I rescind my glowing review of Two Bears since Steve, the owner, pulled the rug out from under the business and moved out of state without warning to his customers. Randy is still in business and could use customer support since he's a good guy struggling to get his own business going to pay the bills and he does a terrific job on RVs. I hope he stays and gets his business going well.

The lower part of the refrigerator in our sixteen year old 5th wheel stopped properly cooling when we were on our way from Amarillo, TX to Chama, NM. When in Chama, we called Two Bears after talking with friends there who had used their service. Brian answered and had us check several things that might get the refrigerator working again since the refrigerator freezer was not having a problem. He tried to save us the cost of his two-hour trip from Santa Fe. Since a replacement unit was extremely expensive, we chose to get a new cooling unit. When Brian removed the refrigerator from the cabinet, the entire back of the unit was a thick layer of ice. It took quite a while to remove the ice & the old cooling unit. After installation was completed, he stayed a while to be certain the new unit would automatically switch from electricity to gas and back. When given the bill, Brian did not charge the normal amount for the additional time required to complete the replacement. His bill was almost the same as the estimate that included parts, labor, & travel. We recommend Brian at Two Bears because he handles repairs in a professional way and is frank about repair choices & costs.

I bought an RV in July in Dallas and immediately purchased everything needed for a solar power system. No one in the north Texas area had any knowledge of how to install except dealerships and they wanted as much for the install as I paid for the RV. Long story short- I found and installer in Flagstaff AZ and was on my way. Once in New Mexico I called a few dealers and was given the name of Brian at Two Bears. We talked and he said he could do it. Even though it took longer than he quoted he did not raise his rate, took extra time routing wires behind walls and installed leveling jacks on my rig all for the original quote. Courteous, professional and just a really good guy. The kind of person that you feel good doing business with. And being new to Rv ing, he took time to explain a lot of things to me. I highly recommend him for any RV work.

We are on the road in Chama and needed help ASAP. Two Bears was recommended by a local RV resort. Brian was very courteous and resolved the problem. We travel the area regularly, his number has been added to our contacts if we ever have further trouble.
