Would 100% take any suspension or tire repair / inspection / work to Henry at Performance Tire & Wheels.We are headed through the southwest in an old mini van we converted to a camper, and one of our wheels started creaking. For peace of mind since we have over 1000 miles left, we wanted it looked at to make sure we are good. Drove over and Henry took a look right away. Drove it around, lifted it up to check, then showed us all the things we should be aware of. Since none were dangerous or pressing, he advised us to deal with them as we could later.I respect how knowledgeable, responsive, and friendly Henry and his shop are. If I m the Santa Fe area and need tire or suspension advise and work, go here!

How great is this classic, friendly, family owned auto business? I got a truck lift on my Ford Ranger (2 front) with sweet new tires and I couldn t be happier. They truly deserve the support of the community. No b.s. just results.

Had a pleasant experience getting new tires installed on my 2013 Subaru Crosstrek. The staff were easy to work with, exceptionally friendly, and the price was great. I also really enjoyed the small business environment at the shop.

i was recommended performance tires by a friend who has live in Santa Fe his whole life. They beat discount tires prices by over $300.00! the owner and receptionist are so sweet, patient and not pushy. i will def be telling my friends and family to go here for tire services.

From the moment me and my Son walked into this place they were so nice and treated us like they knew us forever. They went out of there way to get tires and put them on my Sons car even did it on a Saturday when they were closed. They went that extra mile and did something extra special for my Son as well.. You have no idea how much we appreciated that. Thank You Again!!

Like a reality TV show where you start with an vintage 1994 Provan Tiger Silverado truck camper, no tools, service records, prior knowledge of anything to do with campers, minimal clothing and gear from having only carry-on luggage from a one way flight from the east coast to the desert, my son and I were on our way back to Maine from Tucson where we bought this new-to-us rig, driving, learning and shaking it down as we went. We had many stops along the way perform interventions, do deferred maintenance and get the rig into shape for the long cross country journey back east.How can I say how very grateful I am to have found Performance Tire and Wheel on this memorable journey. The tires were, it had become obvious in learning the correct tire pressures for an RV and upon airing them up, noticing cracking on them, definitely in need of replacement! By the time we got to Santa Fe, it was important to take care of this issue to ensure our safe travels.Henry was so welcoming! And, after seeing our dilemma, he fit us in for the following morning. Henry alleviated our concerns since the vehicle had not come with any service records. He pointed out the condition and age of the tires (5 years on the tires, 10 years on the spare), and we felt confident with his assessment. We bought four mounted tires, and a spare, and felt so much better embarking on the remainder of our trip with this crucial piece of maintenance accomplished in such a timely and convenient way.Everyone works hard here, and is so professional. I highly recommend this business if you are traveling in the area or if you live there. Henry even traded stickers with us after he saw our sticker collection on our rear window. We made it home to the coast of Maine safely, and "Guacaholic" is proudly displayed in our sticker collection! We will always fondly remember the accommodating care and attention we received at this business while passing through Santa Fe. Thank you Henry and team!!

On February 22, 2022 bought 4 tires at performance and had an alignment done as well. On May 5th noticed the rear tires were bald. That's three months after the purchase and alignment...took car back to performance and he said my car had been wrecked and that was why the alignment was off. To this day my car has NOT been wrecked. Owner would not replace tires unless I purchased two new tires. Tires and alignment are under warranty. I have purchased tires for the same vehicle from there before and never had a problem. NEVER again will I do business with this man, tire shop again. This man was so rude and disrespectfull. NEVEr AGAIN!!!!!! I don't even rate this business one star.....

Stopped in for new tires for our camper while traveling cross country. Made it to Performance Tires by the skin of our teeth, is an understatement!. Henry and the guys did a wonderful job getting us back in the road. They even let us stay in the parking lot overnight so we didn't have to stay in a hotel while working on it. They went above and beyond all expectations. We are very grateful!

I'd heard of this place on the internet, had two flats fixed at no charge. The fellow said: 'Come back when you need new tires", so I did. Henry took good care of me, got the tires I requested, made an appointment and put the new tires on in no time. Highly recommended.

This is a great place to get tires. They have good prices, offer great service, and the staff is extremely friendly and professional. We drive from a nearby town to get tires here because we trust them and prefer them over local options closer to home.

Performance tires is 5+ starsI went there today after I was quoted an outrageous price by a brand name competitor, for something I knew wasn't right. Performance tire not only were honest they took care of the problem in less than 10 minutes. Top notch service, I won't go anyway else for my tire or wheel needs again.

If ratings could exceed 5 stars, we would give it to Performance Tire! We stopped here while in Santa Fe as we travel cross country to have them fix a leaky tire from our camping trailer and Henry located the valve cap as the problem, gave us a repaired tire WITH new valve stem caps for the other tires on the trailer and charged us NOTHING for their time. Amazingly wonderful people and service here! Thanks you Henry!!!

Dishonest business! They damaged my car and then denied it. Only lies about it. In my opinion, when the manager (?) said he didn t do the damage, that told me he is calling me a liar! Not right, they damaged my car and I have to eat it! If you do business with them, please pay attention and make sure to check your car before leaving their lot!
