I rolled in on a flat front tire on a 6000 mile trip from Minnesota to Mazetlan Sinaloa.Nick the service manager had my African Twin Honda in the shop and in short order he had installed a new heavy duty tube and remounted and balanced the wheel, he had me back on the road in no time!THANKS NICK!!

Great place ! The sales people are really nice and helpful. Brought in my bike for the break in oil change and inspection. Great experience. Shout out to Brandon thanks for helping me out great service and super informative on what was done and how the bike was doing over all. Definitely recommend it!

Just purchased my 2024 Can Am Maverick R today, great service from our sales rep Brandon and his finance department. The delivery by Brandon at service was exceptional with great information. Adrian helped us order some extra parts for the rig, great service overall! Very thankful!

I absolutely had the most amazing experience at this place. I got a great deal on a side by side. But the customer service from Brandon in sales and his manager Jaime, Wendy in parts and Brandon in services were awesome!Flying to El Paso from Phoenix to buy there was word it.We coordinate everything over the phone, when we got there it took me less than an hour to get everything ready.I highly recommend this place.

I was referred to this place by the insurance company adjuster. I should have taken it to viva. My razor has been sitting here for repairs for nearly a year now. We get the same answer every time we call. Parts are being shipped or parts had to be returned. We ve spoken to managers, Gm and someone who claims to be the owner. I hope no one else has to go through this kind of disservice. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Absolute amazing customer service. We flew from Arizona to purchase a 2023 Polaris Pro R from this place due to their amazing deals they had and how well they handle our situation. Brandon was the main reason we flew down due to his incredible service being patient and talking through us and helping us make a final decision. Wendy was amazing as well she helped us choose accessories for the SXS and was overall super nice. There was another Brandon that helped us so much, gave us a complete rundown on how the SXS works and all. Overall 10/10 experience would recommend to others, will show here again.

Good place to get your bike serviced, i have the lube for life for my mt09 and this place never fails to take care of it when i need it done even on a short notice, Brandon always gets the job done on time with a wait for less than an hour, (obviously you need to let the engine to cool down before changing the oil), and once in a while hell lube up your chain with no cost added.

I would give them 0 stars if I could. We bought a slingshot 6 months ago and everything was good with the purchase, but first and last time we come to service it. They give you multiple quotes and charge a lot more once they ve serviced it. They will charge for extra hours of labor (was only here for 2 hours and they charged 3.5 at over $140 per hour?) to get the charges up. We will not be returning as we have never been to a shop that will change the prices so much more than double what was quoted. They also don t even try to listen, they are just ready to answer back without a good explanation as to why it changed so much!! Definitely disappointed and I rarely leave reviews only the really good ones or in this case the worse experience for service.

This is THE place to come to when you want to buy, trade, repair or accessorize any of your motorsport vehicles! I bought a Yamaha R1 a few years back from here and sales basically bent over backwards to get me what I wanted. They also gave me a great deal. This time I came in with my Suzuki GSXR1000 to have it repaired. Brandon was very friendly and knowledgeable, he helped me through the entire process. They worked perfectly with my insurance to get everything fixed and get my bike back up to 100%. In the end Brandon even helped load my bike in the back of my truck, great guy! I will always recommend Santa Teresa Motorsports!

John & Nick where amazing to work with. They re very knowledgeable and great to talk with. I truly wouldn t go anywhere else and I ve been here 13 years. Most work I ve done myself because I wouldn t ever trust VIVA Powersports. Their service area is a mess. They ve lost their touch. So having to drive about an hour for AMAZING work, I will. I loved all my photos of everything they did. Was great to follow the work they did. The price for everything was as I expected so I could say it was decent for the work. I had $2600 worth of work done. The first run on the quad was great. Everything was as it should be. Even the shift to neutral was factory stiff again haha. They order everything correctly. I very happy with their work and I look forward to actually taking it out tomorrow and Saturday to the track. REPLACE YOUR STOCK BASKET June 25thCame in because I was having clutch cable issues. Nothing to do with the above work. Just needed it tighten up a little. They took the one side of my quad bars apart and fixed the issue I was having with not getting enough pull on the levers. They adjusted it too. All this was free and and awesome convo with them. Big shout out to Paul their tech super. He did the work himself. This place is by far the best in the area. They are all very knowledgeable and so nice. I love working with them because they give me the confidence they know what their doing. I love it. Thank you Paul, John, and Nick. Y all are super hero s

