Last Saturday, I was looking for tennis balls to replace my mom's slider on her walker. Cashier/ customer service young man listened attentively, was kind, helpful and went beyond my expectations to try to help me. This was customer service at it's finest.

Prices are high due to it being the only hardware store in town. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Hard to find screws and bolts are usually found here so I can't really complain.

Good spot for anything you need in Pojoaque! The staff is almost always super helpful. Their hours aren t great, it s hard to get there before 5pm.

Super fair prices, an absolutely awesome friendly staff. Very clean,well lit store that appeared fully stocked. Will definitely be back.

7/11/22 Paint machine is broken. Per worker it's been broken for over 6 weeks. Workers has requested several time's for it to be fixed. Seems like lazy owner/manager for not fixing it.

When you see Pojoaque True Value from the outside, there is little hint of the huge variety of merchandise that awaits inside. They have an especially wide selection of fasteners and mechanical parts in the hardware aisles.

They have better prices than larger retail stores plus their service is friendly and helpful.

Knowledgeable and friendly staff, if they are unsure they will go out of there way to help you find what you need. Always willing to help and with a smile.

A pretty damned good hardware store, out in the middle of nowhere. I don't have to drive to Santa Fe for little odds and ends when in the middle of a project. I just pop in, and then swing by El Parasol for a couple tacos.

I want to support this place but prices, while sometimes reasonable, are also sometimes 2x a chain store which means skipping the trip.

You can find almost anything there with few exceptions. It's a huge place and the help are very helpful.
