Spent 38 dollars, not 37, and my car wasn t finished. There was still dirt on the outside. The inside was still wet with greasy stuff, it looked like they sprayed it but never wiped. They left a tool in my vehicle too. Can t even finish the job!! Don t recommend

I had a detail service done, and everything was perfect. My appointment was right on time, and all the work was completed as promised in 4 hours. The quality of the work is outstanding. My car is now immaculate. Even the floor mats look brand new. The detail included an exterior wash as well. The price was fair for the work done--no surprises as I had a quote before the work started.The car smells clean but not an overwhelming heavily perfumed scent.The work is meticulous. The owner and workers are courteous.Highly recommend. Taos is lucky to have such a great service like this. Probably the worst car wash I ve ever gotten. Even at $45 this is way over priced. I literally had to leave there and go across the street to the DIY car wash place and redo the whole thing myself. When you point out all the spots they literally just didn t bother to clean they just shrug their shoulders and say nothing they can do.These guys are the only car wash in town and that s the only reason they do any business at all.Do yourself a favor and just go to the DIY place, you will have to go There anyway after you leave here to redo what these guys didn t do.

Do not use this place! Their sign said $35 for my sized car. The young man who met me said it would be an extra $10 for the dog hair, and I agreed. Then another man came along and said it would be $80. I live on a farm, and my car was fairly dirty inside, so though I wasn't happy, I agreed. A few minutes later the original young man found me and informed me that the manager stated they would not clean my car unless I paid $150! Really! I felt like I was in Mexico, not New Mexico. Needless to say, I declined their services, and I will NEVER go back. Beware!Service: Auto detailing

I went there for a car wash but came out with $1,200 in damage. One of the attendees somehow opened the fuel door and walk into it torquing it open further than designed, denting the fender, and breaking the latch on the fuel door. Owner tried to tell me they did not cause this, it was already there. Actually they said the broke latch but not the dented fender was their fault. Once you look at all the possibilities and evidence its pretty clear what happened. Of course they did not have any cameras working that day (if you ran a car wash, wouldn't you have cameras?). I am very sympathetic to small business owners, but not $1,200 sympathetic. Do your self a favor and avoid this business.

It s ok; I feel like I was overcharged because I have a small rav4 Toyota with 2 row seats. It says on the board that that should be $15, but in person he charged me the price of the big suvs/trucks with 3 row seats, which I feel is an unfair up charge. Plus $10 for the vacuum. I m used to car washes that are $10 to go through and then I get out and vacuum my own car. Haven t found one of those yet here.

I am normally very happy with 4 seasons. however, I had an unfortunate episode here. The 4 seasons carwash down at the Quad did not want to inform mr that they shorted out the cigarette lighter multiple plug outlet when I brought in vehicle for detailing. It was obvious something was up as they were talking to each other before giving me the car back. but one guy kept waving them off, and did not want to say anything. I got in the car and began to realize that the plug ins to the cigarette lighter outlet were not working. so I foolishly plugged it into 3 different outlets in 2 different vehicles and shorted out every plug I had access to before I realized what had happened. all they had to do was tell me. EZ Fix, cheap replacement, but in not informing me, it rung up a $50 bill rather than a $10 fix. Worst experience ever. I am a local and have given this car wash a chance about once a year, hoping they will get better. I do believe in supporting local businesses but not when they offer poor services and are run basically by a minor. I went there this last Saturday and there were two vehicles in front of me. I have NO problem waiting when a business is super busy or even if they are low staffed. But when I watched the entire crew of about 6 guys talk, laugh and good off WAY more than work and I had already been there for 45 minutes with no real idea of when my car would be done, I lost it. I asked to speak to the owner and I got a teenager, the owner's son who hasn't clue one about how to run a business or treat customers. I confronted him on the fact that they were all goofing off and not working and he got very nasty with me and I suggested he not do that, that I would let people know about the service I got and that I would write a review and it would hurt his business and he informed me that I could not possibly hurt their business. Maybe not but if you want to wait an exceedingly long time, get so-so service and watch workers not work, then this is your car wash! I am through giving them a chance and my husband who washes approximately a vehicle a week there said he is done too. Tourists. Espanola is 45 miles south, Santa Fe an hour and Alamosa or Raton is a hour north. Their problem is they are the only wash like it in town and they know it and you get that attitude with your service as well. Oh by the way, the prices are not the prices. Watch out!

So hilarious, I drive a Prius and they said they would have to charge as if it s an SUV. They said because of the trunk, I said I don t care about that, it has stuff back there so you can t get to it. They said it s still price of SUV. Made me laugh. I didn t go nevertheless. Too bad. Always looking for a good car wash place but I don t have an SUV.
