This place is a joke. There not 24 hours . And never have drivers . How are they even still in business. If need help on the side of the road between t or c and Socorro good luck . Start working !

Terrible service, broke down called AAA they told me he d pick me up. He never called me or showed up. Tried to call multiple times and he ended up blocking my phone number. What a way to treat active duty service members/veterans.

Best Service. On a Holiday weekend they towed me home over 200 miles. Sonny JD and Stacey went above and beyond to make sure I got home and not stuck in a hotel in Socorrothat doesnt have a car ental business. I Especially enjoyed visiting with Sonny. Highest recommendations.

We called AAA, They hooked us up for a long distance tow with Baca's Wrecker Service. Lorenzo was a gem of a man! He has good communication skills, called us and texted us for more info about type of tow vehicle needed. We had a truck and we were hauling a travel trailer. So he made sure he had the right truck for the job. He towed us all the way to Albuquerque and was so attentive to our needs. He was a great conversationalist and he was concerned and caring about our circumstance's. We were traveling from Maine and with our dog. Lorenzo graciously refused our tip and stated he was happy to be of service. Thank you so much Baca's Wrecker Service for sending us Lorenzo. He was an angel and we are very grateful.Service: Long distance hauling

This is the worst tow company ever! Do NOT use them!!! The amount of worry and stress caused by this company was sickening. Left a young mom and 3 week old baby stranded in a dark freeway in the middle of nowhere for over 3 hours and then cancelled. She had a massive panic attack!! this ridiculous company never answered their phones had no voicemail and didn't bother to say anything for over three hours while this poor young mom and her three week old baby were panicking! Three hours later they say they refused to help they were no longer available, seriously! Do not ever use this company they are the worst kind of customer service, kind of people, kind of company, don't ever use them! I fear for anyone who even tries to use them. Take a look at the rest of the reviews, it makes sense why half of them are horrible!Service: Car towing

I've been waiting for about 3 hours for AAA to find me a tow truck. They said they were going with this company. I waited about an hour and called to see if I could get an ETA and to make sure they knew my exact location. They said they hadn't gotten the order from AAA yet. I called back 2 hours later and they said AAA chose to go with another company. I call AAA and find out they refused the job. Why couldn't they just tell me that 2 hours ago? It's almost 100 degrees out here and I had my wife and son with me.

Our experience with Baca's Wrecker Service was excellent. We broke down with our whole family in the middle of the highway. The tow truck arrived within the estimated time of arrival, it was big enough to accommodate all of us and they allowed us to store our vehicle on their property while we made different arrangements. Sunny was helpful on the phone coordinating additional services to get my car back to ABQ. Thank you for all your help.Service: Long distance hauling

They came to my rescue quickly and affordably when I got my car stuck in the middle of the desert on a Sunday afternoon. The driver was friendly, skilled, and efficient. I was stuck and broke down out in the desert outside of phone data range.I tried my insurance company towing service, but they were unable to locate me.The driver from baca's wrecker service was able to locate me and rescued me before nightfall.Because I was concerned about being all alone on my trike with no protection from weather or animals.The driver was very nice, honorable and professional.We had a long ride together and he was good company as well.Thank you for the rescue and may God bless you!Services: Motorcycle towing, Long distance hauling

Where do I begin? This is the best tow truck company in Socorro, New Mexico. The gentleman who picked us up is part owner and definitely made a stressful situation more bearable. He even was able to make helpful recommendations regarding car repair services. I would highly recommend this company if you are south of I 25. Also, he was able to make it to the destination in a reasonable amount of time!

The owner was very FRIENDLY... very HELPFUL, with all my questions. Knew exactly where are vehicle was parked.But towing and storage was a little steep.. 120.for towing and 15$a day for storage.. after 10 days he puts a lien on your vehicle if it not picked up between that time. But, in the end very helpful, very nice man if you talk to the owner...

I have been trying to reach this place for nearly a month and they do not answer and their Voicemail is full. Do NOT do business with this company. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

Mr. Baca towed my car with two flats, caused by the state police during a high speed chase with another vehicle, two cats, and me all the way back to Albuquerque. He suggested I call the state police because he saw that the flats were caused by spike sticks. I did and the state covered the tow and two flats within the next two days. He was very helpful and most importantly, kind to my animals, insisting that they ride in the tow truck so they didn't get cold in the car being towed. Thanks Mr. Baca!Service: Car towing

Awful. If you need a tow you would be better off pushing your vehicle yourself. Had my car towed through AAA and this place wouldn t release it until a diagnostic fee of $85 was paid. A fee that wasn t agreed to and I was basically told tough luck. Avoid this place if you break down near Socorro, NM.

AAA called out wrecker, was scheduled for 9 pm pickup according to AAA, never showed. On the Northbound shoulder is I-25 for over 9 hours. No longer use AAA.
