Broke down with my van coming into Socorro. They were very nice in taking in my van since I was just passing through.They took care of my problem and I was on the road again.I highly recommend this place if you live in Socorro or just passing through they will take care of you!

Love this place! Had my car up and running in no time! Everyone I talked to was so nice. All repairs to my car were up front and straightforward. Very knowledgeable mechanic. Great experience. Will recommend and return.

I've been taken advantage of badly...to the tune of $2,700.00. The truck is in worse condition than when we took it in and upon review of bill noticed we were grossly overcharged for parts. The shop seems to be closed down because they don't answer the phones, and no one has been there for over 2 weeks. Rumor has it there was a drug bust involving the owner, but who knows. I just wanted to get the truck fixed now I can't even depend on it going to Belen and back safely. I'm so disappointed.

Worst auto repair experience ever. I paid Quick and Easy to do a CV Joint replacement. It wasn't put in properly, came apart on the way home. Quick and Easy towed it back to their shop, crammed it back together in pretty much the same way and told me to pick it up. It made a terrible sound when I started to leave. Went back in, and was told they would not fix it. I had it towed to a shop in Albuquerque, had to have an expensive repair of the damage caused by Quick and Easy, and replaced the CV joint again.

Took my car there because the brakes started squeaking. They looked at it and told me I needed brakes pads, rotors and calipers and gave me a quote of $1088 which sounded crazy to me, I took it somewhere else in town and all i needed was rear brake pads. I've decided it's well worth driving to ABQ. for an oil change than to pay EVEN more here in Socorro. I got an oil change, paying more than I would at Jiffy Lube, and they didn't do any of the typical " complimentary services" others do; referring to checking air in tires, cleaning windows, vacuuming and checking/ filling other fluids. The level of service has improved in most businesses that allow in house shopping, not so much in the auto industries.

Stay Away from these Highway Robbers!!! Had to have my car towed to them and they replaced my battery with the most expensive battery at auto zone.Would not show me the bill till I paid $340 first.Karma is going to get them! I was in town over a holiday weekend in which all other local shops were closed and found myself with a fuel leak, and needing to leave in three days. The folks here saw me first thing Friday morning, quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced my fuel pump and filter the same day. I'm not sure what I would have done otherwise. The staff was very polite, and clear with their charging and timeline. I am so glad places like this still exist!

Stayed overnight in Socorro. In the morning, I found two travel trailer tires were about to blow. Called Quick and Easy, not knowing they were closed on Sundays (also a holiday weekend). The guy who answered the phone was very courteous, verified they had the tires I needed in stock, and coordinated a tech to meet me at the shop. Got me two new tires mounted and balanced and got us back on the road. Holiday weekend additional charges were reasonable. Great service.

Great job and quick with the oil change, and I would have given them a perfect score, but they wouldn t check the air pressure on my air suspension. They checked 18 things and the guy was holding the air gauge where he checked the tire pressure, just inches from the valve. It wouldn t have taken 15 seconds! $67 including new air filter.

They are not credible, they tried to tell me I needed my wiring fixed at the cost of 90 to trouble shoot. I took my truck to napa, a awesome young lady named Holly changed out a fuse and ran diagnostic at the cost of $0. Nothing worse than to try and rip someone one off just bad bussiness.

We had suspension problems on our trip, half way to Albuquerque from El Paso. We had to be to towed to Socorro,Nm from the Ft.Craig rest stop. I called Quick and easy and they took care of us within seconds of arriving there. They called in our part and fixed my car immediately!! Thirty mins before closing time!! And they we're done in thirty mins!!! They were amazing!! Thank you Gilbert for getting us back on the road to Albq. safely!! God Bless you and your staff!!! Great folks. Nice to find an auto-related service where you meet respectable, honest, kind, and polite people that view you as the customer and not the inconvenience. Fixed a crack in my windshield as expected.

They don't know how to use a credit card machine. They lie to you. Then if you say something to them they kick you out and take a picture of you. They need to be shut down forever. I will never ever do any more business with them.
