I ve been taking my 4Runner to Toyauto Man for years and they ve always been consistent in providing quality work, top notch customer service, honesty, and fairness in price. If you re a Toyota owner and need a great mechanic that ll give your car the proper care in needs, I highly recommend this place. Carlos and Claudia are amazing!

This is a wonderful place. Carlos and Claudia conduct business in a most personal, clear and knowledgeable way. My car feels well loved when I leave, and I enjoy spending time in their quiet and comfortable waiting room.

Amazing service and experience, called for a quote and had same day appointment and service. We were given a quote for what our vehicle needed and nothing more. They asked what we wanted to do and what we could afford we were not pushed or forced to do anything we did not feel comfortable with. Everything was explained with detail and they cared about the bottom line of getting our vehicle back to top notch without causing us to go broke. Reminded me of me parents who also have a business in Santa Fe, - honest and quality customer service. We will definitely be back and recommend to anyone we can.

Impeccable service. I wish the local dealer in town would use a lesson or two from this service provider. If you want to keep a customer, be honest and forthright. Carlos gave me options with no pressure. I was extremely happy to find that I didn t need what the local dealer said I needed, a whopping $800 job after paying a stupid diagnostic fee. I am so happy to know that there are still honest mechanics out there.

Claudia and Carlos have gone above and beyond in helping me with my prius repairs. They are like family to me! They are one of the few places that is honest about parts and repair prices and I am so grateful for everything they have done for me. Over the past years I have driven over 4 hours just for their services because I could never find anywhere as good as them. Seriously the best Toyota place ever go here.

The Toy Auto Man is a real class act...from your first phone call, to picking up your completed Toyota/Lexus...professional thru and thru. If you choose to wait for your auto, their wait room is a clean delight...of course, for best service you need to be very early...

Took my Highlander here when it was making a strange sound. Was told it would be over $3k to fix and likely unsafe to drive off the lot. I took to another toyota specialist in Santa Fe and had the repair done for under $300. Horrible experience.

I recently had to service my long-overdue little Toyota Rav4. The team at Toy Auto Man took great care of my little Rav and it is now driving like a champ! I would HIGHLY recommend Carlos and the Toy Auto Man team, they are truly wonderful.

The work has become sloppy after change in ownership of several years back. I had them replace rear pinion seal which requires drain and refill of the rear diff. They replaced the plugs with original crush washer so not they both leak and will require replacement. These are about a $1 part but probably none on hand so just did the work without them..

The very best Toyato and Lexus shop in New Mecico.. They are honest, sincere and very good mechanics.I have driven as far as 300 miles to get service at this repair shop.
