Had a leak on my coolant line for my apu. They got me in, fixed and rolling within an hour. Great shop.

Good people are this location! Kevyonn and James helped me out and did a great job! I really appreciate the help from the two of them! I needed a simple light bulb replaced and they got me in right away to find out they didn't have the amber bulb I needed :( They suggest to look up front in the main store and Kevyonn went up there and helped me look and he checked probably 4-5 times and we couldn't find one. I finally asked to just use the clear bulb and I'll replace the amber light when I stop next. Kevyonn even showed me how simple it was to replace so I can do it myself!

Stopped to eat at Subway..it was closed and so were the up front Restrooms...another Restrooms in the back of TA.

They had my driver sitting there for 3 days before taking a look at my truck. They voided the work order apparently because they tried calling us and neither I or my driver were picking up the calls and the driver was in the parking lot with the truck which they were well aware of. The driver was speaking to the general manager and tried explaining to her that we have not received any calls from the shop after she claimed they were unable to get in contact with us and he even showed them his call log to prove that he did not get any calls. When speaking to my driver she was being rude to him as well as refusing to create another order and instead told my driver to come in the next day. The mechanic was also very rude which he was also refusing to take a look at our truck. Lastly all we needed to get done is our airlines to be looked at

Clean big place lots of parking . Busy place . The chicken nuggets at Popeyes were great fresh ! Showers were clean but on the smaller side as my husband and I share . Bathrooms were clean but it's was busy

Great shop personnel Mr John was so kind and helpful when I broke down on the road he walked me though a regen. I call about 5 times and everytime he calm me down and made me smile while telling what do to get rolling and saved slot of money in so thankful and it's mothers day.

Great customer service! Very courteous and professional! Visited on 3/19/21 for a Check and Advise on my truck. I was treated with the utmost respect! Will return even if only to say hello!

Had limited products service people where rude. One really good worker was older limped his way out to help me. Don't expect much here.

This person Jim is very irresponsible, he is not careful in his work, he should go find something else to do, people like that do not fit in places like this.

This place is Disgusting the bathrooms were closed the Popeyes chicken was closed The Subway had a line out the door I don't recommend anyone come to this place they need to fix all of these problems here

All the restaurants were closed at 7am no breakfast unless you want gas station food you have to microwave

We stopped in our RV as we needed air in the back dual tires. The two guys in the service bay would not help us . Don t bother stopping here for help with your RV.
