Professional, friendly, reasonably priced. I went in today, expecting to get a diagnosis of an issue I was having with my car stereo. I left an hour later with it completely fixed and in WAY better shape than it has been since I owned the car. I felt very well taken care of. So grateful!

These guys are AMAZING!! I took my radio to be mounted because Audio Express messed up my original mount and radio. The amazing people at Super Sound were able to mount my radio by making a mount with brackets and also installed my microphone which I didn't ask for, and that is truly amazing how these people go above and beyond customer service. I will definitely be back to get my back up camera installed as well as new speakers. If I could, I would give this company 10 stars!!!

Installed a 12 for me after the place I was supposed to go closed early on a Friday. They got me in last minute and it sounds great. Couldn't be happier. I will be going to Super Sound in the future. Santa Fe only has 2 places for car audio, Super Sound will be getting my business. Better customer service, accurate business hours, professionalism in the field. Thank you guys

Came in and got attended right away nice and friendly staff! Also got my car back within 1hr and a half or less! Labor was way cheaper than Audio Express! I also came to figure out if you buy subwoofers or anything there it comes with free installation which is a BONUS! unlike Audio Express! Definitely recommend coming here.

Happy with the product and install from Super Sound.In January 2024, I purchased a remote car starter for my 2016 Subaru. Mark at Super Sound was easy to work with. I told him what I wanted and he know the product that would work for my car. He told me the product would arrive within 3-5 business days. The product arrived when he said. Once the product arrived he called me to schedule install, which was scheduled for a few days later. The install was prompt. And seems to have been done correctly as all the features and electronics on the car still work just like they did prior to install.There are a few things with the actual product that don't interface great with my car. But those more about the features and programming of my car more than the remote started. The "features" on my car that don't work perfectly with the remote are: my car doors detect my FOB to unlock a door as I approach the car and keyless push-button start (what a dumb "feature). Now that I've had the remote starter for six weeks I've learned the nuances and how to work around them. They're annoying but not the point I regret my purchase.Long story longer - I was happy with Super Sound!

These guys are the best in Santa Fe! I took my truck to Audio Express about a month ago as the radio I bought wasn t working correctly. Food and his guy left all the wires hanging out of my dash, radio on my seat, as he didn t have a fit kit , he said he was going to order it. Called back a week later, Food said he didn t remember who I was or what truck it was for. I brought my truck in this morning to Super Sound, they fixed it with in 3 hours! Installed my radio, rewired everything, and went the extra mile of cleaning up my wires to my amp and subwoofer and even bolted down my amp! I would recommend Super Sound to all of my friends and family, it s worth the money to get it done efficiently, fast, and not get ripped off!

I appreciate the time and effort Mark has taken to fix all the issues with my install. He has absolutely taken initiative to hear my concerns and fix any issues. Super sound will definitely not sell you something you don t need. Mark will recommend product and if the product isn t what he says it ll be he will take care of it. If you want good honest people to help you with your audio needs this is the place to go. They also offer financing if you re in a pinch.

Took my subwoofers to be installed that I had purchased elsewhere and they blew the same day. They claimed my amp was too powerful for my speaker but I called skar and it was false since I got the package deal. They never adjusted my amp for the break in process and they told me after they blew they don't adjust anything if they were purchased somewhere else. If you want professional installation I suggest going to audio express. This was bogus not to mention one of the wires was not even in the enclosure.

Definitely recommend coming to this place if your looking for subwoofers, amplifiers, new speakers! These gentlemen are very professional. Super fast installation and even better prices. They put in my boys new radio screen too!

If you want the job done right for the money spent then look no further. I got a nice Kenwood head unit installed in my '21 Forester. Great stereo! Install was on time and everything was explained. Good place. Get ya whatever you want with a quick delivery, too.

Great people! So nice! I got dual twelves installed and they had it done in two hours. Great price as well. Better price than audio express. Something got loose came back the same day I got them installed they got me on right away and fixed the problem. Super thankful!

A throughly great experience, super fast service, very friendly; was made to feel right at home in the comfortable air conditioned waiting area while my deck and speakers were being installed. Returned the next day to address an unforeseen technical issue with the deck, Sam resolved the problem by taking out the deck with the technical issue and upgrading to another deck at no additional cost. Sam the owner's words "I just want you to be happy". And I was happy as I drove away listening to my newly installed music system. Thanks Sam

I called on a Saturday they got me straight in for a install. The owner Sam was very kind and I was made to feel at home in a relaxing waiting area. It s refreshing to deal with a owner that always has a smile on his face and just wants to make the customer happy. Great install guy a total pro everything is hidden and sounds amazing!! Super thankful for Sam and his team at Super Sound. They have fixed numerous problems caused by the "other guys" and were able to get my car back to normal sounding better than before. Sam is up front and honest about the work to be done and the costs, no hidden agendas. We will definitely be back for all our needs and absolutely recommend Super Sound for your needs.

I upgraded the SUV I Drive in fall. I bought a touchscreen & backup/ rear camera. I want to thank the employees for all their hard work. I appreciate it. I recommend visiting in person to choose whatever product you want. it's also helpful to know how much everything will cost. in case you need to know if you need to save extra money or not

Super sound is superb! I needed to replace my old double din unit and Sam was more than happy to take time going over my options for my price range, he gave me an excellent recommendation I m happy with and the tech that installed it was not only quick but very thorough! I hopped in my Jeep an hour after arriving and my new unit was flawlessly installed and worked wonderfully. I had so many bad experiences with the other well known competitor up the road but I m SO happy I went to super sound this time you all have my business now and going forward! Thank you for a fantastic experience!

I went to super sound to get some new Subwoofers installed and I've had them for 2 weeks now and absolutely love them. The service was great, I would 100% recommend Super Sound for any sound system upgrades you might plan on doing.
