The team at Mora's is incredible! They saved me in a pinch with a quick and inexpensive repair when I was extremely short on time. Super friendly service too!

They replaced my radiator and thermostat aprox 3 months ago. Both t/stat and raditor broke down, okthings happen. I tried multiple times to get a hold of them.... no response , no call back....nothing. Sign posted out front closed for one week...you can make your mind own up... they know who i am, left messages with their family and voicemail...they can make it right if they wish i will post if they do.... i would go somewhere else, very shady customer service..

So grateful to have been directed to this shop from Top Gun. Carlos and Giancarlos are incredibly kind and helpful. I was so worried about my car when it started to get the wobbles while driving over 40 mph. Luckily it was just an alignment and "too bad he couldn't sell me anything else today!" Haha! Being a girl and walking into a shop can be really intimidating. Grateful to have found an honest shop with such fair pricing. Thanks again guys will send everyone your way.

On our move to California, our 2005 Pontiac Vibe wouldn t start after getting gas. Took a chance and had it towed to Moras Auto Repair. Boy were we glad chose them! Great guys, very professional and got us back on the road in about an hour with a new starter! Could have easily gouged us on the cost but didn t. This family is of the highest integrity offering top quality service. I called Mora's during a very difficult time when transitioning to a new state for work as a professional therapist when my brakes failed as I was coming back from a grocery run before having to report to my first day of work on Monday. I had the worst time finding an honest place, but happened upon Mora's Auto Shop. They were on vacation with their family during Spring Break, but promised me to get a quote and hopefully in for the repair asap. They delivered! This family, understood my situation, and made my repair as affordable as they could given my circumstance. They did not judge me or balk because I couldn't get all the things done right away. So I had them repair the most important problem with the resolution to come back to have the other work completed. They were super kind, understanding and very easy to work with. I will recommend Mora's Auto Shop any day!Service: Brakes

After reading good reviews for Moras Auto Repair, I decided to take my car here when it was making weird sounds. They got a diagnosis in under half an hour and got me a good quote. Service was fast and everyone was so nice! They solved the issues and explained everything they did for me! I highly recommend and will be back if I have any other issues

They've consistently provided me with quality service, honest communication, and fair prices. A part they'd replaced ended up being faulty; Mora's covered all expenses to tow my vehicle to their shop and replace the part. I recommend!!

Had a tire blow out on me the night before; the tread had separated from the tire and did some damage to my truck s underside (I have an old F-250 from the 90s). I wasn t sure how substantial. I called Moras first thing in the morning. They were super booked and busy, but they said they d take a quick look under the vehicle. They saw that the muffler and shielding was loose and recommended a shop that knew how to handle mufflers. They also fixed my mud flap which had been damaged in the blow-out. They were friendly and super glad to talk to me about the parts that were damaged. Very professional! I would highly recommend.

Absolutely fantastic service, these guys were a lifesaver. Brought my car in, got a free estimate, and then they went out of their way to get the parts needed from Albuquerque that same day so I didn't have to wait through the weekend. Everyone was super friendly, honest, professional, and willing to go the extra mile for me. I would highly recommend these guys.

Traveling back to Michigan when our car broke down. Mora's Auto Repair was a Godsend. A family owned business that cares and it showed. Fantastic auto repair service and great customer service. Extremely fair prices. Did not overcharge us. They stayed late to received our vehicle and then repaired the car first thing next day so we could be on our way again. I can't say enough about how well we were treated. We were a long ways from home. Thank you!!

After having a horrible experience at a big brand auto repair shop (Firestone) I started taking my vehicle to Carlos. Since my initial visit, he's done various work on both of my vehicles. Every time he has been professional, friendly, honest, and given fair pricing. I would recommend him to anybody.

I recently moved here from CA. I've brought my car here on a couple of occasions, hoping to find "my" mechanic. Well, I did! Carlos and his son are brutally honest people. At the end of the day, this along with excellent service, is what matters the most!

I see all the good reviews but sadly this was not my experience. Weeks of delays, price change from $2500 to $4200 with no real explanation, sometimes no call back. I finally gave up and took the car to Santa Fe Exclusive. Everything went as they predicted, better price, lots of communication. I would never use Mora s. They had my car for 6 weeks and couldn t get it done. Really, really disappointing.

