This company really saved us back in June when we got a flat tire on I-40. It was Friday evening and most towing places were closing until Monday. This was the only place that was willing to help us, specifically Carlos. We were also an hour outside of town but they came and towed our car to their office. By then it was 10pm and he was still willing to fix my tire. It was not a regular flat, the air was leaking out because it was not installed properly when I first got it. So he had to take the tire off of the rim, fix it and put it back on. In the end, my car was back to normal and we made it to our airbnb in Amarillo, Texas that night.We are so grateful for this company and Carlos and we will always remember how he helped us when no one else would! Without them I have no idea what we would have done. Thank you so much

My parents were stranded in the middle of nowhere on i40 at 9pm at night on Saturday, with a flat tire, on their way to Phoenix. I called Johnson enterprise and Nathen answered right away, was able to get there within 45 minutes. He helped replace a flat tire quickly. If it wasn t for Nathen, they would be stranded all night. We thought for sure no one would help. Extremely grateful for Johnson enterprises!

My family and I had a radiator blow late at night in the middle of nowhere i40. These guys helped me limp to a safe spot and brought a new radiator and fan clutch even though delivering parts isn t something they normally do. They went above and beyond to get my family back on the road

Only one to respond to my Roadside Assistance at 6 am on a Sunday traveling from Phoenix to Western Oklahoma. He came & swapped out my damaged tire for my spare. Followed him to his shop & he put on a used tire. Used tire was in good shape and I felt it would be safe for the almost 400 miles I had left. All this was complete in under 2 hours.

My water pump went out in the middle of nowhere, 20 miles west of Santa Rosa, New Mexico, on my 12v Cummins. Josh and Nathan,the owner came out late evening, and towed my truck, and my trailer back to their shop. They finish the repairs the next day, for a reasonable price. WI was very satisfied with their service. I would not hesitate to use Johnson Enterprises again.

Thank you so much for everything you folks have helped us with. You all are life saving and miracle workers. I enjoyed how I could call you and text youpictures. I enjoyed you offering to fixing that problem right there in the middle of the night. Offering to go get the part for us. You are to sweet. Thank you for your help and hospitality.As like how your shop was only a half mile away from blue hole and I could actually walk there. So coool.

This place is a joke. I broke down on the interstate and called them. They stopped by to look and told me he would be right back, but did not return for three hours. No phone call or follow up, just let me know over three hours before coming back. Then They ordered a part, then took a full week to get there when I found one that could ve been overnighted, but they refused to use that part. It also was $200 cheaper than the one they found. The worst part is my tire fell off right after leaving there on the interstate. I had to have a company mechanic fix that. Also, the repair they made on my car, broke three months later, and is now unfixable because of the way they did it, according to the new mechanic. Do not use these people. They will rip you off, and they are not good at what they do.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Car towing

My number 4 injector line cracked (5.9 Cummins) just a few miles out of Santa Rosa. They knew which line it was before I even told them. Dude brought me a new one, swapped it in 5 minutes, and had me back rolling. Absolutely outstanding customer service and workmanship. They are an awesome outfit!!

Shout out to Nathan Johnson! Our truck broke down 4 times in one day this year. We remembered how last year Johnson Enterprises helped when our 2018 Ram truck broke down in Santa Rosa. We called them this year to see if they knew of a mechanic in Tucumcari. They gave us the name of a mechanic. Then he said, "Try this idea. If that doesn't work take it to this mechanic."It work! I recommend Johnson Enterprises highly!

Just wanted to say a big thanks to Johnson Enterprises - Nathan and Josh!!!On 29th Oct; while traveling back to Houston, Texas, my wife and I experienced a blow out, with run flats and no spare, I was stuck on the side of I40 close to Santa Rosa at sunset...not a good feeling. I called one company which was closed, then called Johnson Enterprises - they answer the phone!!!!Nathan and Josh showed up exactly by the time stated, had the right tow equipment, trailer and truck to haul the car. These tow guys were very professional, exceeded my expectations and went out of their way to help!!!! They dropped the car at a local tire shop as it was after hours and brought us to a local hotel for the night.I can't say thank you enough, I would definitely recommend and call Johnson Enterprises for all of your vehicular repairs and towing needs!!Thanks again for the small town service....you cant find this kind of help in the big city!!!MichaelServices: Car towing, Local hauling

My son was traveling through Santa rosa on his way to california , on highway 40 at 8pm, and got a flat tire. I called Johnson enterprices& towing, they got there to help him, within 15 minutes. Very good service, and response, very polite and helped him with info, on getting another spare tire. Thank you, Johnson & Towing.

