Had a radiator issue on the road, called them and they got me in. Jessica kept me in the loop with issues found and on the parts delivery. Also had a tire issue with my other vehicle and the parts guy found one and had it delivered within 2 days. Tire was replaced the same day it arrived. This place would be a five star if they followed up by emailing an estimate for other work they identified.

If I were you (the one looking at this review) I would consider traveling out of town for your new vehicle.This establishment is just looking for a quick sale and the customers are not their number one priority.They will not detail your vehicle once you purchase it, and from what I have seen and experienced they are looking for their own benefit, not yours as the customer.

Very friendly and helpful. Jessica has been very helpful as we were staying for a couple of nights on an RV trip when our tow vehicle developed a leak in a brake line. She did everything in her power to get us taken care of quickly by overnighting the parts to get our truck fixed. Thank you for making our problem yours. This is the example of great service.

Horrible service work.If you're not smart enough to look underneath your vehicle to double check the work (of Anthony Skieskal), then bring it somewhere that you trust for them to double check the work. Because Anthony does horrible work, defeating the safety parameters of the manufacturer, re: front end work.But what's more horrible, is when an owner or manager of a business does not like transparency and accountability and deletes one star comments for their own betterment and disguise. An action as that, clearly shows how deceiving and dishonest a business truly is, trying to hide behind the real truth of how this business has cost consumers in damages.

Horrible front-end work. At least my vehicle didn't pull to one side and the steering wheel was straight before I brought it to this shop. After doing all the required work, replacing worn parts, I thought for sure Tony Skieskal could handle the job. Nope. Not at all. Damaged tie rod boot, and couldn't even install the castle nuts properly.If only the customers would look under their vehicle (and if they don't know what they're looking at, then bring it to another mechanic after the work has been done here) Oh i know the customer should never have to do that, trust is important in this business, but I'm sure you would be surprised at what you would find under your vehicle regarding being back to factory spec.So I wonder when I will be made whole. Of course after the abusive and threatening behaviors from technician tony skieskal (ex con from prison for dealing methampetamines) I would never enter this dealership ever again

Bad service. Bring a credit card if you want your car worked on... It ain't cheap and takes forever. Really do not like the service here. Strongly recommend going somewhere else unless you have no other choice. Went in for recall work on truck, they just weren't interested in doing it or dealing with me at all. Made appointment, they made me wait over 2 hours to tell me they gave my part to someone else and couldn't do the service. Had to reschedule, then they took there times as long to complete the work as they said. Really don't recommend the service department here.

Bought a truck there. Was confident that they sold us all the warranty and insurance that we asked for. Today we found out that was not the case. They use lame excuses at why they did even offer them to us buy can offer them now. Very disappointed in the way they work. You would think, it being a small town and that everyone knows everyone they would treat you like a actual person not just a number.

These people were wonderful to us. Fixed our truck really fast and even brought out the shuttle car for my husband so he could be in air conditioning and use his oxygen machine while we waited. Thank God for a business that really cares.

Wow! ! What a great dealership! Brought my vehicle in for a recall part replacement. The desk gal, Jasmine, was beyond kind and courteous in driving us downtown twice! ! And then brought my vehicle to me rather than having me make an unnecessary trip to the shop! I'll be visiting them the next time i'm in the market for a vehicle for certain! Recommend 100% !!

I had a great experience here. Mr Charles Howard was very professional and knowledgeable. He was honest and from the very beginning gave me the best deal possible. I didn't have the struggle at all. Mr Howard is a great sales man.

3 stars due to two polar opposites in experience. The sales side was great and always helpful. Got a great deal. The service department was the worst I've ever seen in my life. Ultra slow, incompetent (scratched my paint doing something very simple), and the little chubby guy acted like a dbag.

