The staff at Speedy Glass is so nice and accommodating. A rock cracked my windshield while driving across the country to Santa Fe for Thanksgiving. I stopped by without an appointment and they fixed it in a flash (yep, they're "speedy") and the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend!

Absolutely ammmmmazing! We are from out of town and they really went out of their way to help us out. They did an amazing job. So glad we went with speedy glass to help get us fixed up. I called a few auto glass companies to get an estimate on replacement cost for my windshield. The other companies' estimates were all higher than Speedy Glass and they were indefinite because other ancillary items may or may not be needed. It was refreshing to get a fixed price guarantee from Speedy Glass and it was lower than all the other estimates. We set an appointment for the next day and the job was done in a timely manner. Very professional and honest company. If only the rest of the world was run like Speedy Glass.Service: Auto windshield replacement

I was here in 2021 for a windshield replacement. At the time, I thought their service was pleasant and quick. I didn't realize then that they had covered my VIN number during the replacement. I had to replace my windshield recently because I needed a vin inspection. I am really astounded how a glass shop could make an error like that. Super nice and accommodating people. Good service time and it's very easy to schedule an appointment. Not only did they replace my windshield but they also removed all the rust from the surrounding area free of charge. Would highly highly recommend them

I would just like to say that Jesse and his crew did a great job on fixing a crack in my windshield. I was there at 9 AM when the shop opened, and the technician was right on the job. I was in and out in under 30 minutes, and the chip in the windshield is difficult to find.

Took my son in for his 1st manicure. We both have social anxiety, so we're unsure about the small space. However, the staff was professional and friendly, and sat us within minutes as a walk-in. Also, 4 salons in Santa Fe wouldn't even book an appointment for him because he's a boy and 13. The Woman who cared for him was friendly and gentle. As we walked out, my son commented that it was "perfect". I agree. Sorry for others that wasn't their experience. I hope it is always ours.

Jessie and Moondog came to repair my windshield at work. They were fast, efficient and friendly. They spoke to me about the cons of using a car wash and how leaving a window cracked opened to minimize cabin pressure is suggested. *Edited for 2022*I saw what looked like rock chips in my car's windshield and brought it in earlier this year. The kind new owner took a look and told me he would love to take my money and fill the hole, but, those were already filled holes that become more accentuated over time and when under the sun. I was so touched that he didn't try to make money from me, that I went on my merry way. Fast forward a month or so later, and I forgot that I had already checked those fixed holes in my windshield, the gentleman patiently told me the same thing again a second time. When I get a legitimate new chip in my windshield, there is no other place I will go in this town, but to this location's Speedy Glass. Thank you, Speedy Glass on Calle Marie for your kindness and honesty.I'm not sure when I went to this particular Speedy Glass, I believe it was over 2 years ago already, and I should have made a glowing Google review then, but here I am now, as I need windshield repair on another car, I was reminded that this place was fantastic. Not only was the manager I dealt with 2 years ago wonderful - his name was Paul, the work was done so quickly, I was in and out of there, and he didn't even charge me at the time because he said driving around town and on I-25, I'd be back. This business is amazing. The woman at the front is informative, intelligent, friendly, cheerful and helpful. The guys who took care of the installation were top-notch and got the job done in half the time they estimated. Had a windshield replaced by Speedy for the first time. The other day my windshield was hit with a rock and my windshield needed to be replaced. I thought it was going to take a couple of weeks to replace the window considering the specialty type of windshield my car uses. But I called Speedy and they ordered the windshield immediately and the windshield was replaced in a matter of a couple of hours on the same day. They did such an excellent job with the new windshield that the new replacement looks better than the factory windshield I had. I am completely happy I went with their service and recommend them to anyone.Not only did they do such a wonderful job on the windshield, their customer service is excellent. Paul Pearson who is the manager, is probably the nicest person I have ever met and he will keep you updated on the progress and work being done while you are waiting.

Their customer service was beyond amazing! I got two rock chips while traveling, Santa Fe was the closest city to stop to get them fixed. After other places didn t answer or rejected fixing it because they didn t have time I called Speedy Glass, Jessica was super nice and told me to bring it in right away! Once I got there, Paul took a look at it and begin work right away! I was in and out within 20 minutes! Jessica made sure to check on me while waiting and kept me updated. I don t live in NM anymore, but never have I gone to a glass place and had such an amazing experience! Highly recommended!!Service: Auto windshield repair

We were enroute to Tucson in mid-January when a side window blew out on our van. Our MN insurance agent connected us with Paul at Speedy Glass in Santa Fe. We couldn't have been more pleased with the wonderful service he provided. He promptly ordered the window we needed and offered to let us keep our van in his shop overnight. This was incredibly helpful as we were transporting our bikes and lots of other outdoor gear. He fixed our window first thing in the morning and we were back on the road by mid-morning. We didn't have to miss any of our trip with his prompt service. We also appreciated his professionalism, sense of humor, and concern for us. Extremely friendly people. Less expensive than Safelite, and much nearer the center of town. Just a note: Safelite, despite having my VIN number, had ordered the wrong windhield, which I only found out after driving to it's very inconvenient location on the extreme south end of town. They were not terribly apologetic or cordial about the whole thing. I called Speedy and they set an appointment for the next morning. My experience with Speedy Glass was awesome from the time I called to make my appointment to the day I dropped off my Jeep and was greeted by a friendly masked man who showed me the awesome waiting room and made me feel at home. The folks here know the true meaning of customer service and I greatly appreciated my experience here. I highly recommend Speedy Glass.

Customer service, workmanship, professionalism and efficiency all were excellent. They removed the dark tinting on all four windows on my 2020 car at a cost that was 75% less than what I had anticipated. I brought in a rear quarter panel window I ordered elsewhere (old vehicle, part not available through the normal suppliers) to have it installed. Unfortunately it was the wrong window, but they still vacuumed out the broken glass inside and put up plastic for no charge. Friendly folks and excellent customer service. Can't wait to return (with the correct window) to support this excellent local business.

I borrowed the neighbor's truck and accidentally broke his rear windshield. I felt terrible about it, so wanted to get it replaced quickly. I called 3 places and got the best quote from Speedy Glass. They ordered the glass and scheduled the install for the next day. Install was done on time with no surprises. The owner was very friendly both over the phone and in person. He made a messy process really easy. All-around great experience!

What an amazing experience, first time there. Paul and Jessica were friendly, got me in right away, I had a pretty large spiderweb hole in the windshield after a trip to Abq and I can barely see it now. Saved my windshield from being replaced. They will be my go-to place for everything from now on. I left calling my husband about how getting my windshield made my day. Go figure. RecommendedService: Auto windshield repair

Best in town, period. Don't waste your time elsewhere. Extremely professional, speedy does not begin to describe it ( I have had four windshields replaced by them over the past 2 yrs. and none of them took more than about 90 minutes from start to finish) and getting the OEM parts in was a breeze. Just convince your insurance company to deal with this shop. You will be glad you did. Especially if you live in rocky New Mexico.
