This place sucks I had a blowout, and they would not help me. I even asked to rent or buy a tire iron so I could put my spare on. They just laughed at me. Avoid this place at all costs. Travel America and The Shop were more than willing to help me out

Broke down , they had me up and running in (2) hours. No appointment. I was driving from Ohio to Arizona. Would not have made it without them. My family thanks you. Long way from home.

Stopped by bc I was short a lil oil on while on my road trip and was a tremendous help getting me some OW-20 which I know not a lot of people carry out on a big highway! Mainly diesel or heavier oils only. Thank you so much and wish the best for this man!!

Thank you Silver Moon Auto Repair! On our way to a ski trip our trucks 2 front drivers side wheel bolts shirred off sometime on the 625 mile leg of the trip. Our wheel could have fallen off and would have probably flipped the vehicle. The guys and young lady got right on the job getting the parts needed and the wheel fixed. The young man also checked the other wheels. All this done in a very short time and at a very reasonable cost right at their closing time. Will always have a smile when we pass Santa Rosa and think of the nice people who live and work in that community.

This is place is where you want to go in an emergency!Wish I could give 10 stars!Santa Rosa was the 2nd stop on a 4 leg trip to Reno Nevada from Gonzales Louisiana for a temporary job.The driver's side wheel bearing/axel started to get really loud 10 miles from our hotel in Santa Rosa.No other shop would help me.Mechanic Mike did an awesome job!Made it with confidence 558 miles on the 3rd leg of our trip to Kingman Arizona with no issues whatsoever.Having the the parts in stock was such a blessing!Mike knocked it out in 1 day!God Bless them for such a speedy job by such a experenced mechanic at a fair fair price!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Broke down and thought I could trust a Napa autocare. I was wrong. Said he could take a look at it around lunch the next day. Ended up not doing anything and waste a full day of mine. I would've understood if he knew what was wrong and just waiting on parts.

Great service!!! Broke down with 4 kids a dog and 2 cats traveling acrros the u.s and they took care of me 8am sharp. Was back on the road in 3 hrs.. Reasonable charge

Great service here.. We pull in with clutch problem and they help us even with them closing for a week.. Thank so u so much for helping us even with u closing for a week