Coolant Leak. They towed me (great) fixed the coolant leak (great) but refilled my coolant system with water. Per the manufacturer and common sense this will cause major engine damage. When I got to where I was going after driving cross country, I had it fixed properly. But. Who knows.Service: Car towingService: Car towing

So i recently used Johnson's when randomly my brakes started screeching when approaching a stop so i stopped by to speak to the owner Nathan as i was told by a few people about his location in town he made everything clear when explaining what was going on he also allowed me to bring my own parts as i like to know what im paying for his pricing for labor was fair and about in the range of what other places quoted me with others being higher priced my car has done fine since the repairs he made i will definitely use his services in the futere whenever needed he told me when my car would be done and when i got there it was ready and waiting right on time just as he said it would. On Feb. 18, 2022 we pulled off the highway to spend the night in Santa Rosa. We stopped at the stop sign to go to the hotel and the transmission gave out. We called Johnson for the tow to a dealer or transmission shop. Carlos showed up about 8 minutes after the call. He explained Santa Rosa did not have a dealer nor a transmission shop. Towing to Galles Chevy, located in Albuquerque, was our option. On the way to Albuquerque he recommended a hotel that had a car rental agency on premises which happened to be a couple blocks from the dealership. We dropped the car at the dealership and then he was kind enough to take us to the hotel. Carlos was very friendly and helpful and wished well upon leaving,Service: Car towing

Car broke down 30 hours into a 45 hour road trip, in the middle of no where. I was pretty freaked out, but they got me in first thing in the morning. The transmission was shot so I had to get it to a dealership, and they towed me 2 hours to Albuquerque. Super nice people, they also had the cutest puppy hanging around at the shop. Best way to cure the anxiety from car struggles. Thanks for getting us taken care of!

We were driving 600 miles from Prescott Arizona to Tucumcari New Mexico and our power steering pump blew up 20 miles out of Santa Rosa. We had to pickup 13 greyhound dogs for adoption and return another 600 miles back to Prescott overnight. I googled for a mechanic and parts supplier near me and it came up with Johnson Enterprises and Towing in Santa Rosa. It said Nathan was a decent man and a great mechanic. We were very fortunate to find a pump at the car parts store right across the street from Johnson Enterprises & Towing. Nathan and his most excellent associates came to our rescue and replaced the pump and got us back on the road with our dogs in less than 4 hours. Nathan is extremely knowledgeable, a great mechanic and an outstanding human being. This country was made great by hard working, enterprising people like Nathan, his wife, daughter, and Joshua and Brandon. We need more like them across the country. If you ever find yourself in a jam traveling along I-40/Route 66 near Santa Rosa and need a tow or a major repair, call Nathan at Johnson Enterprises & Towing. They will take care of you!

My engine light came on while traveling today and they were the 3rd place I stopped and they were actually able to help me. The girl was so nice , did a diagnostic check and got me on my way.If need roadside service I recommend you just drive straight here and save time! They are awesome.

My Ford F-250, 2015, went in to error mode while we were on a 21 day trip. The Diesel engine coded a problem with clogged diesel exhaust filter. The only option was to attempt a forced regeneration of the filter, requiring certified diesel tech. We verified with Ford Motor Co. that the truck was getting ready to shut down and we would be stranded.Johnson s Diesel has us park truck and Fifth wheel trailer in an abandoned parking lot and sent technician to us. He was with us within 30 minutes, worked the 1 hour procedure, and got us traveling again. This represents above and beyond service, professionalism, down home courtesy! Anytime traveling I-40 near San Rosa, NM, they will be on my call list if we have any problems! You guys are the best!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I wish I cold post a 5-star review, but the fact is I needed to redo and replace what I paid these guys to do. We broke down a few blocks from the shop during our road trip to Texas and diagnosis was a faulty fuel pump. The replacement pump works fine and got us on our way, but after leaving the shop had a car permeating with the smell of fuel. I checked it out during the next fill-up and gas was flooding all over the underside of the car. I opened the access door and immediately found the gasket for the fuel pump was completely off. This basically means I was leaking fuel for 450miles of travel, forced us to breathe gas fumes for hours, and put me and my family lives in danger. The only explanation is this shop put it on wrong. It literally took me 30 seconds to spot this, but cost me another $250 for another shop to fix it. For these reasons, I'm sorry, but I can not recommend their services.Service: Fuel delivery

My cv axle buggered out on me and needed a tow truck. I expected it to take hours but this this tow truck was early. The guy took extra care loading my car onto the truck. He even gave me a ride back to the loves which saved me 30 minute walk. I highly recommend this company for your towing needs.

Stopped by them as we had a transmission problem. Couldn't get it fixed here due to their small workshop. But led us in the right direction and diagnosed the problem which was the proper diagnosis.

Broke down in Santa Rosa and needed new transfer case for an AWD vehicle. They found a good price on the part, part came in and the work was done the next day. Good job, fair price, professional and courteous.
