Excellent service and not pushy with the upgrades. The service was fast and efficient. Offered something to drink while I waited. Completed all services. BUT, did not inform me that they were replacing the oil with regular Mobil 1 full synthetic when I had asked for full synthetic high mileage. When I noticed they explained there was not much difference between the two however, I would have like to have informed of the change.

These guys were awesome; they talk you through every part of the process, they do a full inspection with every oil change, and they even offered us coffee, water, etc. all while we sat in the car as part of the drive-thru service.

Great fast friendly service, they even did my overdue and needed power steering fluid change at the same visit and only took a little longer to complete the service. A great option for fast full service on your car/truck including transmission and transfer casefluid changes.

I go here for oil changes. I get to stay in my car and they bring me coffee and change the oil. Not a bad way to get an oil change. The guys are always fun. A lot of products are offered which you can accept as you like. It helps keep me on track with my car maintenance. The coffee is excellent, by the way!

Oil stop is the most professional company for an oil change or good car wash in Santa Fe NM.The attendants are well trained and specialized in each area if their service. I never go anywhere else. They even give you coupons and special on oils changes and carwashes! I won't go anywhere else.

More than a great place for a high quality oil change, this oil stop made me feel like a welcomed VIP on my first visit. Will and DJ were perfectly friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and capable, and made it so easy to get my entire 30k service done- including a CVT flush and refill. My car loved the expert attention, and I don t exaggerate when I say that the customer service from these gentlemen was some of the finest I ve ever experienced. Thanks again, I ll hope to see the same friendly faces again when I come back in 5k miles.

Not only is it so convenient to stay in your car while the oil is being changed, the staff is so courteous and informative it makes it fun. Plus they check everything out and it s like a mini-tuneup. They also check the oil between changes which is invaluable to me. I love going to Oil Stop!

I always have a great experience with a friendly welcome. Professional, clean, friendly staff at this location. No matter what I need done they get it done for me. I would recommend this location for my oil change. I also cant express how kind and awesome talks with Bill the manager.

They re going to try to upsell you things like a transmission service or a fuel cleaning or an engine sludge remover. If you don t want these things I would urge you to emphatically refuse the service. Say loudly No I do not want that and I won t pay for it if you add it without my permission! No! They have asked me if I wanted those things and I have said No but then they go ahead and charge you anyways.If you go, speak loudly and clearly when refusing the upsell services they offer. My last oil change cost me $310

This place is friendly, efficient, clean and thorough... yesterday there were two duplicate checks done during my visit.., ex. I was shown and explained about the transmission by two different guys.., and also was asked about mileage for next visit at two times... not a big deal, but maybe a waste of work time(??) Over all I'll keep coming to OIL Stop in the future.

took my car there after just having my oil changed elsewhere because it was leaking oil. The guys here were amazing explained each step they were doing and most importantly found and repaired the oil leak in 10 minutes. not only are they professional but they treat each other with respect too. I will go back and tell my friends too !

Robert and Will took awesome care of me there! Kept me up to date with everything they did and Robert threw in some extra stuff which was awesome of him! Very good place, 10/10 would recommend.

They were very competent and thorough. All of their work was excellent, and they checked in with the driver at every juncture. My only gripe is the price of the oil change, which was twice the Walmart price, all things being equal.

Was in a 3 car line at jiffylube, decided to come here instead, and was extremely satisfied with my choice.No wait, and I was immediately offered a refreshing beverage. Quick and efficient, the workers thoroughly explained their process and were very transparent about their products. Great energy and phenomenal service.Ditch the line and get taken care of here(:

This oil change experience was notably costly. The oil change shop charged approximately $90 more than a dealership, yet failed to adhere to proper procedures akin to those of a dealer. Instead, they conducted unnecessary checks, presumably to inflate the bill or encourage upselling. Regrettably, their lack of adherence to proper procedures was evident even in these superfluous inspections. I am disinclined to return to this location or any other associated with it, as the service was clearly overpriced. For comparison, the dealership performed the same service for about $110, showcasing a higher level of qualification and equipped facilities.On a positive note, despite the persistent attempt to upsell additional services, the technician maintained a courteous demeanor throughout the interaction.

I have never gotten special treatment while getting an oil change before. These men were so fast and were constantly asking me if I wanted a complimentary beverage. They didn t try to pressure me or over sell me on anything. I will definitely be getting all my oil changes here from now on! Thank you!!

Great place. Very professional service. Staff was amazing and i can't say how different the service here is compared to other places. As a matter of fact, i now don't have a reason to go elsewhere. i was testing out this place because my mechanic was busy, but, no offense to my mechanic, this place is reasonably priced and i love that you stay in your vehicle the whole time.When they say quick, they mean it, and that's relatively priceless.

Both Johnny and Jonathan were incredible, not pushy, but educational, amazing customer service from them, and the manager Bill. We felt very taken care of, and had a much better experience than at the competition. I ll never go anywhere else for my cars fluids.

I started taking my Jeep to Oilstop Drive Thru and have found it to be the best place to get an oil change. They check everything on your vehicle and the staff is Friendly and knowledgeable.This is the Only place I'll take my vehicle.

So friendly here. I needed some oil drained because a place in Albuquerque had overfilled the old Camry. After doing a car-burning-oil demonstration in the parking lot we asked them to drain some oil and they did so at no cost (I tipped for their time). They drained out more than 2 quarts and even gave us windshield washer fluid and coolant. Better to get your oil changed here than at a random mechanic's.

Quoted me a price of $65.00.... the young man came out and gave me the "we're the no pressure company " sell. It didn't work. They tried to offer me 5 different services!!! Not pleased at all. Then, when I get the bill, it's for $78. I was in to big of a hurry due to an appointment, so I just paid it. Looks like I was charged $59.96 for their 33 Point Service, $4.94 for disposal fee and $8.00 for the oil! I won't be a repeat customer. Be fore warned.

Unfortunately I was unable to confirm as to why. The suddenly became a huge problem with the oil pan being stripped where the bolt goes in and stuff like that. I was like what all these years and then all of a sudden on that one. It was just like I couldn't get a basic oil change without being a major issue. And I just don't know to be honest with you. Oil stop for the most part has been good to me but...
