These guys are the real deal. I have a '94 Dodge 2500 diesel. I developed a gnarly fuel leak and after pinpointing its location, I realized it was a bit too big a job for me to tackle at my apartment complex.... Needing my truck for work, I started calling around to local diesel shops in the area.After talking with every diesel shop in El Paso, just about all of them couldn't get me in for at LEAST a week, which is completely understandable.Premium Truck and Trailer got me in the same day, and had my truck back up and running by the next afternoon.Some of the best customer service I've ever dealt with. Genuine and honest employees across the board, and I will gladly be taking my truck back to them if I have any more issues I can't tackle myself. I was a mechanic for 10 years, and this is the first time I have ever taken a vehicle I've owned to a shop to have someone else work on it. I was reluctant, to say the least, but these guys pulled through, and I couldn't be happier with their work.Big thumbs up for Premium Truck and Trailer Repair. Stand up guys, reasonable rates. If you have a diesel that needs some work done in the El Paso area, give these guys a call.

Had to have a tire replaced on a motorcoach. They got me in right away. We're extremely friendly and professional. And mostly the price was very reasonable. I was very satisfied. and I highy recommend them.

Heading out to the desert from Austin, had an electrical issue from last mechanics, Willie, East and Lexus couldn t have been more hospitable, helpful and honest while fixing our problems. Great people, phenomenal work, definitely hit these guys up when you re in a pinch!

Premium Truck and Trailer Repair is an awesome outfit on the TX/NM border right off I 10, got me in right away, did the repair and within a few hours I was able to get back out on the road, they also did a hand detail wash on my ol girl for me and had her lookin sharp! Thanks again Premium for top notch workmanship, customer service, and a great wash!

These guys were awesome! I called for a trailer door issue and they had me come right over. Explained the process, and went right to work. They needed some bolts and the place they needed them from was closed. They couldn't aplogize enough. They were kind and top notch.

Great service, mechanic Allen was great, we called before we came to the shop and explained what was going on ,he told us to come in and fixed the problem super fast. Great experience and very honest mechanic, also price is great. I would highly recommend this shop. Thanks again for your help.

Outstanding service, labor was lower than any other place. They inspected the truck and let us know what was going before even paying something, the quote was exactly the same as what they charged us. 5 stars for this shop
