Surf N Turf is a quality, locally owned business in the capital of New Mexico. Sean, is extremely knowledgeable and values his customers. The team definitely knows their market and seeks to provide quality over quantity service. Their few local competitors lack the overall high standard of customer service. We are currently in the market for a wake boat, and Sean was patient and helpful in answering all our questions. Shawn in sales and Scott in service are great! I bought 2 boats from them and they helped me sell 1 and provided great, fast, friendly services to all! I drive over 4 hours to work with them because they are that good!!

Finally found a local place that is an authorized dealer for a Onewheel.I drove up from Albuquerque after talking to them on the phone to be sure they had them in stock, and everyone there was super friendly and professional through my entire purchase! Anyone looking for a Onewheel, or Onewheel accessories should definitely hit these guys up, they even had a demo model for me to test before buying.

We had a problem with our boat while on a boating trip. The shop in Denver was a month out so we drove the boat down to this shop in Santa Fe. They were able to look at it the next day and got it all repaired within a few hours! They saved our trip to the lake!! Definitely worth the drive!

The team at Surf and Turf has kept our 2009 Malibu in tip top shape since they opened their doors. Since then, Shawn has patiently waited on us to take the plunge and buy a new Malibu. Last fall, we took the plunge and yesterday we drove off the lot with our fully customized boat! The boat building experience is an intricate process of choices all the way down to the color of the thread stitching on the upholstery. He walked us through the process and we are extremely happy with a boat that will serve our family well for many seasons! We are lucky to have this local business and will continue to support them!

The only Malibu and Axis boat dealership between Phoenix, Denver and Lubbock. Great boats and great service from Surf N Turf. We use them to service our boat and they are always prompt and provide great service. They are willing to find what you are looking for if they don't have it in stock. We have been very pleased with what they provide. For high-end and high-quality products like Malibu and Axis Boats, the relationship with your dealer is very important. These guys understand that and are there to help when and how they can. Although they are relatively new in the boat business, in my opinion they are doing the right things to try and serve this market. Give Shawn or Chad a call and they will get you set up!UPDATE 10/2021:My Google Review was first posted 4 years ago. Since then, I would only add to my accolades. Chad, Shawn, Estevan and the crew in the shop are always helpful, committed to fulfill their word, and understand the value of a relationship. They have ensured quick turns for our repair needs, ensuring we are back on the water as fast as possible. Shawn and Chad are great people. It was nice to work with a small dealer. They spent a lot of time helping us pick a boat that would work well for our family. They have been helpful resolving issues. They are genuine and caring. Our boat has been such a great investment for our family. Thanks guys. We love boating.

There is a lot of trust when putting together a boat deal. From the time you drive your boat up to the dealership to trade it in(if you have a trade), to leaving a deposit until your boat comes in(if your order one..he also has a bunch on the lot), till the time you drive away with your new boat. Chad, the owner of Surf N Turf is someone you CAN trust. I ordered a new boat from him and his price was awesome but more important was his customer service. He answers his phone everytime I call and addressed all my questions and concerns throughout the purchase. If he doesnt have the answer he gets it and goes as far as to sending you a screenshot of the email straight from his sources. I would recommend him all day long. New Mexico needed a boat dealership and to have one with an Owner of this integrity makes it even better. Thanks Chad for all the time you put into this. See you on the lake!

Surf and Turf is the only shop to rely on in case of emergency. I got a good amount of damage when I hit a rock. I got hem the boat as soon as possible because I absolutely had to have it working order in just one weeks time.They had to order parts And put it back together by some miracle of miracles or maybe talented people it was done in a ridiculously short time. Here is the kicker I rally haven t seen these guys since I bought the boat 4 years and here I am asking for something special. They did it no problem they no how to make customers for life

We traveled from out of state to buy a boat from Surf N Turf! Shawn made the process really easy and was very responsive to all our questions...(Trust me we had a ton of questions*)! Definitely recommend! We love our Malibu boat we bought from them!

Sean and Chad are vary unique in helping a potential buyer make choices that fits there needs. I went from a I/o Chaparral boat to a surf boat in no time with the help from SurfNturf. I couldn t be happier today with my purchase. Vary smooth sales and service. Would recommend to anyone who is line to buy a wake boat! Malibu crates the best wave! Like the ads always say the truth is in the water! Please pay a visit to SurfNturf you will not be disappointed!

I bought a brand new boat from these guys.I ve had it down to them three or more times in the last year for the same problems and nothing can get fixed. I reached out to the owner and never heard back from him until I wrote a one star review. He has since responded, and after I brought my boat back to them they finally got the problem fixed. I changed my review because I m hoping that this is the start to the kind of service they told me they would have when I bought the boat from them.

I would not recommend these people at all. I spent a lot of time arranging to buy a boat from them and they sold it out from underneath me. They even had me cancel an existing boat I had on order with another dealer. That s the worst customer service I could imagine. So if you choose to do business here be aware they don t hold up to their word.

The crew at Surf N Turf are top notch. They do quality work and at a fair price. They are done when they say they will finish and are very upfront and honest. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

If your looking for a great deal on some new lake gear this is the place to go! They are the ONLY local retailer with a quality selection of boards, bindings, vests, ropes and more. Also, if you're in the market for a new boat they have those too! I will definitely be coming back.

Went in for first service on new boat which we purchased from Surf and Turf. The crew was very helpful and detailed with service. For sure I would recommend both purchasing and servicing with this crew.

Sales does a great job here they are not pushy and work to get you set up for the water. Service on the other hand has not been the best. Everytime I've left it half the work has been done and half wasn't when I've been called to pick it up.

Just worked with Chad and Shawn and they were awesome. Showed up at 1:30pm and walked out with a new boat by 4:30. Couldn't be more happy! Thanks to everyone that made it happen!

Didn't go in address listed is an automotive shop.. Only thing I saw that said surf and turf was a jeep parked outside?.. Didn't look like a boat place to me.. So didn't bother stopping in
