Plenary of space for overnight parking if you're traveling through. Nice big laundry room and showers here. Nice variety of food and decently priced! Washers and dryers good size-$3 each

Where to start?First, parking lot has not been striped in recorded history.Second, the restaurants charge better than 30 dollars for a meal.Third, they serve truck drivers, but close at 8 because they can't staff the place.Fourth, the place hasn't been swept in some time.The toilets and such are in disrepair and nasty dirty. (They chose to close the newer side for cleaning at the peak time when drivers arrive).Showers are disgusting!Wake up America, when the drivers give up because they can't get decent service while trying to bring your goods to market, your whole falls apart!Corporate America, you should he ashamed!

There were two attendants cleaning the showers as they emptied. Ample towels were provided and the showers were very clean and I got right in. There is some rust forming on the frame of the mirror and electrical box cover but that's hardly an issue in cleanliness. The door could also use some new paint and there were areas in the shower that could use some new calk. The exhaust fan in the shower didn't work but there was a nice oscillating fan installed on the wall which does work. They also provide a hair dryer in the room on the wall.Subway restaurant was clean and the food was good and prepared quickly.Coming in for gas on the Shell side was a little odd as in every port was a one way only but it was doable. They have a small assortment of New Mexico souvenirs.There is ample truck parking for overnights.Car parking to enter the oasis is also awkward as it is far off to the side at the entrance to subway. $15 for the shower seems a little steep to me considering the mildly run down state of the facilities but all in all I had all of my needs met. I would recommend.

Steve in the shop is sooooo nice. This isn't my first time to this shop, and it has always been really friendly and helpful. I always say Santa Rosa is the nicest small town in America, and they consistently prove me rightbat this shop.

Here in Santa Rosa, New Mexico at the TA there is Popeyes chicken and a subway. Popeyes is really fast about getting you your order. At the truck stop there is lots of parking and friendly faces. Exit 277 on interstate 40.

Whoa. Probably the last place I'd stop at.Gas prices on par with everyone else.Interior of TA in need of.some TLcC. Restrooms were chaos. First set by Subway, pee on all the seats in the stalls and floor looking nasty. Went down to the other restrooms by TA register...wasn't much better. 3 stalls, doors all falling off and downgrade with explosive diarrhea on 2 of the 3 stalls. Guess I'll just hold it til I get to Pilot.

We're stopping for dinner and a bathroom break, unfortunately I'm wishing we stopped elsewhere.NO bathrooms. There are porta-potties outside. They were filled to the seat with poo. Absolutely wretched. :(NO Popeyes chicken. There are tons of signs for Popeyes, but they are all closed up. We stopped here hoping for options. Just felt very run down and not taken care of.The gas was just pouring out of the nozzle when I moved it from the pump to my car it splashed every where.Hopefully it improves here soon. I will say that I have them 2 stars because the staff is amazing! So kind and courteous. Helpful. The state of the place is just really bad.If this review helped, give me a like and a follow!

Came to TA due its large lot size to diesel fuel 33 ft RV. Lot was full of large potholes. Garbage on the ground in the parking areas as well as the perimeter. Card reader did not work at diesel pump. They have a designated pet area. The area was heavily littered. There was a receptacle for pet waste but was overflowing with litter. Bag dispenser was empty. This is tired old truck stop that needs some upkeep.

Not to bad, truck lot was dirty but then most ta locations are food was good from Popeyes only if thing was an old man and his dog living in RV behind the shop connected to the shop power. Never seen a business allow that

took my truck to the mechanic in Santa Rosa New mexico and they told me I needed to get a 600 dollar part. Spent 80 dollars for them to inspect it and all they did was climb on the tire and look. They didn't even inspect anything. So I get to Joliet Illinois and I inspect it. It was only the wiper arm assembly not the linkage motor that they told me. What a waste of money.

Took my gas truck and travel trailer to 2 different pumps and found both to have issues with Equipment to use my d�bito card, I called into the cashier for assistance and was refused unless I came in the store. After losing about 30 min already I left and went to the truck stop across the street.

They have parking everywhere!! It was full up to the max and if ppl will park right might be more room! But dang. It was packed tell I found a small space to back up my truck and went to sleep!!! The back was all full and front and in dirt road!

Be careful pulling in the truck entrance, realy bad dip that custom chrome bumpers dont like!! (Ask me how i know, bent mine pulling in) Old and out dated like all of them. The parking lot looks like it got hit by missiles as well. I won't be stopping here again.

Don t take a shower or use public restroom this place smell mold and not renovated since years I ll fuel up from loves next time across the street take a look at these pictures.

Ample parking even for oversized non-commercial vehicles. Well lit. Bathrooms were pretty clean. Paper towel machine was out when we visited. This is a pretty busy stop so that s not surprising.Subway and Popeyes are on premises for your eating needs.Staff was helpful and friendly. Not a bad place to stop for your needs.

TA is great service,,but the Popeyes chicken in there check your food before you leave, they give you anything. Like you suppose to be ok with it,,and I went back to ask them to make it right they mad,WHY.that's just wrong, the crew on 10/16/23 @ 6:45pm..so if you DONT want to be upset, check your food.

It's a good truck stop. But some of the showers are broken. I had to hold the shower head to take a shower. Shower 2 needs to be fixed.

Not worth stopping at during the night hours, Restaurants are closed and there is no hot food. Very disappointing.

Rude fat male cashier. Angelino and staff in service department rude also, even the older guy needs to be retrained. Popeyes nasty attitudes. Shorter guy at subway only dec3nt employee at this location. Showers not clean. Mold everywhere at this location. Ungrateful to have a job. These people. Also the parking lot needs to be fixed. Too broken.

No concern for customer service. No receipt paper in any of the Shell gas pumps. Clerk didn't care that they gave poor customer service. She said she didn't know how to put the paper in the pump. Maybe employee training is in order. I think stations like this don't put paper in the pumps so customer has to go inside to get receipt and maybe will spend more money. We will not stop here again. There are two other big stations here. We will go to Love's from now on. Maybe they care about their customers.

Customer service is always good. But it is not ok to park in the entrance and block the drive thru.

Night shift truck Service Dept and FAST and hard workers! This is the BEST TA service department I have been to in 6 years.I will always go BACK!!Had a tire change done in under 2hrs including wait in line PLUS they had to call the Trailer leasing company.Thanks again Greg

This one has alot of parking but pulling out of the fuel Island was not set up well at all other than that Lots to pick from in the store during the day good night not much in the stores close early for food

We've stopped at this location for years, and it generally provides our necessities. I somewhat agree with other reviews about the age of the facility and the need for major renovations, but you just can't beat the convenience. The Popeyes addition is pretty rewarding since my family and I love a decent fried chicken meal. There's not much to offer when we're coming from Clovis or Albuquerque, so the restaurant is satisfying.