This place is a grown man's toy store!!!!!! Use extreme caution when entering because it is a place that will call your name and never let you leave!!!!! Oh and leave your wallet at home!!!! I purchased my RZR from here and was extremely satisfied with customer service and overall purchase. I will definitely purchase another toy in the future!! Service center is also very knowledgeable and friendly!

They always take so long to fix my rzr has not been the 1 time, been there almost a month plus they mention, they have machines being there longer like 4 months. I bought my rzr with them and since I I got it been having alot of issues with it. I always take it to them so they can fix it cuz they're not doing they job righ and never gets fix! Have been having this issue with them since last year

Edit: I got a call from the store, and was able to get a refund for the One-Wheel as it had never been out of the box. Thank you very much!Purchased a one-wheel. Was ordering protective gear and doing some more research, and decided to go with an e-bike rather than a one-wheel, and tried to return. Was expecting to pay the 20% restocking fee, and was fine with that. Was told I could not return it at all, even though I had bought it only a few days ago and never took it out of the box, because it was electronic .I m not okay with that.Staff was polite and knowledgeable, no issues with the store as a whole, but not allowing a return on a device that never came out of the box is not cool. I would have been fine with the 20% restocking fee, but not with no return at all.

Santa Teresa Motorsports service department individuals led by Nick & others exceeds my expectations every time they work on my bikes. They recently installed a new seat on my KTM Super Duke GT & it looks great & with out being asked they also addressed some updates that were needed. These guys also work on bikes that are sold at other dealerships, like my Harley Davidson Panamerica. Their parts department also outstanding in taking care of parts I ve ordered in a very timely manner & they keep me updated on the status of my orders. This dealership is very customer focused and are a pleasure to do business with.

Great place overall , Ive been coming here for a little bit and have a parts guy that I regularly communicate with and he always delivers with the parts that I need. Only downside that s been happening lately is a lady that keeps interrupting me when I m speaking to the parts worker. I know that my guy knows what he s doing and she comes up and always takes over the conversation. I don t know if it s new management because this used to never happen and that s a big reason I do not go in anymore. I communicate with my parts guy directly via text or phone calls now. And always has my parts ready when I arrive! Great people just a little annoying when she comes in and intrudes.

These guys are honest and straight forward. They will prolong the life of your machine. They repaired my KTM back to factory standards. Good work is not cheap and these guys do great work.

I went in about a week ago and needed parts for my can am and Adrian was super helpful. He was able to help me find exactly what I needed and he even gave me some great recommendations on what other parts I should get for my can am. His product knowledge was superb. If you need help looking with parts and accessories I recommend going in and asking for Adrian!

I came in today because I wanted to get a feel for the bikes, being that I'm considering being a new rider. They greeted me very nicely and spoke to a gentleman by the name of Ceser. He showed me all the different bikes that I was leaning towards and is very knowledgeable about them. When I'm ready to make my choice, it will definitely be from this dealer.

Really upset with service department took my canam to get checked because it was draining the battery. They called me a week later and told me it didn't have anything show up to pick it up and the canam doesn't even start asked them again if they had test drive and they said they didn't know because the tech that was working on it was out sick! So to leave it another week! So I did! Now they tell me its the battery maintanier and that they have to order it. They told me that 3-5 business days more for part to arrive. Then a week ago I called again they told me now that they didn't even have a confirmation code for the part to give them 2 more days! So I went ahead and waited called again now they are saying that the part is "backorder" and i have to wait another 8 days for the part to arrive! So now my canam has been sitting there for over a month. Its ridiculous I know things take time to get fixed but come on! They specialize on this! A month is too much! They need to get there service department better organize!
