The Tint Shop tinted my 2023 Lexus RX350h with the ceramic window tint. The quality of the application was superb. It looks like the windows came tinted from the factory. It was immediately obvious that the vehicle was cooler due to the reduced IR radiation blocked by the tint film. The products offered are excellent. The work was completed on-time including directions to properly care for the window tint. I will get all my vehicles tinted here.Services: Sun control window tinting, Vehicle window tinting

I was encouraged to contact Bob at the tint shop, to install a spray in bed liner on my pickup. I scheduled the appointment with Bob, and took my vehicle in. Setting everything up for the install was easy, i dropped the vehicle off in the morning and by the afternoon the work was done. I can say I am completely satisfied with the work that he put into installing the liner in my vehicle. Bob advised me that when a liner is installed in a pickup he dedicates his whole day to getting it done. I can definitely tell that he took the time and care to make this a good experience for me, and explained to me the do's and don'ts of the new liner. You don't find service and quality like this very often. When you do, these are the businesses we need to support! You Have gained a Loyal customer that will continue to patronize your business in the future and I will be referring my contacts to your shop, thank you for the excellent work!!Service: Paint protection

Great service and easy to work with! I was able to be seen the following day and it took about 4 hours for all of my windows to be tinted. There is no waiting area, so make sure you have someone available to pick you up if you don't want to walk around and keep yourself busy. There's an IHOP, Home Depot, and Savers all within walking distance though if you don't mind getting some exercise and enjoying the sunshine. What I appreciated the most is he locked all the windows before I picked up my car. I unconsciously went to roll down my window to scan my key card and didn't realize it until I pressed the button. Luckily no windows rolled down and my tint job was safe! I've never paid for window tinting before but based on some research I did beforehand, I'd say everything was very fairly priced. Bob has always done an excellent job for us on all our vehicles. We recently purchased a new Lexus and needed the windows tinted I called Bob and set up an appointment for his next opening which was the following week but luckily he had a cancellation that same day and we were able to get our car tinted immediately. I would recommend The Tint Shop to anyone looking for professional, affordable and prompt service.Thank You Bob for your great service

I had the windows on my 2013 Prius V done on May 6. It was a little bit of a wait from when I contacted them and when they had availability, but well worth it.They explained things clearly, gave me options, were ready when I arrived and had the car ready exactly when they predicted. They were also both professional and personable. Convenient location, too. I would definitely use them again.

I took my 2021 Honda Civic sedan to get the windows tinted and it was a super easy and pleasant experience. They gave me a paper with advice on cleaning. It came out great on all sides and now my car doesn't look like a fish bowl. Got my truck bed lined here today. Service was professional, he skipped charging me extra for some additional work required by my flaky paint in the truck bed, which was nice, and the edges are all nicely finished. I recommend this place. I think it's the only place in Santa Fe that does truck bed lining, but I might be wrong. Certainly it's a good one.

Bob is a stand up guy who is focused on customer service. From scheduling the tinting to discussing his business with him, I could tell that he takes pride in what he does. I'm totally satisfied with the tinting he did for my Jeep, and am recommending him to anyone I know who is interested in getting their car tinted for a great price. Thanks Bob!

We took our new to us Chevy Silverado to The Tint Shop about a month ago to get tinted, we paid $250. A couple days later we started to notice that they didn t do a good job on the tint, so we attempted to call to have it fixed but no one ever answers. It took him about 3 hours and we are from Espanola (30 minutes away) so we had to drive around, while we were waiting we went to see if they were done and my husband seen a young guy tinting the cars inside while Bob was out for lunch. I will try and post pictures of our back window that turned out crooked and a spot on our front visor strip where light comes in because the job wasn t done right. My husband is expierenced in tinting and decided that he is just going to fix it himself due to them never answering us and the drive up to Santa Fe is inconvenient. Just wanted to let others know to be aware. Check well before you leave.(Edit)As far as bobs replied comment, yes he did answer for the bubbles but my husband hadn t noticed the crooked back window and I didn t either because I thought since it was done professionally we wouldn t have any problems.My husband tried calling and no answer after he told him about the bubbles and found out about the crooked ness and light coming in. I told him that we should just take it but it s very inconvenient and if that s going to happen again we minus well take it else where or my husband do it himself correctly rather then waiting again. Our truck didn t have tint before so you are lying, it had factory shaded glass. Bubbles went away but I m talking about crookedness and light coming in that s not acceptable!!! And you should answer, probably seen it was my husbands phone number and decided not to answer. So I left a review. And if that s your son that did our truck then maybe you need to train him better. My 1993 Nissan skyline is my treasure and it's hard to trust a shop to bot damage your car .As soon as I brought it in and spoke with the staff at the tint shop my mind was at ease . 20% tint was gorgeous. Owner of the shop even gave me referrals for my cracked windshield and for vinyl restoration for the interior parts . Price was very fair ! Will have my 240sx tinted here very soon

Well when you pay for business and you pay full price then you should get what you pay for right? Not with this shop.When we had discussed and agreed the to the percentage of darkness that I wanted was 10% and a windshield visor meanwhile he was trying to talk me out of putting the 10% and go with a lighter tint. I told him I wanted 10% no matter what. So hours later when I picked up my car, I could already see that the tint was not a 10% , where on the passenger side window was not cut stright along the bottom and no window visor was on the windshield, the percentage of tint that he choose was more like 20 %.. Of course I pointed it out to the tint technician, he said he would have to take the entire tint off the window to fix the mistake and he didn't have time to put the visor on so then I would have to bring back my car another day he said. I tried to contact the shop two days later and left a couple of voice messages indicating that I wanted to take my car back for him to repair the mistake that he had admitted to. They never even tried calling me back, I just paid allot of money for something I hate to look at and there's no privacy. What a big mistake taking my car there..200.00 down.. what a rip off

I've had two brand new cars tinted there so far, matched to the factory tinted windows, both times came out beautifully!!! His shop is incredibly clean and he also did some custom tint work for me exactly the way I wanted.

Horrible and sloppy job. Got the car back and some tint film scraps must have been used since there were scratches and defects on the film that was installed. On the driver window the film was cut short and gaps were showing on the edges of the windows. When I called to complain, no apology whatsoever but at least they redid the tint. Stay away.
