Very happy to have a local rental car agency in town. I run a business about 30 miles away and on occasions need an additional vehicle. Everyone at Silver Rental were very helpful and the process was quick and simple. Glad to see another small business trying to fill a gap in the area. We will be back again in the future.

Locally owned, and the owner bends over backwards to be helpful. He gave me his cell number to be sure I had help if there was a problem. He also let us retrieve a forgotten item on the weekend when they were closed.

Car was clean, comfortable and ready for us when we arrived. Silver Rental provided professional service which we will use again.

Everything that could go wrong went wrong. Wrong car with much worse gas mileage. A supplemental contract that contradicted the original contract. An illegal $300 deposit that was wrongly never refunded. And an attitude when I tried to point out all of the discrepancies. AVOID AT ALL COST!
