Arrived over an hour prior to closing, was told hey it s a slow day so we are closing early today . Honoring your own posted business hours is foundational for earning trust and providing service.

New shop is awful 4 hours for an oil change and rotation is ridiculous. Waste of money paying for the warranty to cover the maintenance when. You can't even make an appointment. The girl in the old shop was so much better and friendly alway got me in in an hour or less. Untrustworthy. This is the second time I have had a problem here and it s safe to say I will start driving to the quick-lane in Rio rancho or somewhere else in town. Customer service is terrible and gives the impression you are bothering when you have questions. I brought my car for the works oil change, I got my car back and noticed they did not rotate my tires. Paying over a $100 for these services, and then not getting done is a disappointment. I m sure they were in a hurry or something and thought it would go unnoticed. It makes me wonder what else is not getting done that is supposed to.Services: Tires, Oil change

Was not what I expected . Staff could be friendlier and courteous to customers . The female was rude when I asked a simple question and the guy rudely interrupted with a bad attitude . Both Were working the help desk. I would say keep going to the dealerships and bypass this place. I can also tell they did not so any sort of inspection like they claim. I believe this place could cause more damage to your vehicle as they seem to not care about the customers concerns . I would rate them negative 50!

A raptor I was driving went compute. Got it towed here by Triple A. I got a quick response via text and call from the rep. Gave me updates and a solid price for all the repairs it needed. Must say customer service is solid as is the pricing. Great place to get general maintenance done on your vehicle! Reasonable prices and solid work. Would be 5, but one oil change I had resulted in spilled oil in the engine bay. Other than that, no other problems.

Showed up for my 4:30 appointment only to be told they were done for the day. Shop hours on the door and online say 7-5:30 Monday through Friday. This is incorrect. I was told they are normally done for the day at 4pm. Maybe an updated shop hours online and on the door would be nice. Also letting schedulers know the new shop hours so nothing gets booked after 4.Service: Oil change

They absolutely need to take quick out of the name. Took 3 hours today to get an oil change. They said I needed a new air filter. Failed to mention it would take an hour to get, because for whatever reason they do not keep them in stock. Definitely going to grease monkey next time.

I started going to them when i bought my car from Capitol Ford. At first i was happy. But someone needs to tell me how i can go from a tire tread of 6, up to a 7 and then down to a 2 in 4,000 miles. Car only had 26,000 miles on it. No response from them and it was the same technician. Plus the front page said my tires were green, back page was red. Also said I had a leak in both rear shocks but service dept. said only one and then said I complained about a rough drive, which I didn't it was taken because Quick Lane said i had 2 leaks. I know longer have any faith in them.

First of many visits. Upon my arrival there was ice in the parking lot. The lady who works behind the counter was very helpful and came out to get my info. Fast friendly service.

I used this quick lane quite a few times and i will not be going back. They left the oil filter loos and by the time I realized it was leaking ( I couldn't tell because of the power covers catching the oil.) I was a quart of oil low. And they stripped out my oil drain plug. You think that since there part of ford they would take better care of the cars there working on. If a part gets damaged than it should be replaced.Service: Oil change

In the past I mistakenly used other shops. I bought a new Ford F150 last year and decided to use this shop and I realized what great service is really like. These guys are knowledgeable, Fast, and Genuine. I won't go anywhere else in the future. I bring my Chevy Impala LTZ here to because of the great service I receive from Quick Lane. The tire prices are unbeatable and again service the way it should be. Thank you Kevin Saiz for always considering my budget and acknowledging my needs.

Horrible service Did not honor my Service warranty purchase through Ford For a simple oil change staff was very rude claim they rotate the tires which they did not I doubt they even really changed the oil I do not recommend this place to anybody

I always prefer changing my own oil but after great experiences at The Rich Ford Quick Lane in Albuquerque. I decided to try Santa Fe s Quick Lane. They didn t bother taking off the skid plate on my F150 ecoboost there was residual oil drained all over the skid plate I also requested an air filter if needed they said it was ok (it wasn t). I ll just change my own oil from now on.

They are knowledgeable and quick. Though the rate is rather high, as is the case with most auto dealers, the speed and level of expertise helps keep cost in line.

Took my van here to be inspected for issues before i sold it. Unlike other shops I've dealt with before they didn't "find" issues on my vehicle. Will be back with my other vehicles.
