On the first Thursday in January snow and slick roads resulted in my 2021 Honda Ridgeline being hit from behind while stopped at an intersection.I took it to A & R Collision Center for repairs as I had done business with them before and trusted they would do a good job. Although there was about a two month period between the accident and the completion of the repairs it was certainly worth the wait. This time of year is very busy for vehicle accidents and their repairs so it wasn t unreasonable to have the wait.The results are outstanding. It is better than when I bought the truck, of course the repaired area is newer than the rest of it. Everything that has to be properly aligned for a pickup is, the paint is primo, as are the replacement parts.The folks at A & R are friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I would recommend them.

Nice job on my tailgate. 3 stage paint, decals, all right on the money. Backup camera is perfect. Bed lines up with the tailgate perfectly. Great customer service from Jerome and Samantha. I realize a business like this, in a small town, can get backed up and busy.. with that being said, I highly recommend A and R collision for all your repair needs! They are extremely professional.

I recently backed into a too-long pickup truck, and jammed a trailer hitch into my rear deck. Not a big job, thank goodness, but the repair was handled quickly and effectively, together with a couple of small side projects at no added cost. I am visiting Taos from out of state with my daughter, who drove down from Colorado to join us.She backed her Subaru Outback into a snow bank and tore her rear bumper lose which was then flapping in the wind while she drove so she looked up the nearest body shop.The owner came out to look at the problem and popped it back into place and replaced one of the attaching pins.I was there for ten minutes and when I tried to give him some money for his work, he refused.I think when a business refuses to accept cash for their labor, regardless of how much time it took, that they would be a business I would use for their services again.Service: Body & Trim

Went in to get an estimate on damage to my car due to a tire blow out. Office staff was very friendly and helpful. I was really happy with the experience. Once I get the go ahead from insurance I will most definitely have them do the job.

Jerome, Raquel, Debbie and Samantha are the best! Minimal down time for my vehicle and it came back looking like new! What amazing customer service and care! I hope I never see them again, but if I get body damage I'm definitely bringing it back here! Best in Taos!

Excellent service, friendly employees, fast repair work. My insurance company, USAA, sent me there after a hailstorm broke my rear window. The office manager, Samantha, kept me informed every step of the way. And, I got my vehicle back 2 days earlier than predicted. Thank you, A & R Collision!

I got an estimate for hail damage. It was incomplete. They forgot the roof! They quoted paint less repair but do not offer it themselves. What a mess!They underestimated the claim by $2 thousand dollars.Of course I sought another estimate from another shop.The estimate work from A&R has lead to delays and disputes with USAA.I am so disappointed. It seems they do good work but my experience with this group has been awful.

JEROME IS THE BEST! Excellent work/repairs and always stands behind it.Prompt and efficient, he eases the pain of having an accident, at least atyour car's level. I highly recommend A & R!! The only place I would take my car in Taos...

They are currently repairing my Ford Ranger. There has been a pandemic related parts shortage involving Ford. These guys have been great though, keeping me fully informed through the whole process.

A&R Collision exceeded all my expectations!! From the repairs to matching of the paint, it was as if it came right out of the factory!!! I would highly recommend them to anyone needing repairs!! Thank you A&R staff for all your help!
