This is the nicest storage units I have ever rented. They insulate the ceilings and they have lights inside the units. The units were completely clean and the facility is very well kept and secure with high fencing with barbed wire all the way around. The staff has been exceptional with helping us with all our needs from storage units to parking spaces. Also, being a Uhaul location, I was able to unload our belongings into the unit then return the truck right there. So convenient. Everyone of the staff have been polite and professional. They are all on top of their game. I would highly recommend this facility as one to the best I've ever dealt with.

Incredible service - the guy that helped me out was top notch and helped me get my hitch set up on the spot. Best in town!!

The woman working the desk here has been the most helpful person I've ever dealt with in a professional setting. Deserves a raise. Units affordable, was in good repair, place has its stuff in order. But if you're going here, it's cus the front desk lady will solve all your problems. Now I know why my dad left. He was looking for his Bypass Storage front desk lady, and I hope he finds her.

By-Pass Storage is such a great, family-owned business! We have rented from them for two summers in a row. Their storage units are always clean, and the people are so helpful!Paul, the owner s son restored my faith in humanity (after having dealt with a rude, snarky Budget rental car lady at the Tucson airport) when my daughter s car battery was completely dead.He saw us getting our jumper cables out and brought his big truck over to offer to help. He went above and beyond to help us, as the battery wouldn t start even after charging for some time. Paul brought over his tester, and when it tested bad, he set out to remove the battery (no small feat) so that we could take it into Walmart and get a new one. It was quite hot that day and Paul had even cancelled his plans in order to help us. There is no way that my daughter and I could have possibly done this ourselves! Paul was a Godsend!After installing the battery for us, he even checked all the tires and put air in them!I tried to pay him for all that he did for us, but my money was declined! In a world where it seems like businesses are just trying to charge customers as much as they possibly can, it is refreshing to have a business do more, and go above and beyond without expecting anything in return.I highly recommend By-Pass Storage! The people are amazing!

Was originally quoted $40 dollars for a one day truck rental. That jumped to $86 milage was .99 a mile after the first 50. I know for a fact I went 27 miles over and paid that. They then insisted on changing me another 27 for God knows what. Stay away from these scam artists.

Very helpful staff...fixed my hitch...was riding low...and hooked up the trailer. When I returned they unhitched the trailer for me and I was on my way

We been doing business with Jim and Barb since they opened. Rented many trucks and trailers and stored with them. No problems, best place I ever used for storage lockers and always friendly service too. I highly recommend them--I wouldn't go anyplace else.

That was a horrible experience. Who is the lady running the front desk there? She is rude on the phone and in person. I would never want to business with someone who treats others that way. After I signed all the paper work and went to my storage unit, she showed up a few minutes later to tell me the contact number I gave her was out of service, which I know isn't. I said I would meet her in the office to sort it out and instead she said "No, you can take your stuff out, I don't want to rent to you." When I checked the number she wrote down it was one digit off! Ugh, I hope somebody else opens or expands a storage unit in this community. What a terrible experience.

The place itself is well maintained and is a very secure spot to store all your extra stuff. The owners run a strict policy of 5mph when traveling to your storage so speeders beware, u get spotted speeding or even remotely kickin up dust the owner or her husband will chase u down with a tv and reprimand you.

Will not be doing business with them again. Lady is very rude and I took my belongings out of storage in the middle of the month and they do not refund!!! That is !!
