WOW Joey did an amazing job and rescued us at 10pm when AAA said they could not help. Our RV had a blown tire and he helped get us back on the road. After our repair, he put on his hazards and followed us on the freeway to make sure we would be ok when we got to cruising speed. He was confident in his work, that he would be fine, but it was so nice for him to follow us. I hope to never get a blown tire in New Mexico again but if I do, I would definitely call Big Rig Truck Service!

I'm an owner operator who drives cross country for work. On 2/9/2024 My tire blew out on i40 eastbound, so I began to call around to the commercial spots like Loves and TA. I was recommended Big Rig Truck by a guy from TA. I called roughly 2:30pm to request service. By 3:30pm the mechanic was onsite handling the tires. By 4:15pm I was back on the road heading the Pennsylvania. Excellent service. The mechanic I had was named Aaron. Quick and efficient. Exceptional work and professional company. A++ STRONGLY RECOMMEND

I broke down on I-40 in Santa Rosa New Mexico 1/13/24, I called a couple of different shops and everybody wanted to tow my truck and trailer to their location to work on it. Big rig truck service came to my exact location and got me back on the road within an hour. Thank you guys so much Ricky kept me from going out of business that day.

We had a blown tire near the 275 exit in Santa Rosa. Every other place was either closed or couldn't help. We really thought we were going to spend the night in there until places opened up. Our last place we stopped at was the Big Rig Truck Service at the TA station. There service was amazing, very well priced and help came within 5 minutes! Thanks Dante! Come to find out they service up to two hours away from Santa Rosa. They will now be my first stop when traveling in northeast NM.

We were coming across I40 west bound hauling horses. We had some bearing issues on our trailer and had to pull over on the interstate so scary.. I reached out to Joey (owner) of Big Rig Truck Services..he was there in a matter of minutes.. he helped us limp into the safety of his shop with our horses in tow. Joey s crew were so friendly and knowledgeable! The parts were gathered and the job was completed with exceptional excellence ! Joey s wife Olga made everyone feel right at home with her generous hospitality. They were our guardian angles of the highway. Thank you

Highly Recommend! Joey and his staff did an amazing job repairing our fifth wheel! Along with providing road side assistance to get the Camper back to his shop. Great Customer service, communication and timely repairs. More than thankful for Joey and his team!

I had a fantastic experience with the BIG RIG TRUCK SERVICE INC. that fixed my semi-truck's coolant leak. From start to finish, their service was exceptional. Highly recommend. I talked with the owner, he was out on a service call, he got back to me in short order to confirm he had the tires I needed. On a road trip, tires showing their age, wanted to change all 6 on our class c rv. Shortly after I got there, he had a pit crew working on the rig, he had us set and ready to go in about an hour. It was a great experience and now we are on our travels with peace of mind that our tires won't become a problem, thanks!

Great and very fast service. Had a great experience. I called Loves and TA services but their ETA was at lot longer and they were unsure if they were even able to provide that service. I called and spoke to someone and he was able to troubleshoot right away. Very knowledgeable and kind. Definitely recommend this shop.

Was on a cross country road trip alone and I40 destroyed one of my rv tires. I have a Class C motorhome. Big Rig came right out with a new tire, changed it on the side of the road quickly and professionally. They saved me fear and frustration with great service and personality. Great shop! Thank you!

We had a tire losing pressure on our 34 fifth wheel (thank you TPMS), stopped and put the spare on. Called this shop and they were amazing! Got there, took the tire in and they did an amazing repair!!! We were there about an hour, and the cost was reasonable!!! We are so thankful!!!!!

This man right here is a lifesaver . Blew a turbo hose clamp dead in the water!!! Called another well known truck repair shop they told me it would be over two hours called this company and he got out of his bed and fixed the problem as well as had the part for 14.00 cheaper total down time was 48 minutes from time of occurrence to back on the road!!! nascar repair time for big rigs as far as road calls go . Very fair and didn t take advantage of this driver as most truck repair companies do on road calls!!! Definitely will keep him in mind when I am in the area!!! Very hard to find reliable and trustworthy diesel mechanics!!!!