After the sale, do not believe what you hear, promised call backs, using caller ID to avoid and not returning calls. Call in to speak to someone and not VM got through to manager, he delegated to the abiss. I am tempted to list specific folks, though I would feel terrible to leave someone out

Respectful, honest salesman(Ike) and finance manager(Charles Howard) made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. I drove from las cruces because I refused to deal with the "typical salesman" I encountered in town. I highly recommend this dealership and will be coming back for any and all future vehicle purchases.

Took my truck in to take care of a check engine light, turned out to be a fairly expensive repair covered by warranty. Overall a complicated situation, but the staff in the service group were very friendly and treated me as best as the situation would allow.

David here, NOT Buck This service department is terrible. The put in an almost 800.00 fuel pump that I did NOT need plus lied about calling me (I have caller ID) they kept saying it was 1 thing then another then another and I just kept paying. I will NEVER use Lawley Toyota ot Lawley Ford again and plan to file a complaint with Ford and Toyota as well as with the BBB

Highly recommend Carlos Teran as a salesman to work with on purchasing a vehicle at Hatch Toyota Stateline/Hatch CDJR. I recently purchased a vehicle at this location and I am grateful I was able to work with such an experienced knowledgeable salesman. 5 stars for Carlos Teran!

The last time I took my Car to Lawley was in 2017 and customer service was outstanding. Marty was upfront and kept his word about timeframes my vehicle would be ready. I recently took my vehicle (April 20th, 2019) to Lawley for Sputtering where the vehicle was jerking like it wasn't getting gas. A day later they tell me the spark plugs need changing, it needs a fuel flush, camshaft, & a new head. Mind you most of the parts were on warranty. I am told the parts will be ordered over night and the car will be ready by Monday 25 April. I call on Monday to find out the parts didnt arrive on Friday and didnt receive any notification on Friday. I get told again the parts will be in the next day and the vehicle will be done by Wednedsay the same week. This entire time I am borrowing a family members vehicle. I go in Wedneaday expecting my car to be complete as promised to be told the parts still havent arrived. Come to find out the parts were on National back order and they knew from the beginning, but didnt communicate this information to me. They finally get me a rental and every week the mechanic came up with something new. My vehicle ended up at the dealership for a month and the day I get my vehicle its jerking, not sputtering like before, jerking, yanking. I take the vehicle back 3 days after I got it back and the mechanic tells me the spark plug boots need replacing, but for another $420 after I already spent $500 on a fuel flush and change of spark plugs. I had a friend mechanic look at my car and run a diagnostic and found that my P0456 & P06DD. My vehicle still isn't 100% and issues are there that weren't there before. Many of you will say, "take the vehicle back". Here is the thing, I dont have the time & money for them to have my vehicle for another month. If Marty was still there and an honest mechanic, than I would consider holding Lawley accountable. On the other hand this is the rating they least deserve for their services.

