I have been to a lot of Harley dealers across the country. Most I would go back to. Only a few I would never go back to. WICKED WEST in Santa Fe is among the MOST that I will go back to. The girls in motorclothes are awesome. The sales staff are great. Parts and service can't be beat. Marcos, in parts and service, helped me. I had a fork seal leaking. Marcos assured me it would be a quick, easy fix. I had my doubts. I mean, they will tell you anything to get you in the shop, right!?!?! Wrong!!! Marcos laid it out to me. Told me what was wrong and left it up to me. No pressure. No trying to talk me into it. Needless to say, I left my bike with him and in no time at all he was calling me back to go get my bike. SAME DAY. Not only did they change bath fork seals, but they also tested and flushed my clutch/ abs brake fluid, per my request. The best part was the price for services rendered. No, it wasn't free. Hey, does anyone work for free!!! Neither should Wicked West. I can guarantee you this, though, I didn't expect to get ALL I got for the low, low price they charged me. I was glad to pay the price. In fact, I was so glad to pay the price that I walked over to the motorclothes and got me a new pair of Harley Sunglasses. I got all the bang for my buck and rode out of there loud and proud. Thanks to the whole team at WICKED WEST HARLEY DAVIDSON in Santa Fe New Mexico. My family and I, we are a HARLEY FAMILY.

Walked in to look for my first bike, a used non-Harley that looked like it d had a rough life. I left with a beautiful Harley that I had no expectations of being able to purchase. Eli and Dennis bent over backwards to get me riding, and the entire staff were very friendly and supportive. I look forward to my riding future with my Harley and future dealings with Wicked West!!

Great staff, Josh in the parts department and Dennis in finance are awesome and very knowledgeable. Angel, the sales manager, makes thr buying process easy and quick. Plus Adrian, Marcos, Damion, and Andy in service can keep you rolling. Highly recommend the dealership as a whole.

Nice dealership, bikes, service, clothing and Harley stuff. Almost everything you'd need or want Harley. The only one thing I would have bought that they didn't have was a challenge coin. They had the poker chips and some sweet decals, which was all I wanted this trip. Excellent staff, Thanks for your help.

I've dealt with WW (formerly Santa Fe HD) since I bought my 2016 Fat Bob from Thunderbird (another story). They have always been helpful, low pressure and very knowledgeable about Harleys. I worked closely with Marcos, now the service manager, to upgrade my old Fat Bob to level IV, about 4 years ago, and again trying to salvage the FAT Bob after it finally died. Buying a new Fat Bob (softail version) with Marcos, Adrian and Keith collaborating to make it the way I want it was a pleasure and I love the bike.

Walking into Wicked West, my husband and I didn't know what to expect. We were greeted by the friendliest people. Cody our Road King specialists and Chine our fit specialist were the two that helped my husband and I. They knew what we were looking for went into detail on the Road King we were looking at and after working with these 2, we can honestly say this was the best purchasing experience we have ever experienced. We can't say enough about these individuals! They DID make us feel like family and made us realize what our freedom is worth. We live an hour from Sante Fe and this is our new home for anything Harley Davidson. Do yourself a favor and if your going to buy a motorcycle go to Wicked West, it's more than just a purchase its an experience!

Absolutely amazing.. First off my salesman Cody was awesome from the first time we spoke to now. He has definitely earned my business and friendship. The whole buying experience was very enjoyable The staff at Harley Davidson as a whole made my day one to remember I can t say enough about them other than you have earned a customer for life thank you again

I have been to many dealership service department across the world and I have to say this place is special. I had the opportunity to have Marcos be my service representative and he did an outstanding job! Not only did he get my tire swapped out for me, he identified a recall that needed to be done and knocked that out. They also gave me a once over to make sure everything was good. They corrected a minor finding without even make my it a thing. They just took care of it for me. I was blown away. I ve decided to get my bike serviced from now on with Marcos and the professionals in the service shop.Additionally, I killed some time in the parts department and I ll be coming there from now on. I haven t been treated like a real person from a dealership in along time. This place is fantastic! I d definitely recommend these two departments to anyone.

Bought my first bike here. Was an awesome, smooth, and easy experience. Philippe and the whole team were incredibly helpful in the days/weeks leading up to it with test rides and information and in the weeks following. Learned a lot about the process (insurance, maintenance, etc.) and will definitely be back.

First visit since change of management. We were completely ignored from entrance until we went to the counter to check out. Not a peep out of any employee although there were no other customers in the store.

I was on my way to Sturgis on my 2013 Ultra Classic to meet up with my friend from Canada and ride back to Gold Canyon, AZ. While getting gas in Las Vegas, NM I noticed 2 chunks out of my rear Michelin tire. I called Wicked West service and Marcos answered the phone. Told him my dilemma and he sent a driver to pick me up and get me back to their shop that evening. The next day Adrian called me and advised they were changing out my tire and also found my battery died and the bike would not start. They changed out both tire and battery and got me back on the road by 1 pm so I could continue my trip. These guys went out of their way to get me back on the road. Thanks Adrian, Marcos, and the driver (can recall his name) for your quick attention to getting me on my way. I would recommend their service department to any rider out there who finds themselves in a pinch. These guys really came through for me.

Just bought my first motorcycle at Wicked West Harley-Davidson, and it was a great experience. A big shout out for the friendly and helpful team! Marion got us hooked, a bit of negotiation with Cody and Dennis got all the financial parts sorted out! Great store, great team, can only recommend. Feel part of the family!

Stopped to get a shirt as a gift for my mom who collects dealerships merchandise. It was quiet and turns out if you want something you need to set it on the counter to set off the bell! Had a blast looking around and their music playlist was amazing:)