Joey and Ricky were the absolute best. My tire in my 36ft school bus blew out and turns out I needed all new tires! They were able to order me new ones at the best price around and came out to the KOA to get them installed, and it was still cheaper than other tire places nearby. They worked so diligently and were able to help me get back on my way! They were so helpful with teaching me things to look out for too - I just bought this bus and am trying to learn as much as possible .Thank you guys so much! If anyone is looking for a reliable and dependable mechanic on the road look no further than these guys!

This shop is most likely the best truck repair experience I ever had; the people are very professional, courteous and even if the odds are against you, they will go above and beyond to have their customers take in care of. When the job gets done, very important as far as I am concerned, their prices are more than fair. If anyone has any issues with their equipment, these are the people that will get you out of trouble and you will leave with a warm, fuzzy feeling after all.

I will very recommend this guys, I my case Joye was very nice talking on the phone, he kept his ETA to be at my truck 25mi away from his shop, he fixed the air tank leak in the middle of the exit ramp on I-40EB and the price was fair, Thanks Big. Rig

Five star service!!! Easter day, Sunday...My truck broke down like 40 miles away! The Boss guy went there, fix it, and charge me SO FARE RATE!!!I was so lucky to find them online! Top service, top level communication, thank you very much!!!And Happy Easter!!!

Very knowledgeable, Honest and Fair. We had a Mack anthem that was not starting. Joey the Owner was the one who responded to the call instead of going straight to the starter like most TA and Loves guys would have he started to diagnose the problem checking the voltage from the batteries and running along the circuit to the starter. He was able to find that the starter was good but there was a bad connection behind the kill switch and was able to get the driver moving quickly. Joey has 45 years of real experience (NOT YOU TUBE EXPERIENCE)! 10 out of 10 would Recommend!

I was driving down the road and my U bolts came loose on my semi. I Tightened the bolts much as I could just to get me to this shop. Young man Donte took care of me even though they were closed for the day (Saturday night 8Pm). He found the right bolts from their parts bin and tightened everything up for me within 15 minutes.

!!!NO SPEEDCO/ NO TA/ NO BOSS SHOP!!!*****ONLY BIG RIG*****Around month and a half ago my truck broke down in middle of nowhere during the snow storm; like two and half hours from Santa Rosa,NM. I called speedco, ta, and boss shop for road side assistance and their estimated time was 8 to 24 hours. And even they were not sure if they can fix it or not, but Mr. Big Rig was agreed fix the truck in middle of snow storm and he was on the side within three hours with all the required parts.Very kind, humble and knowledgeable person. He has 20+ years of experience working with the big rigs.Thank you for helping me out Mr. BIG RIG!!!

They should have more places like these and close the other shops these people don t play they get the job done super clean and fast mechanic severo did my seal and give that guy 100/10 he knows his stuff

My truck broke down due to the coolant leaking. Called Santa Rosa TA first but they failed to fix the truck, they were not only don t have the right size hose but also don t know how to take off the hose! I had to call another guy. Big rig truck service inc is a very good company, their mechanic came here and replaced the coolant hose in 20 minutes. Very good job!

Went to Petro they tore apart my brakes and said we can t repair your vehicle till Monday it was Friday afternoon. Had a hot load and called Big Rig truck service and they were wonderful said bring it on in. Was there Saturday morning @7am was out and completed by 10:30am can t believe what a great experience we had thank you sooo much for your expertise will definitely be back and will be sending my trucks there for repair.Robert HoffmanGolden Mile EnterprisesService: Brakes

I had to have two trailer tires on my 53 ft fan trailer Mr Joy the owner got out here very quickly and in 30 minutes he had the old tires off and the new ones. I would highly recommend them. helsomeone someone else on this interstate 25 corridor

35 miles away from Santa Rosa At night 11 pm truck air PPV manifold is leak I call loves & Ta Santa Rosa , loves tucumcari .. they have no part then I called big rig .. they have part in stock and told me come morning 7 am I wait the guys .. he fixed very quickly and price is very reasonable highly recommended for road service much appreciated Thnks

Inner wheel seal started leaking bad while passing through on a Sunday afternoon, TA didn't have the seal and recommended Big Rig. Big Rig had it cleaned and replaced in a couple hours, they also allowed me to complete my 10hr break in their lot. Cleaning job was excellent, passed a DOT inspection in Texas the next day with no issues. Thankyou Big Rig!