I wanted to share my experience regarding a recent vehicle purchase with Lawley Ram, located in Sierra Vista, AZ just off Hwy 92. I have dealt with many dealerships in the past having purchased several new and used cars over the last 15 years and usually cringe when I visit a dealership. To me dealerships were known as Stealerships but this was certainly not the case with Lawley Ram. What I was expecting was to be rushed and or pushed into purchasing a vehicle but I was in for a surprise. I was met by a salesman named Byron shortly after arriving on the lot who immediately struck up a conversation not vehicle sale related. Bryon was very friendly, talking about the surrounding area since I was new to the Sierra Vista community and really made me feel at home. All the employees at Lawley Ram were very friendly and seemed like they really didn t mind if I purchased a vehicle on Day 1 or not. The atmosphere was amazingly different from what I was previously used to from other dealerships. Eventually we got onto the topic of what type of vehicle I was interested in. Bryon found a truck with similar specks to what I was looking for, brought me the keys, put on a license plate and told me to take the family for a test drive in a $66,000 truck. This we did without anyone from the dealership tagging along allowing my wife and I to really discuss how we felt about the vehicle. Shortly after departing for the test drive it began to down pour on us but nevertheless the test drive went okay. My family and I decided against purchasing this truck but two days later after driving several other vehicles from various dealerships we came back to Lawley Ram. My family and I never felt comfortable with the other dealerships and decided we wanted to do business with Lawley Ram. A few days later with Byron s help, my family and I purchased a 2017 Ram 2500.When it came down to working with the other staff at the dealership, financing department, service, and the parts staff, Darrel, Tom, Dennis, Jordan and Chuck (I apologize for those I missed) where amazing to work with. Can t say enough about these guys and how they ensure their customers are taken care of and go out of their way to assist where they can. Every person at Lawley Ram we encountered was very kind. This should be the standard for every dealership and how they deal with their customers. Even after everything was finalized and signed for, Darrel went out of his way to work in some additional accessories two days after I had already taken possession of the truck. This has truly been the absolute best car buying experience both my wife and I have been through and want to say thank you again to the Lawley Ram Team for an outstanding job! I will be looking to purchase my wife a new vehicle in the future and I know where we will be going. Thank you again to Bryon, Dennis and Darrel for an incredible car buying experience!!Recommend ImprovementsThis is very minor but the salesman needs to know the Uconnect system a little bit better and understand all the features. I would go over additional accessories, ie, toppers, navigation, running boards etc, prior to signing a contract with a customer to see about adding these into the financing as well if at all possible.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER! I work in the service industry and I know all too well that most people who write reviews online are just angry customers. No one ever writes anything good online. Well, let me tell you that I have had some very bad experiences and never once have I felt so compelled to write a review publicly complaining about a business until I did business with Lawley Toyota. The service department employees treat you like you are incompetent with their arrogant, repulsive attitudes. They would not acknowledge my concerns regarding my car stating "you MUST not know anything about cars". If I did I wouldn't be taking it to you.? They would not let me finish my sentence, lied to me about the price of the part i was ordering and raised it significantly when it came time to pay. The parts guy even made a rude gesture under his breath when i asked a question. RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME! At least say it when you leave the room. I mean really.. ? The owner/ manager, "paul" was very nice, however i can't help but blame him for the way his employees act. Not one but the vast majority of them. They would not act that way unless the behavior was modeled from upper management or upper management failed to do anything to correct the way they act. CLEARLY they do not value our business silver city! Why let people treat us this way if there are other options. Go to las cruces, tucson or any other surrounding toyota dealer and you will find much better service from people who know what customer service is about and value your time and money.

We had an issue with our new 2016 dodge ram 2500..Tyler Holzerland did the work and our services advisor AJ got us back on the road in a few hours.. We can express how grateful we are to have had this services department take care of our vehicle. Many thanks to all the great people in this department..

I have a Toyota Rav4 Hybrid and the right rear tire and air pressure sensor broke. Tire was easy fix. I purchased a new sensor. 3 times at 2 different places and synch didn't work. Went to Toyota dealership. 3 hours laterer, they same. New Toyota-brand would cost $175.Ripped off

An engine swap costed me twice as much than from other places, which I found out later, and it took two weeks to get a brand new vehicle the parts. After getting the parts it took another four weeks to finish it, even though I was in the day before and nothing was wrong before taking it for a software recall.

These guys are the greatest. After wasting our time looking at cars in Tucson, Las Cruces, and Albuquerque, we saw that the Toyota place in Silver City was open and under new ownership. Wow, are they out to please the customer. Our sales person, Charles Howard was honest and straight forward - no games, no pressure. He was with us through the whole process of buying last Dec. What an easy, pleasant experience. Not the usual tiring car buying experience and they beat the price of the other dealers. He spent a lot of time introducing us to everyone, setting up our phones, music stations etc. Sure, we could have done it eventually, but not as easily as he did. Sorry to say that we have moved and now must use the big city, they don't care, service depts. Paul Leetmae, what a wonderful business you have brought to Silver City!
