I take my BMW motorcycles here for service and have always been happy with results. Marc Beyer is probably the best master BMW tech in this whole part of the country. Everyone that works here are super friendly and they communicate very well with the customers.

Recommended by another mechanic, this place turned out to be a great place to take the Sprinter for repairs and maintenance. I just took it to replace its battery which, at 75 pounds, was way too heavy for me to do it on my own. Set an appointment, waited for it, and they got the job done. The place is clean, not only the waiting area, but also the shop. Chris was easy to talk to and work with. He mentioned that they do all kinds of maintenance jobs on Sprinters so, my intention is to keep working with them, as an alternative to the dealer which, after the pandemic, became impossible to work with.Service: Auto battery replacement

Great shop and great work! They did scheduled maintenance plus put on a pair of new tires on my older 2008 BMW R1200RT motorcycle. They were super friendly and accommodated my bringing it in late Jan 2024 by giving me their Feb discount! The bike runs great now and I'll be a returning customer for any future work.

OCD Motorsports is your best stop for anything motorcycles. The owners are super friendly and welcome you in with water or coffee. They are very nice to me, and have always helped me out. If they don't have what I need they know who do. Now selling electric motor bike. It goes off road to. I saw it online under motorcycles for under $10,000. I like it better than the scotters. Looks cool.

Not once, not twice, but three times Mark and his crew saved my bacon. I am from Chattanooga, TN riding a 75 R60/6 on Route 66 with my brother and a life long friend.1) Lost the float bowl plug somewhere on the road, dead in the water on a Sunday. Went by OCD on Monday AM and Mark had one.2) started the bike and at higher altitudes it was running pretty rough, Mark repaired, tuned and balanced my carbs on the spot without a wait.3) Oil pressure sending unit began leaking on a 300 mile ride in Northern NM suggested by Mark. Pulled up this morning and Mark and team R&R the switch while a waited.Great place with a passion for Boxers and everyone has a great attitude and presence about them. I highly recommend OCD! Marc is a genius! His staff is the most helpful, honest and polite I have seen in a long time-this is SF after all. My 525 KTM was at the dealership (SF motorsport) for a YEAR and they still could not fix it correctly. Gave it to Marc and after a few hour and a $5 part, YES a $5 part it is purring like a tiger!! Thank you OCD you have a customer for life!

Recently purchased a beautiful 2005 Ducati 999s from Marc! When I saw the bike listed on craigslist, I knew it would go quick, Marc and Frances let me work out a deal which included a deposit, and held it for me for 2 weeks even though they were getting slammed with calls for the bike! I've had the bike looked over by two shops in town, and they said it was well taken care of, and that I got a great deal. Soon after getting it home the regulator/ rectifier was no good, giving me high voltage, spoke with Marc about it, he shipped me a new one, as well as the tail section I'd left at the shop, and I was back on the road within a week! Would give 10 stars if I could!Services: Electrical repair, General repairs & maintenance, Vehicle safety inspection

BMW specialist. Excellent team. First business Ive went inside that didn't didn't verbally explain about charging a credit card fee. I would appreciate the verbal communication in addition to the notice on the print.

They do decent work but they overstate on hours. For example, an oil change is a one hour job they will charge you for 2.5 hours labor. The lady who works there is pretty rude and wouldn t replace a washer that was missing on my bike. Their techs lost it and she was trying to sell me an overpriced kit to replace it. My fairings were re-installed incorrectly so I had to fix them myself. I won t be going back but they are knowledgeable and do decent work otherwise.Services: Electrical repair, Air & cabin filter replacement, General repairs & maintenance, Vehicle safety inspection, Brake service & repair, Auto maintenance, Oil change

Great service. Had them fit some new tires for me, perfect job. While they had my bike they noticed a front fork had started weeping. They replaced the seals on both Ohlins and gave them back good as new. Since then they have done other work on a couple of my bikes, no problems. They aren't cheap, but they are good. I will take that any day of the week.

Mark was great I'm currently touring all 50 states of America and I needed to use a torque wrench, he let me use and and even did a once over on my bike to make sure my chain was safe. Honest and decent team would highly recommend

Mark came highly recommended and I can see why. The shop is very organized and I was at ease immediately. Oil/filter, adjust valves and chain on my Royal Enfield. Ruins great. I appreciate the expert advice I received on chain maintenance also.

Quoted 350 to mount and balance new wheels and rims on my bike. I thought that was extremely high already to my surprise the price came to 572. I ve been to multiple states and had work done nobody has ever charged me for bringing part ever. They charged me 20 percent of my bill because of this. Keep in mind they stock zero parts. Mechanic seemed good hence the 2 star rating. So unaffordable I wouldn t recommend to anyone.Service: Tires

Marc and Greg know their business! The shop is super clean and organized. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The shop dog will greet you in the parking lot. Finding a good motorcycle mechanic can be tough. Now that I've found OCD, I'm a customer for life, and I'm telling all my moto friends, as well as anyone else who might be interested.

