Worst Service that I have came across. I had called 3 times to BMW to make an appointment and finally had to walk in to make it.My appointment was at 8:00am a week later to do a Oil Change and a Coolant Check. 4:00 pm the car was not ready and NOTHING had been done. According to the Service person, Their Priorities had changed.Honestly this is NOT THE 1st time this has happened to me

I have had nothing but good experiences at SFBMW. Sales, to finance, to service... all rock stars. Low low pressure sales and an honest service department.

Fui a este sitio en busca del servicio de 12k millas para mi GSA, estoy dando una vuelta al rededor de estados unidos en mi bmw GSA 2021 y busque este dealer para mi servicio, simplemente no habian tecnicos fue la respuesta de la persona que nos atendio y me toco seguir viajando a buscar otro dealer ya que este no pudo ayudarme. Espero que para un futuro puedan darle prioridad a los viajeros.
