My wife and I went in stressed out about a claim issue. We had the privilege of being helped by Priscilla Lopez. She was amazing. She figured out what was going on and corrected the issue for us. While we waited, she talked to us and made us feel very welcome and very taken care of. We left there with our issue solved and happy. Thank you so much Priscilla...again you are amazing!!!

I am very happy with the agents at Paul Leetmae's State Farm Agency. Priscilla was a huge help to me today getting my little device set up on my car. She is always friendly and helpful. I like everyone I've worked with at this State Farm office. Rates are the best in town and the staff is the friendliest I've worked with.

I had a great experience working with Harley. He did a fantastic job of finding me auto insurance for my new car that covered everything I wanted for a price I could afford. I was able to get everything taken care of over the phone and Harley was professional and courteous and was able to answer any questions I had. I would highly recommend working with this office.

Our church recently needed to obtain a new insurance provider. We contacted Paul Leetmae at State Farm to request quotes. Our time schedule was tight, plus we were just going into the Thanksgiving holiday. Paul expedited the process and coverage was in effect before our deadline. Thank you to Paul and his amazing team!

I was impressed with the excellent service provided by Priscilla. We spoke over the phone and within 30 minutes I had combined house and auto insurance at a good rate. Definitely recommend State Farm insurance!

Called at the very last minute and managed to catch Ms Priscilla Lopez before she left the office and she was so quick to help me out and get what I needed done quickly even though it was after hours! And she was Happy to help me and very friendly!!

State Farm is one of the best insurance company s here in Silver! Every time I call State Farm, I am always greeted with a caring and helpful agent. I especially had a great conversations with Paul Leetmae the past few time I have called State Farm. She helped me through the process on several occasions on covering my vehicles. She is always kind, happy to help, and was able to take care of my issue in a timely manner! Definitely a 5 out of 5 company!

My vehicle had just been involved in a minor wreck. I couldn't get a hold of my local office (for days now). Pricilla answered my call on the first attempt. She had answers for every question I had. When I called back because I had issues with the automated service. She answered again and pointed me in the correct direction to speak to a human instead of an automated system about my recent accident. She was respectful and understanding my situation. Absolute A++ customer service. I wish my local office had someone like her. I will stick with Statefarm for another premium cycle just because I'm happy they hire excellent employees like Pricilla.
