This individual is not only a shady and deceptive fraud, but also a predator who saw that I was a woman and decided he was going to rip me off by pulling a bait and switch/hit and run job on the body work to my truck. He left the back bumper still hanging down on one side and only lifted the center, he left the same gap on the hood that was caused by the accident and ripped me off the cost of a new back bumper to do a lousy paint job on the roof the truck. He also left the front bumper sticking out more on one side than the other and when asked if he could replace the headlamps for new ones, his response was that he could and would call to give the cost and didn't call, but at pick up claimed they were out of stock. He changed them alright by replacing one with a brand new lamp and switching the other three originals with yellow and nasty lamps. He also replaced the original spare rim and tire with an old and nasty beat up tire and rim. When handed the checks for parts and payment, he was making passive aggressive remarks about my handwriting, then asking me if I lived alone and took the long route back to his shop to run a smear campaign about someone I barely know and share personal information about himself, so as to alter my perception of who he is and to make himself sound like some caring and giving person. While about to leave his shop is when I noticed that he hadn't fixed the back bumper correctly and his response was that it was due to the bracket, then leave me standing there and immediately take off walking back towards his garage. Prior to even taking the truck in to him, he was first asked if the old bumper could just be left and lifted back up, because there was not any damage to the bumper and his response was that yes it could, but instead of first calling me to left me know there were "so called problems with the bracket" and giving me the option to just order the new one, he didn't say anything in order to rip me off for the cost of a new bumper to do a lousy paint job on the roof. I wasn't provided with a receipt or warranty and he ignored my request for the old parts. He also gave me the silent treatment and has just totally ignored the text message sent about communication through email only and ignored both emails that were sent to confront him. I also have to wonder what else he may have done that I am still unaware of to intentionally sabotage my truck and cause me harm. I have a lot of pictures/video proof of what my truck looked like before and after the accident and he will answer for this to the Attorney General, BBB and a judge in court. Professional? That's a huge joke and highly recommend that you first do a court/background check on who you are dealing with, which was a mistake never to be repeated, because you will be surprised at what you find out, Ben Muniz!
