Our salesperson was Albert Perea (Bert). He was very thorough and answered all our questions. He was well versed about the 2022 Hisun Sector 450. He was patient, professional, and listened to our needs. It was a cash purchase so there was no financing involved, however, John, the finance officer, was also very nice. We recommend this store over the stores in Albuquerque due to the better pricing and lower additional fees. Our only input was to request in writing the agreed date of delivery other than that it was a very positive experience!"

Avoid Santa Fe Motor Sports at all costs. It is clear that their corporate motto is "Hey guys, we've got a live one here." I bought a Polaris ATV from them several years ago. When I began having ignition problems, I had it hauled down there. The service manager at first said it was likely a simple wiring issue that would be addressed by one of the several recall notices I had received. Six weeks later, it was still not repaired and every time I spoke with them, it was a new problem that was the reason. They finally told me I would need an expensive wiring harness that would take SEVEN HOURS to install.By that time, I was fed up and called the Polaris National office and was told that it should take no more than two hours to replace that harness. I also got Polaris National to donate the (very expensive) harness. However, even telling Santa Fe Motor Sports that its installation should take no more than two hours, they still charged me for four hours. So a job that initially was going to cost me nothing ended up costing me over $1,100 and it might have cost me close to $3,000 if I hadn't gotten Polaris National involved. Up until the day we picked it up, they were still finding things to charge me for, including a $180 battery with a 30 day warranty (!!!).DO NOT buy from Santa Fe Motor Sports. Go to Albuquerque instead. If I had read these reviews before, I might have chosen not to buy a Polaris at all. That's a shame because the initial staffer at Polaris National was quite helpful (though her supervisor was a tad jerk-ish.)PS: Frankly I don't believe any of the glowing reviews here. If you want a true assessment, read the Yelp reviews, 80% of which give SFMS one star, with several stating they would have given them a zero if that was an option.

I just don't understand motorcycle dealers not offering test rides. Who is buying a motorcycle without having ridden it? I think dealers should just pay the increased insurance and let everyone have test rides. Bikes are more up close and personal than cars. Would you buy a car without a test drive? The staff seemed nice otherwise. Or maybe dealers could set it up with their insurance that test riders pay for a temporary insurance for an hour. Paying $20, to make sure the bike is what I'm looking for, before potentially paying thousands seems well worth it.

I had a great experience with Santa Fe Motor Sports! I left a request on the internet for a dealer to contact me about a Polaris Ranger. Luke called me the next day and confirmed that they had a Ranger in stock just like what I wanted. We drove over there the next day from OK, checked it out and made a deal! They delivered it the next day to our place in Red River spotlessly clean and full of gas. Nothing could have gone smoother! And Luke is one great guy! 5 stars!

I had such an amazing time at Santa Fe Motor Sports. I drove up from Rio Rancho, I wanted to load my new bike into my truck, the team there helped me all the way, and it was raining absolute buckets on us. They didn't have to help me make sure my investment was secure, but they did. It was a fun and good experience. From the time I started calling asking about inventory to putting my down payment to hold it. To the process of signing, thanks for playing the joke on me Joe. Thank you very much Joe and Christopher.

Just bought a Yamaha TW200 and couldn't be happier. The experience withSanta Motor Sports was outstanding from start finish. Luke found me my dream bike within minutes and kept me posted on all the details as I awaited its arrival. Joe was very professional and courteous during the finalizing of the sale. And, I had the pleasure of having my bike delivered up in Taos by Sid, the owner of the business.Top notch service from the moment I walked in the door. I absolutely love the bike and was treated so well by this great group of guys.Thank you for everything. Very happy new bike owner.

Went to see about ordering a tractor, the sells man asked what type and I asked for a bigger size of tractor with backhoe. He didn't let me finish and said it would take 2 years. I'm going out of state to buy one. Nm suxs so does SF motor.

What a fantastic experience I had with Santa Fe Motorsports on the purchase of a new Kawasaki superbike. I called Joe on Tuesday about price and availability. Game on, deal done. I arrived two days later for pickup and ride out. I thank Joe and all the folks at the shop for their knowledge and professionalism. I m an extremely satisfied customer. 5 stars plus 5 more with a wheelie on top.

I recently purchased a ranger 1000. I would like to compliment Sid Mace and his staff for being so helpful. I had so many questions and many times I asked them over and over. . They continued to answer and never got frustrated. I highly recommend Santa Fe Motorsports.

I wanted to buy a bike through them because it's closer to where I live. I don't know if the salesman didn't take me serious or what, but I tried 3 times by phone. He said he'd send pictures and numbers but never did. Never even called me back so I called R & S powersports. Way better experience and my bike is ordered and on its way.From my experience, I personally would not recommend them. Go to R & S!

I purchased a 2022 hisun sector 750 from Santa fe motorsports sports in March of 2023. After two weeks of ownership, a light came on. E 44 4. I called Santa Fe motorsports and was told it could be a fuel issue. I scheduled an appointment to take it in. I had to cancel that appointment due to family issues. When I tried to call and cancel, nobody from the service department picked up the phone. The following week, I called again. It was the beginning of April, and the earliest they could see me was June 15. I informed them that I could drop it off on Saturday because I do not live near Santa fe. So, I waited until June 17 to drop it off. It has now been in the shop for about a month. Still no answers as to how it needs to be fixed.update. after a month of santa Fe motorsports having my hisun. I decided to go pick it up. I pulled up on a Saturday. I walked in and asked the worker for my hisun that I had been paying for. He said, "Oh yes, here you are in our system." He informed me that I had to pay $150.00. I informed him that I was not going to pay because no work had been done. The new worker waived my fee and sent me on my way. I am still currently paying on my hisun, and it has not been fixed. Please do not go through the same heartache that I have endured.

They get one star because the sales staff are great. The service department and general management are absolutely terrible!! Had recall work done on our atv, were called and told to come pick it up. Drove an hour and half to be told we had to wait 45 minutes to an hour because service department was closed. When told all I needed was the key and be shown where it was ....his response was they had no cross training to do that...hand me a key. Then I was told it was my fault, having to wait, because I didn't make an appointment to pick-up. I was told it was ready and to come pick it up. Completely unprofessional! Would suggest to everyone to go to albuquerque for much better service and not this dog and pony show.

Stopped in today. Seems like a decent place. Update: 05/02/2019 Tractor advertisement is wrong. Says 22+k but is really 40+k. Poor business practice!

In February I purchased a new 2012 Yamaha FZ1 from SF Motorsports. It was a unit that was unsold and placed in storage. I found the bike in early 2018 and the dealership made me an amazing deal. The bike retailed for just under 11K in 2012, I purchased the bike for $7400 plus TTL. A great deal for a new bike.I had already secured financing through my CU, but they did have competitive rates through Yamaha Financing.The sales staff was knowledgeable and helpful in getting the purchase completed as quickly as possible. I also found gear and maintenance supplies at the dealership.Overall I really enjoyed my experience at SF Motorsports and I'll be returning.CB

"Just took delivery of a new Rmax 2, couldn't be happier. Rides like a dream. Jonathan did an outstanding job making sure we got the right machine for our needs, he is extremely knowledgeable about the different brands, models, etc. On top of just being a great guy! He is definitely an asset to your Co. Looking forward to the accessorizing now, although it won't need much. (thank God....) All in all, a very good experience, a rarity in todays world-"