Thank you Carlos for looking at our van as fast as you did. We had spent 3 day in Santa Rosa the mechanics there were very good, but when we got to Santa Fe our breaks were shuttering. Carlos took us right in and fix our drums within minutes we were back on the road. Thank you again!

a little over a month ago, I was traveling from northern Colorado to Phoenix AZ. Just south of Santa Fe, my truck began to shake significantly, so much so, I felt that I had must have a bad tire... I went to Discount Tire and they took off my right front tire and put it through all of their tests, but could not discover the problem... they were great.... I asked for a recommendation for an auto repair shot... they would not commit to giving me a name. I googled auto repair and selected Moras as it was close and seemed like a family run operation... I limped over there and met Juan, I asked him if he would take a look. He identified the problem immediately, a failing drive shaft. It was late in the day but he got on the phone and began calling around for a used one or a rebuilt one... none were available, but he and his father, Juan Carlos, said that they would find a rebuilt one and that would save me a lot of money over buying a new one. They found a car rental shot that was still open and took me over right away... After my stint in Phoenix, I came back to Moras to find my truck fixed and the price exactly as quoted. Given my predicament, many mechanics would have seen an opportunity to gouge an out of town, one time, desperate customer but not so with Juan, Juan Carlos and the rest of their wonderful family!!!

Driving from Houston to Santa Fe we had intermittent issues with the A/C, so upon arriving in town, I looked for a shop close to our hotel. I put this in God's hands, asking for an honest auto mechanic, andthen I found Mora's Auto repair. Juan Carlos and his father took a few minutes out of their busy schedule to quickly check my car, and decided it would be better to schedule an appointment for the next day. I took the car the next day and after a few hours they called me back telling me that it was a short somewhere in the system. Somebody else could've said, "sorry, you have to change the compressor." Great people, great pricing. Thank you.

I had a fan die and my car overheated late in the day when most auto repair shops were closed. At first they didn t think they could help me that late in the day but called me back and told me to have it towed there. Noe met me when the truck pulled it in and said they would look at it first thing in the morning. They had it fixed the next day. Highly recommended. Thanks Noe.

UPDATE: I'm rescinding my 5 star down to a 2 star because in June my ac went out again. I took it to a local shop that said the "O" rings were leaking and it looked like they were either reused or sliced when they put them in. So that cost me another $200. My ac is still got a slow leak so I'll be bringing it back in to Moras in the Spring to give them a chance to redeem themselves.ORIGINAL REVIEW:My A/C went out while visiting my family here. Extreme Twist Collision recommended them. They got it done at a fair price in just a couple of days. They had to special order the parts. They did a great job. Very professional shop.

Had a possible problem with my car while traveling through Santa Fe. Carlos took the time to look at my car with very little notice, and was extremely honest and humble with the advice he gave me. Thank you Carlos! I would recommend Moras auto repair to anyone near Santa Fe, even if just traveling through like I am.

Juan and Carlos were awesome! Went out of their way to help us on an overnight trip from Las Cruces, Albuquerque and Santa Fe. 2015 Traverse started leaking oil very badly. We were very concerned about being able to get home that same day. Turned out my (now former) mechanic hadn't tightened the oil plug OR the oil filter on the last oil change! The Moras checked everything out and sent us on our way with only a $25 bill!Best service I've ever had on any of my vehicles!

If you want a honest car shop go to these guys. We were getting ready to travel out of the country and wanted our car looked over to be sure it was travel ready. They looked it over, called us, and said you're good to go there's nothing wrong with your car. WOW! I'm glad these guys exist. By the way we made it to Mexico with no car troubles!!!

These guys are always so friendly, informative, and professional! It s normally hard for females to find good mechanics, but these guys make the auto repair experience so much easier and comfortable, and they don t try to play me. Highly recommend!

Mora's Auto Repair is a godsend! My little fatty broke down back in March and my procrastinating behind waited until mid to late July to finally get it fixed because I don't trust many of the mechanics. Until I happened upon Mora's. They did a stellar job! They kept my little fatty overnight and all was fixed by the time I picked it up. I don't recall ever being as happy as I was when I came to pick it up.
