I would like to thank all of the crew at the Silver City Champion Car Wash. They all are very friendly and offer awesome customer service! From the person that checks you in, to the person that cleans the car before you go through the car wash, to the ones that keep the towels stocked and the vacuum area clean! They all have a smile every day and always wish you a Champion day!! I really appreciate the wonderful service and I would like to give a shout out to Don Michelle, hope I spelled that right, for taking extra good care in cleaning my vehicle today before it went through the wash. He took his time to get all the bugs off. You all make going to get your car washed, a great experience!! Thank you and May God Bless your Team!! Great job!! Sincerely, the lady with the black SUV

The worker at the beginning of the car wash did an amazing job scrubbing and making sure our car was clean. Very friendly and great customer service.

Im from out of town and had a lot of dust on the back side of my Sportage suv. I paid $12.00 plus tip. The guy at the start of the wash only sprays the left side.I could not believe the amount of dust left on the back side. I had to clean it myself. This place is not about quality just making money. What a ripoff.

I love this car wash . There was a mix up with my card being over charged . The sweet heart manager pepe investigated , quickly fixed that big mistake. Pepe and Tony always have a smile on their faces, always greeting us. When I m by myself struggling with my mats in my hands them two and another employee always ask to help me carry them back to my suv . Thank you champion carwash employees you guys are awesome! Keep up the great work!

have been a member for over 2 years. this place has its ups and downs. some hard workers and some that dont put much effort in. the female that works is probably their hardest worker and always has a friendly smile with a good attitude. i recently went thru there and watch this man get into a argument with a older lady before going into the wash and then try to wet her with the brush thru her window slamming it on her windshield. and then laughing at her. i am not sure how anyone could treat a older person like that let alone a customer. i have cancelled all memberships i have for my vehicles and will go across the street from now on. i dont want to support a place that is disrespectful to their customers. as customers i do believe we deserve respect .

Changing review. Usually the workers do a good job...the 2 guys with the brushes around 2:30 today didn't! The front bumper is brown and lots of tree and dirt all over my car still. And the younger guy on the left side banged the plastic part of the brush on my car. Would love to upload a picture but unfortunately doesn't give the option

We be love ChampionExpress! We bought a VIP membership and go through the wash fairly regularly. All of the employees are always courteous and helpful, and we love having clean vehicles. Highly recommend Champion Express car wash!

I love this car wash! The only problem with me and the car wash is I don t get to town very often so the price for a month for me is not sensible to pay for a month. But the attendant is very friendly and the wash ACTUALLY cleans your car unlike the other car washes that don t do that well. So go ahead it check champion car wash out!!

WOMEN BEWARE of pervy worker. One of the workers is incredibly rude and uncomfortable to be around always staring when I clean my car and making me uncomfortable, he is very rude to me and I see him being rude to other workers. It's a shame I used to really enjoy going to this car wash, they had fun music and the old staff were really nice and helpful.

The gentleman at the ticket machine noticed my car was still a little dirty after going through once, so he walked up to me and told me to go back through and that they would pay! Very friendly and outstanding customer service

I took my sons older model car to wash and accidentally put it into the wrong gear when I was supposed to put it neutral l. Totally my fault I get that and I was putting it in the right gear when the attendant started yelling at Mr. He was extremely rude and it's not appreciated. My husband and myself come there frequently to wash our vehicles and I know he has a job to do but he didn't need to be so rude.

FREE VACUUM CLEANERSThey have wipe down towels too- I love it when carwashes do this instead of being stingy about it.11/10 would recommend

The Silver City employees are true professionals. Especially Mrs. Adrianna and Mrs. Trisha they went above and beyond making sure that I was taken care of. Please come by and support this wonderful business. I am happy to know and share that this business supports local businesses and our law enforcement. They have helped with donations even during this pandemic. I don t know of very many businesses that can attest to that. The location is by far superb. Great car wash! The system does a fabulous job, and the staff members are extremely helpful and pleasant.They provide clean cloths that help with any "fine drying" after the wash. That's a rare and very appreciated courtesy for customers.Equipment does a great job and the vacuums are top notch.Recommend enthusiastically.

A lot of work for customers to vacuum their own car. You have to sit in car during loud wash. It is VERY EXPENSIVE.

Horrible service lazy rude man with venue on. Should really pay attention to customers instead of hiding in corner on his phone. Don t recommend unless you want to deal with disrespect. You can see that after being rude and disrespectful he went right back to his phone.

They refused me Services because they said my truck was to dusty, and they mostly cleaned luxury cars like corvettes , I was honestly mostly offended from his opinion that a corvette is a luxurious car
