Been going to this location since I was in high school which was a long time ago. No matter where I go in Santa Fe, they always seem to eat the price. The customer service is always outstanding, especially with Burke and Isaiah. Definitely the reason why I'm a repeat customer, you know you're getting quality service!

Burke the manager and Isaiah are awesome. Great customer service , very knowledgeable, friendly and get you in and out . I switched from Big O to them based on thier customer service . I had a million questions they gladly answered them all. For all my future purchases of tires or repairs we will use only Peerless because of those two employees. Thank you both !!!

We bought some rims and had them swapped out and had the new ones put on to our Dodge pickup truck these guys here at Peerless tires have amazing customer service they're super friendly positive attitude you can tell they enjoy their job most places you go they act like they hate their job and they're doing you a favor I like you're bothering them but these guys were so cool to deal with great job guys I wish they had a covered garage and that way they wouldn't have to do tires outside it's freezing in the winter and hot in the summer but either way these guys are great

I have been dealing with these guys since 2011 and I'm finally knowing the owner now very cool guy customers first and a happy family man I can feel it I can see it and I believe it much more profitable journeys for you my friend thank you for all your service to my cars

So much easier to work with this place than Discount Tire or Big O Tires, not as busy so service is aLOT quicker

Came in today, and the guy at the front desk was not very helpful, only focused on trying to sell me the most expensive tires which was not in my budget. He made me feel like my business was not important, so I left and now im purchasing 4 X brand new tires at Pep Boys at a fraction of the cost.

Super quick and great customer service!! I came here to repair a tire leaking air after a different company refused to repair the tire and instead make me buy all new tires for both back wheels. I stopped at Peerless on my way home to see if they could be more help, and I m so glad I did! It ended up being a super simple fix - just a screw stuck in the tire. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes, and the cost of service was very reasonable. The staff were also very friendly and helpful! Definitely recommend!

I went to four different tire shops in Santa Fe and then I finally found peerless. I thought I had a leak but I was wrong. The guys at Peerless inspected all of my tires and even replaced one of the valves and they didn t even charge me. I was extremely impressed and will be using Peerless for any of my tire needs back here in Colorado. Thanks guys!

I d give 6 or 7 stars if I could. I was traveling through and got a nail in my tire. I called the rental car company and their affiliated maintenance shops but no one around the area was able to help. Luckily I found Peerless on Google and they were able to help right away. The store manager Burke was super helpful and friendly. I was in and out in 10 minutes and I could continue my adventure to Albuquerque. A huge thank you to Burke and his crew. Definitely recommend this tire shop if you need an efficient and cost effective service.

Had an Alignment done on my RAV4 and a tire fixed yesterday by Burke and Isaiah and I must say they did a fantastic job! If you are looking for that hometown feel and not wanting to be just another number check this place out, the customer service here is off the hook perfection, will be using this place as my new tire repair and new tire store from now on. Thanks again...

The assistant manager, Nick, who had helped me was very approachable and knowledgeable about their products and what I wanted/needed. He was able to get the job done surprisingly fast considering it was 4 new tires and rims, and it came out amazing! I definitely recommend anyone and everyone to come here if you re looking for great customer service and outstanding products.

I am not from San Francisco, that just shows up on my Gmail for some reason. I have lived in Pojoaque for 38 years and grew up in Los Alamos. Went into Peerless on Monday to buy a couple trailer tires and have them mounted. They were super busy but they got me in and out in less than 10 minutes! Burke, the manager was simply awesome and I really appreciate his professionalism in getting this done so fast so we didn't have to wait long in the sun or come back later. Great price on the tires, great experience!

Amazing experience, I struggled all morning to get tire service from any other provider. Peerless Tires really saved the whole weekend with fast service and amazing customer care. Both my tires were fixed promptly for a very decent price and I am more than happy with the experience.I definitely recommend you use peerless tires.

Forget all the rest and head to Peerless. I needed two new tires and before you knew it they took care of me at a reasonable price with quality tires. Then, my neighbor needed a tire repair and I brought her over. They took their time with her and solved her problem just like that. These guys really are top-notch and very friendly and professional to boot!

I have been a customer for several years and have purchased all my tires and rims and have had nothing but excellent service. Especially from Isiah and Burke they have always gone above and beyond to help !!

First they took me in on short notice with no appointment. I've taken my Porsche to three different tire stores because of balance issues. Peerless tires got it right the first time it doesn't even feel like the same car. These guys know what they're doing, the service was fast friendly and very professional. I can't rate them highly enough.

The customer service at the SF Peerless Tire is outstanding. I normally work past 5:00 and they have no trouble whatsoever helping me with what I need to get done ,even if it means them their 6:00 closing time .

These guys are great. They started on my vehicle within 15 minutes of me walking through the door and the price was a lot lower than i expected. Good customer service all the way around. I just wish they had a Peerless in Alabama.

I went in on Tuesday and the Manager Nick and his coworker Isaiah were super friendly doing everything they could to get me back on the road. They put 4 tires in my car within under 20 min really fast service careful with my car, clean shop really felt welcome if you need tires Peerless is the place to go. Thank you guys so much.

I ve had an awesome experience with one of the Assistant Managers, Nick Valerio .if you need wheels or tires please come up to Santa Fe and get taken care of, they go above and beyond to ensure the customer is happy and also ensure customer satisfaction. My experience was horrible. I've been doing business at this location for 20 years. And I will never go back. I called in to see if they could fix a flat on my aftermarket wheels. Was quoted a price and when I arrived they gave me a different price. I explained to the gentleman at the counter the price I was quoted over the phone and he told me I gave him the wrong size of Wheels. I explained to him that I know what size the wheels they are and maybe he miss heard me. He insisted that I gave him the wrong size of Wheels over the phone and continue to belittle me about it. I agreed to pay the price that he told me while I was there and they took my wheel. Well standing there they continued to talk trash that I gave him the wrong size of wheel over the phone. I then requested to speak to the manager and explain to him I was not happy with them going on I've already agreed to the price they gave me. The manager did nothing to stop his employees from belittling me while I'm standing there. He had no control over his employees. I which point I took my will and when elsewhere. I went around the corner to a local tire shop and they took care of me. I will never go there again I will pay the extra money to get better customer service. Completely horrendous and horrible experience I do not recommend anybody going to this shop as long as these employees work there. I tried calling corporate headquarters and never got a response. I was a customer for life and will never go back good job!

Changed front tyres on my Motorhome. No drama at all about size of wheels (as apposed to some tyre shops). Quick service and fair price. Much appreciated Burke and Isiah and team!!

I got an alignment here about a year ago, new tires. When I got to my appointment I went for a walk thinking they would work on my car. I came back 40 or more minutes later my car still in the same spot, they forgot me. So they took my car and the guy who supposedly worked on my showed me what he supposedly did. well one year later my tires are bold from inner side very bad so he obviously did not do it correctly!! Or Half fast!! Or nothing!!

I went in to get a plug in my tire called at 5:30 got there at 5:40 and I was helped quickly and out of there before 6:00. I had excellent service from a guy named Isaiah. Very quick and professional thank you all so very much.

I think a little more expensive than Firestone but they did a really good job balancing the tires and my SUV has a smooth ride. I will be coming back here for tire maintenance in the future.

Went to get my tires balanced and check air, all the staff were sitting down doing nothing. When I told them what I needed they asked why like I was bothering them. The gentlemen was very rude and they never put air in my tires. I will never buy tires from them again and I am going to tell all my family and friends not to do business with them. Today I am at Discount Tires putting on a new set of tires. Good customer service they gained a customer.