Update: Not a mistake or the wrong shop. 2 stars for the ridiculous quote I received to mount a dual sport tire. I wanted to be a customer but not if I am being way overcharged for the labor

I was so impressed by this place. Old-fashioned customer service - and it's a shame that service like this is considered old fashioned.I sent a couple of emails first and received prompt and complete answers. I went in to look at a scooter because there were no businesses with 50cc scooters in stock in Albuquerque. I'm so glad I did! I have never owned a scooter of my own before and it's been many many years since I rode on one. No pressure sales, answered all my questions, friendly, above-and-beyond service. Even called me a couple weeks later to see if I was still happy and if I had questions.I need to get a hitch cycle hauler so I can take it back for routine maintenance. Note: They are an hour away from me and I have to buy a hauler to get it there, but they're totally worth it. Places like this are the ones I want to see thrive.Customer for life.

Marc Beyer is an excellent mechanic. This is a business you can trust. They have new and used motorcycles. They are a Genuine dealer. He is a master tech for BMW Motorrad. This is the place to restore your old motorcycle as well because Marc is methodical and careful.He also services Mercedes travel vans- Sprinters. Just go by and see for yourself all their services. They are located in the Siler/Rufina area east of Meow Wolf.

OCD is a great shop, and I highly recommend them if you're in the area. I was on the way home from a trip and got an unrepairable flat in the middle of nowhere on my Africa Twin and had to get towed there. The tow truck guy showed up 5 mins before they closed - and they stuck around to get my bike into the shop and it was ready by noon the next day. Any moto-touring folks who have needed assistance on the road know that the last place we want to be is in a shop, but sometimes we don't have a choice, and knowing there are shops out there like OCD makes the whole situation a lot easier to deal with. They were able to put on a new front tire and get me on my way quickly, and I can't say enough about how happy I was to stumble onto this shop. And if it matters, everyone I met was super cool and I could tell that they knew their business -- and although I had bad luck in getting that flat, I feel it's been tempered to some degree in finding such a gem of a shop. OCD has some of the most reliable service I've ever received. Marc is one of the best mechanics I've ever met, while Francis does a great job to help you find what exactly you need. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone and will continue to come here for years to come for my motorcycle needs.

I was 3700 miles into a motorcycle trip and in need of rear tire due to slow leak. OCD team had tire in stock and squeezed me into their already tight schedule for new tire. Friendly, awesome staff!!!!Service: TiresService: Tires

I have never had a motorcycle serviced at OCD, but Marc mentored me when I was hired at Santa Fe BMW in 06. I have never met a mechanic as meticulous and perfection oriented as he is. I personally watched him diagnose problems that BMW corporate couldn't, and we never, the entire time I worked there, had a comeback. We did however have individuals that would mess their bikes up by listening to internet mechanics, and then come in an want it fixed under warranty. I would take any motorcycle to his shop without the slightest hesitation, and know it would be in good hands, and properly serviced.

I have taken my vintage BMW to OCD several times for service and upgrades, most recently in April 2020. Marc rebuilt front and rear shocks, installed tapered steering head bearings, and rebuilt the steering damper.Past service included replacing the 6v system with a Powerdynamo unit; cleaning slingers, rebuilt engine w/crank refurbish, new top end, and clutch.The bike runs like new. I couldn't be more pleased with all aspects of their service! Frances keeps the front office running smooth. Marc is a highly skilled mechanic who shows great attention to detail. He really knows these bikes! I would not hesitate to return when the need arises. Thanks!

Great service and knowledgeable staff. I ve a BMW K1600GTL and has no problem getting it repaired on the same day.Although they have limited tire choices in stock, they did have the best.Very clean and professional environment with experienced staff.

People who leave reviews are often the odd disgruntled customer. Usually happy regular customers don't feel the need to write about it, but seeing some of the negative reviews here put me on the defensive.I have been a regular customer of OCD for the past 4 or 5 years. I have owned 3 different bikes during that time and Marc's shop is the ONLY one in New Mexico with which I will entrust my bike for services and repairs. I put about 10,000 miles a year on two wheels and I need to know that my bike is in good shape and that I can trust work done on it while I am far from Santa Fe. Marc has gone out of his way on numerous occasions including saving a cross-country trip for me the day before departing by leaving his shop, trailering my bike, finding needed parts in his spare parts bin, and returning my bike to me. This despite the fact that my issue with my bike at that time was caused by errors in judgement on my part doing my own repairs. I have had numerous experiences leaving a bike repair shop with my bike is worse shape than when I brought it in. It is extremely rare to find a capable and honest bike mechanic ANYWHERE. I am happy to pay his rates because the security of knowing Marc will make it right is worth it.

Quick service, super friendly staff and owners, and honest about what your bike needs. After dealing with one particularly awful mechanic in town, Marc and OCD were a breath of fresh air. He picked up my bike at my house, it was ready on time and on budget (maybe even under), and later when it stalled out due to another problem he picked me up on the side of the road and troubleshot the problem right there so I could address it at home (he offered to take it to the shop but I am learning as I go too and they welcome home wrenchers). Im really happy I found this tucked away shop and plan on going here for a long time (as vintage bikes need extra love).
