer location there on Reed St (behind WM), very fast/professional service (with a smile), even got a Christmas card from the staff!. THAT is what I call PROFESSIONAL!. Great job Jozelyn and Valentine Gallegos in the success of such a great business that I can trust!. Here's to many more years!

I have known the owners of Start to Finish for 15 years! There is no one better, no one more honest and no one that will repair you car better than Start to Finish! Their attention to detail and integrity show in everything they do! I highly recommend Start to Finish!

Fast quick and on point. Had my car back in no time and looking clean and sharp. I had to go back in two weeks cause I got hit again. But in just 4 days I had my car back and everything is was perfect. Talk a happy customer. Take it from me.

I have had work done at this body shop and I will say they are the best totally awesome. They work hard to get things done right. Would I take other jobs to them you might ask and my answer is damn right I would. I love this shop and the staff that work here. Good job guys will see you soon.

The body shop itself is great but the woman who works at the front desk, who answers the phone is incredibly rude. She had such an attitude when I was talking to her and after she argued with me for a few minutes, I apologized and explained I wasn't upset I was trying to get answers, she hung up on me. I won't go there again, just because of her. This has nothing to do with the kind of work they do, this is purely based on the fact that I would have to deal with her every time and I won't do that.

My experience with start to finish was great. Got me in fast, and went out of their way to get me the best price they could. The work was great, and i left there very satisfied.

Very poor quality of work. Repaired the front end of my car after a collision in March of 2010. Just had to have my front bumper remounted. Looks like the Start to Finish JB Weld job didnt hold. Wish they would have done the job right in the first place. My vehicle was also leaking transmission fluid when they returned it to me. Had to take it to Metric Motors to have it fixed.

Called 2-4 times, sent in photos as requested and they never responded. Not even to say sorry we can't or won't work on your vehicle.I have some more body work I'll be taking elsewhere.
