The staff at Oilstop were wonderful. Everyone was very professional and informative of what they were doing to my vehicle.They showed me the filters that needed to be replaced and what they replaced them with as well as listening to my concerns about my van.I highly recommend Oilstop.

I usually give the full five, but this time they seemed to pay less attention to detail. I had to ask about getting the air pressure topped when they used to just do it. They used to inform me of how much fluids were added when topping them off and they really just didn't do that this visit. I still got what I needed quickly and without leaving my car, which I love. For people with anxiety it's a really nice accommodation. They are now offering more variety of complimentary beverages which is also nice. Overall... They always do a great job.

Great Experience! Technicians were very communicative and friendly. They did not try and get me to do unnecessary services (Yay!). The prices were reasonable and they got the work done fast. I will definitely go back the next time I need an oil change.

Every team member that I spoke with was so kind, personable, and treated me with respect. I m a woman who knows cars and how to do an oil change, and the guys helping me with my oil filter were willing to chat with me about my rig and what I was there to get assistance with. The front desk woman was also really helpful on the phone, and I felt super taken care of. I HIGHLY recommend this business for your oil change needs!

This is the second time I've been at this location, and I had to leave a review because they definitely go the distance with amazing customer service. Let me start off with both my technicians Katherine and Brandon... Amazing, courteous and informative. Katherine was polite, kind and gave me information for future services without any unnecessary or forced pressure. This location really goes out of their way for amazing customer service! I also want to say that their assistant manager Logan was amazing by honoring a coupon that I purchased from Groupon that had stated that the coupon was only good in OR, WA and Vancouver, Canada (even though Groupon gave me this location to make the purchase). I highly recommend this location for oil changes, and other fluid type services. Katherine, Brandon and Logan, thank you guys for an amazing experience. You have a repeated customer in me.

WOW! I was so pleasantly surprised how clean my vehicle was cleaned. The staff took their time by making sure that the inside was dusted, vacuum cleaned, and windows spotless. I am so impressed with the level of quality that I'm going to start beginning my vehicle to be cleaned regularly. Kudos to the staff for paying attention to details.

Really great team of car technicians here. I got an oil change with a lot of complimentary services added on which was a nice surprise. Everyone was very welcoming. I was on my way in no time and would highly recommend this shop!

Logan, Johnny, and Brandon assisted me with my oil change today. They were all very professional, thorough, and attentive to what my car was needing. This was my first time there and my experience seems to mimic the cads of positive experiences I've heard about from this Oilstop. I'm looking forward to my next oil change as well as looking into what their car wash/detailing services provide. Thank you!!

I like getting my oil changed here because they let me bring my own oil and filter, which cuts down on the cost a lot. I would give them 5 stars, but they never have my air filter in stock. I guess I need to order one and take that with me, too!

This is a great place to get your oil changed for a reasonable price, and with friendly and conscientious employees. Having had my oil pan stripped at a "more famous national chain," I have become wary of using these pit-stop types of service. But these guys seemed well-trained and careful. I will definitely use their service(s) again in the future.

Been going here for oil changes since 2009. Keep coming back because of the great service. Prices have gone up steadily, what hasn't, but the techs' attitude is the same; friendly and not pushy about suggesting additional service that might be needed. Plus the discounted wash afterwards makes the trip a no brainer! I'll keep going to Oilstop, thank you.

Excellent service and great prices. I brought my 2022 and 2023 Ram 3500 dooley's. I had no idea they could service my trucks till I talked to the manager Yeramy! What a great experience he is an incredible employee and I will start bringing all my vehicles there for service, thanks Yeramy!

Quick service , business is busy and are Covid-safe with not being to overly crowded there is a little wait in line but once you get your car in the wash and see it come out on the other end the results are Worth the wait!! They do a detail precise job at cleaning the interior of your vehicle so the way is worth it if you want to have a really nice exterior and interior design that desirable for the streets!

I was graciously helped by Jonathan. He said he usually works at the other store. Jonathan was incredibly friendly, professional, and most importantly informative. I know they re supposed to keep you updated the whole time (which he did) but he was patient with my questions and never made me feel bad about asking them. He went above and beyond when it came to the wiper blades that I wanted when they were out of stock. Thanks, Jonathan!

These guys are awesome. I stopped going to Jiffy Lube after they forgot to put my air filter back in, and someone wrote "Putin Wuz Here" on my oil filter. The latter was more confusing than upsetting. Of course, I take full responsibility because I shouldn't have gone to Jiffy Lube in the first place. Anyway, very happy repeat customer.

The discount coupon made me curious to find out prices and it was worth it. Saved $30 dolars. and I still drank apple cider and talk with kind and attentive people. It took about 30 minutes at the Oil Stop Cerrillhos on the way from my work to home. Great Choice!!!

I felt they were trying to rip us off. My sister was there and ended up paying $140. for an oil change. They told her the services suggested were necessary not optional. I refused most of the unnecessary servicesWomen especially are subject to this abuse bc they don't know what's needed. Shameful business policies.

These guys dont even deserve 1 star.. I got a basic wash just inside and out, plus I asked for dog hair removal.. came out to $31. They estimated my time of wait to 25 minutes, which I was totally fine with. An hour went by and they told me my car was done, but all I did was look in the window and I could still see a BUNCH of dog hair. So I told the manager who was no more than useless, he had a guy get more dog hair out he said.. and an hour later I ask for my first receipt so I could see what time I came in. I got there no later than 12:20 PM because I called at 12:08 and was only a 4 minute drive away, and here it was past 2:00.. with the man behind the desk telling me that I got there at 1:00. So around 2:15 PM comes around and how they give my car back is leaving it in the busy parking lot with the ignition ON and alone. I get in my car and all I see is dog hair, 2 hours of my time waiting, unhappy with my service, nobody even cared. I am commenting the pictures of the end result, because I could have done a better job with a lint roller and a self serve carwash. I reccomend anyone looking to get their money's worth to NOT go here. Unfriendly, unprofessional, and a complete rip off! I made it VERY clear I was unhappy with the job and not even a discount was offered. I was stupid enough to tip before I got my car back and I sincerely wish I had not now.

Oilstop is the best oil changing shop and carwash.When I got there one of the techs brought my son and I a soda in a can.And he showed me everything I needed that was worn out . Very good service I would highly recommend this place to anyone needing an oil change.

Such a waste of money and time. Stayed waiting in line for over an hour for a rush job on the interior. I didn't even have time to look over the car before they're rushing me out of the way for the next car. I saw them take the mats out of the other cars but didn't even pull my mats out didn't wipe down most of the car. They actually made my car look worse with dirt streaked marks from their dirty rags. Go spend your money somewhere that deserves it.Service: Auto detailing

A surprisingly good oil change. Not cheap, but they did their best to make it reasonable, and with a free car wash, hey, it's the full service. The shock was how good the car wash was. They did a number on the interior and washed the mats and my car hasn't been this clean since I've owned it.So... is it worth it? Sure. Is it something you do every oil change... it depends on how valuable your time is. For me, I can't manage to drop the car off at a place for hours and come back.
