Jared was amazing! We called 5 minutes before the shop closed, to see if they could help us. We had just had a tire blow out of our trailer. We were able to change the tire however we needed a replacement. Jarrod kept the shop open late so we could buy a new tire at a reasonable price(no price gouging). They swapped out the spare with the new tire, and then checked all our other tires to make sure we were good to continue our long road trip. Thank you for the amazing customer service!

Jared always helps me get back on the road, without any hesitation. I rolled in last week with a tire full of fixaflat, the whole place was busy. Jared got me in within thirty minutes and they fixed me up right away, never once complaining about the mess I had made of my tire. It's good to have reliable help, even better when they're nice, too. Socorro is lucky to have this shop.

My wife and I were trailering an RV when welost power on our diesel truck and could barely make it up the hills on the I-25. As we were fueling, we were recommended Socorro Tire & Auto for help. What a relief it was to have such good service in a small town. It was not easy to replace the fuel filter on our diesel truck, but it was skillfully accomplished by a young man who patiently explained the diagnostic process and the resulting service. We would recommend this place to anyone. Since then we have driven more than 1000 miles with no further problems. Good job!

My wife and I went to Bosque Del Apache and then the Mineral Museum in Socorro today. When we came out of the museum, we had a flat tire. I put the donut on, and then my wife told me Socorro Tire was nearby, maybe we should go there and get the tire fixed if we can.We went there, and the folks there took about 5 minutes to come out and grab the flat. 5 minutes later, the man working on it told me the problem and said he would fix it. Another 10 minutes, they drove our car into a bay, pulled the donut and put the repaired tire back on. They charged me next to nothing for the work.So in the unlikely chance you get a flat in Socorro, I hope your experience with Socorro Tire is as superb as ours was. I can't say enough about how good those folks were to complete strangers coming off the street with a problem. Kudos all around and I hope their business is a galloping success - they deserve it.

We brought in a flat tire that needed repair. Richard was very professional, helpful, and thorough. He allowed me to watch while he did the repair, and explained everything he was doing. He really had a great attention to detail, and made me very confident the repair was done as well as it could be...and at a fair price. But what really inspired me to take the time to write a review, was his obvious desire to do the right thing and be helpful. I trusted both his character and his competence, and totally recommend him and the shop.Service: Tires

I took a new tube and new tire you be mounted and balanced. Thay mounted my new tire, used my old tube, and didn't balance it. They will take advantage of you every chance they get!

We were traveling on a holiday weekend when a low tire alarm came on. We were so fortunate to find this shop! They were very helpful and professional. Very unprofessional, poor service, would not answer phone calls, refused to complete the job because he didn't feel like it. I am telling everyone not to ever take their vehicle there. He was in jail for part of the time he had my vehicle and I could not get to my vehicle.Service: TransmissionService: Transmission

Richard provided us excellent service. He gave us expert advice when our car died on an out of state road trip when we had very little options, and ended up towing us back to where we were staying in Albuquerque. Was a lifesaver. Thank you Richard and Soccoro Tire Shop.

These guys are awesome! We had an issue on our oryx hunt that severed an electrical line on the truck. We were able to successfully get to Socorro in time for these guys to help us out before they closed. They promptly fixed it and got us back on the road so we could finish our hunt! The cost was pennies on the dollar! Can't thank them enough!

I made an appointment a week ago, he's the one who suggested the time. I showed up today only to find the place closed. I called and was told "Oh, okay. I'll be there in 15 minutes. Now I try to be nice to people, but after we hung up I thought - if he doesn't even care to apologize for not showing to an appointment HE made, he's clearly not going to care about my car. So I called him back and told him not to worry - I don't need his services.

Unfortunately, they were so busy they couldn't honor their scheduled appointment I made 2 weeks earlier , for a simple oil change. The fact that they are so busy speaks for itself though. The mechanics must be the best.

We got 2 flat tires heading down the interstate. Stopped in Socorro to get them fixed, everywhere was closed but this place. We pulled in and Richard immediately took care of us when we were desperate. 10/10 would come here again.

Our bike got a flat on way to Ruidoso and Jarid drove us back to our bike towed it to his shop. Due to no motorcycle shops near we had to have someone pick us up a tire and dive from Albuquerque. He said he would wait. He also offered his vehicle if we needed to drive to Albuquerque to get it and Bring it back. I am absolutely in awe how kind the people have been in Socorro and thankful to Jerrold for being a blessing to us.

My diesel pickup died while I was pulling my travel trailer through the Southwest. I got towed to Socorro Tire and Auto, where Jared and one of his guys figured out what my weird problem was and had me back on the road in a couple of hours, at a very reasonable price. These guys are heroes!

Got robbed at Socorro Tire. Charged me 1000 dollars for a water pump job and then stole receipt off my dash. When I came back to complain they presented a completely different receipt for $362. While under my hood they sabotaged my timing chain. When I picked the car up it was inoperable. I limped it to camp ground. I called the owner and told him I was going to call police. That night they sent a thug to my campground and my kids, wife and I had to stand them off with a pistol and a shotgun. It was horrifying. The owner and the employees are theives and thugs to outsiders. Locals tell horrible tales of how they take advantage of senior travelers. DO NOT GO TO SOCORRO TIRE. They are currently under investigation as well. I have so far connected with 22 others who have been overtly robbed and intimidated by them in 2018 alone. Having robbed the brother of a federal agent... they are going down... and they don't even know it yet. We have filed criminal charges and have provided the investigators with our findings of the other cases. Talk about robbing the wrong dude. Socorro Tire is the epitomy of a few dark hearted morons who think they are safely out of range of the law. Adios Socorro Tire. I'm sure the owners dad would be proud of how his son has desecrated his life's work. Pathetic.

If you need a repair in Socorro, you are in good hands here. Was driving through New Mexico by motorhome and developed a fluid leak. Jared and his young apprentices diagnosed the issue, sourced the necessary parts, and had me back on the road in under 2 hours. With pleasant service, detailed communication, and exemplary manners. They made me feel important and they made my problem their priority. Two thumbs up. Way to go Jared and team!!

Pulled in needing flat bed trailer tire changed to spare. Gentleman changed for us and we were back on the road in 5 minutes with very reasonable charge.

Its fine getting my oil changed here, but when I had the studs replaced on my front left tire they put them on backwards. Which had my tire super wobbly going on the highway. I had left the car in Los Lunas and Jared, the owner, went to Los Lunas, towed my car back to his shop and fixed the studs himself.

Really fast friendly service. And the prices are extremely reasonable. I bought a tire last week and paid $165 at Discount Tire in Las Cruces. I just bought a tire here for 117 bucks. Happy.

I broke down in Socorro on my way to Las Cruces. Jared diagnosed the problem and had had my vehicle up and running faster than I could have expected. Great service at a reasonable price.

Jared and Richard are awesome, took a bit for the alignment on my Cobalt and I don't believe in perfection but, just short of perfection is Socorro Tire .

They stayed open to fix my flat as I was traveling though. I did get charged after hours prices, but at least I was on my way. Thank you
