DO NOT BEING YOUR VEHICLE HERE. This is the most crooked shop I have ever been to. I brought my vehicle in for repairs, they charged me $1400 and sent me on my way, but they fixed nothing. When I brought the car back the second time, Victor in service tried telling me there was a miscommunication and that he informed me nothing has been fixed the first time. Why would I have paid all that money for nothing?? There was no miscommunication because none of that information was communicated to me. So now I m left hundreds of dollars out of pocket for an issue that was not resolved. Unbelievable. Go anywhere else but Chevy of Santa Fe.

MAJOR RIP-OFF!! YOU BE THE JUDGE!Took my Saturn in for repair back in November 22 to check for what I thought was a coolant and oil leak. Service advisor Joe Gonzales said it was a seal around the water pump. I had them go ahead with the work. The oil leak, they claimed, was from the steering gear. I deferred repair on it due to cost ($1,186.00). They claimed they fixed the coolant leak, with a new seal, plus a pressure test - they found no leaks. Got the car home and the next morning leaking coolant. Took it back and this time they said I have a leak in the radiator. Wouldn t that so called pressure test reveal a leak in the radiator? Joe said a new radiator would be $600. So far spent $1100 and NOTHING FIXED!! I then took the car to The Wright Garage and had them check the coolant leak and the oil leak. They said the oil is coming from the oil pressure switch and not the steering gear! Price - $36. And the coolant leak was not coolant at all but a power steering O-ring leak! Pressure checked radiator for any leak and found none. They said RADIATOR WAS IN PERFECT SHAPE! Total cost $300 parts and labor!!FIXED!! After spending $1100 and wanting another $600 at Chevrolet of Santa Fe, The Wright Garage repaired everything correctly for $300! BE VERY CAREFUL ON SERVICING YOUR AUTO AT CHEVROLET OF SANTA FE-
