My vehicle came back to me with a large crack on the driver's side windshield after being here for over a week. I had to follow up after a week of "waiting for someone to review cameras". Horrible business practice. I have astigmatisms and cannot drive my car now because of the large crack right in my face. After paying over v$1,400 for car repairs I would think someone would be willing to fix this!!!! Not happy

I called in to ask about my radiator and chato helped me big time, even though they couldn't get me in and I was not able to find a diagram anywhere, he was able to pull it up and texted me the diagram, awesome guy. could have easily charged 50$ for all the information he gave me.

The owner Vern took the time out his extremely busy schedule to give us a hand in finding what was wrong with out truck. He patiently heard all that we had done and then walked to our truck to pinpoint the problem. What an amazing and generous human being. Thank you Sir,

Leseberg s Auto is the best. They are very knowledgeable, honest, and effective. We came in for an alignment and to have our air conditioning looked at. They fixed everything and let us know what else we need to do. I highly recommend this place to anyone. We will definitely be bring our vehicles back here again when they need to be serviced.

I visited them for a weak vibration coming from my car at highway speeds. While they were busy, they were extremely helpful and professional - and most importantly honest. We mutually agreed to inspect the U-joints on my Rav4, and replaced them when they were found to be bad. While this did not solve the problem, they didn't want to recommend throwing money/parts at the problem while the sound was so weak, because they couldn't definitively find the bad part. I would definitely go back if/when my issue gets worse. Their open communication and very reasonable pricing makes them, in my opinion, an exceptional auto shop.

Absolutely the Best mechanics and staff in the state , super friendly and accommodating. They are very busy so it's best to call for an appointment. I can not recommend this family owned business highly enough.. They go WAY out of their way for their clients. We've been going there for over 25 years. They will evaluate a used car you want to buy. Full auto repair service. You need this business.

I have been a loyal Customer here for over 15 years! They absolutely have the best Mechanics and Customer Service you could possibly Want. The owners Vern and Laura know their business and are more than willing to help all who enter! Won't go any place else!

Angel's are real. A couple of them are here at Leseberg's Auto and Towing. I was stuck in sand just off Lopezville Rd , 80 miles from home, when my 4x4 failed. AAA declined to either send a tow or refer me to a local company. Same response from another local service I called. I dug and jacked until nite fell. It was cold. Desperate at dawn I called 911. In their infinite wisdom the NM State Police sent Vernon to rescue me. I barely had time pack up the jack before he arrived. He winched me out in minutes. I was treated with kindness and and a great deal more respect than a foolish and slightly scruffy old woman could reasonably expect. When I attempted pay he said "No charge Mam, and God bless you!" I am profoundly grateful to them for their professionalism and generosity---Leseberg's Auto and Towing is a community treasure!!!

Very helpful. Me and a buddy heard squeek coming from our jeep while we were in Cibola nation forest. Took it over to them and they were able to identify the problem quickly (just needed some lube but no urgent repairs). They didn't even charge us because there was no work to be done, just told us to keep it lubed up and it got us home.

I can not say enough great things about these people. I'm from Oklahoma, here in Socorro for a job. I asked locals, they recommended Lesebergs. I'm so glad I listened. They called and explained everything they were doing every step of the way. Detailed and amazing with following up with their customers. Thank you all SO much!!

These guys saved my tail, our Thanksgiving and my son's elk hunt. Burned the bearings up on one of my 5th wheel axles Wednesday @ 3:30. Wayne stayed well after closing and got us back on the road. This place was awesome! Thanks guys

Of the three mechanics I've used in town, this is by far the best. They are extremely well-organized, writing down exactly what you want done and then providing a detailed breakdown of exactly what happened afterwards. Today I accidentally left my car there very low on fuel and they gave me a couple of gallons of gas for free. Several times they have advised me to hold off on maintenance that I thought I needed, to save me money. For example, I went in today and said I needed new brake pads and rotors. They checked out the car and said my back ones needed replacing, but I had 10K miles left on my front ones. Sure, you can find cheaper hourly rates in town, but the honesty and competence you find at Leseberg's is worth its weight in gold.Hm. Had to take a star off after my latest experience here. I asked for brakes replaced, transmission flush, and a nail removed from a tire. This took 2 days longer than they said it would. When I showed up they said there was no nail in the tire (although I almost paid an invoice that had nail removal on it). I asked if they could double check, because I was pretty sure I had a slow leak in one tire, and sure enough, there was a nail in there. They took it out, but wild to think I would driven away with it still in there if I hadn't insisted. Also, the transmission is doing weird things now... shifting very hard. I thought it was fine before the flush. It's old, but I wonder.

This is the best auto mechanic shop I have ever been to in my life. They service was great the work was great everyone is extremely nice and knowledgeable will most definitely be going there for all my mechanic needs.

My hunting trailer melted a wheel bearing on the way to a hunt. Slept 3 hours in the parking lot at Walmart, Leseberg s Auto got me in right away when they opened and had me down the highway with minimal Delay.Thanks again Leseberg s,No other place to use in Socorro, New Mexico
