Great experience! Having my car wrecked was so upsetting! I had heard that a car will never look the same after having body work, but Mena's went above and beyond. My car looks great and they went out of their way to make sure they met my expectations and got factory parts rather than what the insurance wanted to use. I thank the office manager who facilitated it all. She was excellent!

I was looking for some quick body work in Santa Fe and went to at least a dozen other shops. Either they were too busy or gave crazy high quotes. Ismael is a honest and true gentleman who got the job done in 30 minutes and charged me very fairly. Hight recommend this business.

I drive a Honda Fit and when I was rear ended by a BMW SUV at a red light my insurance company decided to classify my car as a total loss. A friend suggested I take my car to Mena's as the damage was only cosmetic and I wanted my car fixed. It took longer than originally anticipated because it was during the time with supply problems. But when completed, it was less than their estimate and done perfectly. And I am very pleased having my old car back. I would whole heartedly recommend them.Service: Body & Trim

Mena's did a good job in a timely manner. Though my job was a fairly minor cosmetic issue, they were fair - both to me and my insurance company. They followed up, ensured the parts were there before I brought the vehicle in and worked with my schedule. Let me first off say, choosing a repair shop is never an easy or plainly laid out choice. Being new to town (and the state), finding a quality shop was my biggest concern after an accident. Finding a review that was comprehensive for me was quite hard so I had to trust my gut and take a shot. But Mena's has blown my expectations and then some. They have fixed my car to almost perfect to the day I bought it! They even detailed inside & out to a perfect showroom shine! They also repaired a few chips underneath that wasn't needed but they went above and beyond. Pedro is a great guy who's very understanding. To the Mena's team, thanks a lot for all you've done. If you want quality then go here, I can't attest to the price as I went through insurance but highly recommend.

Our brand new Honda Accord was caught in a freak hailstorm on the way to Santa fe and suffered around 30-40 hail dings. One name kept coming up over and over as the best place to take it for repair and that name was Mena's Coachworks. We are extremely pleased with every aspect of the repair from Mena's. They are quick to respond to phone calls and emails. They are quick to respond to the insurance people. Most importantly they do the repair job right the first time with the utmost care. Everything was handled professionally. They really care about their work and you the customer. I would not hesitate to go back again should we ever need any other auto body repair.

These guys are awesome! They're one of the best body work companies in town...I've had several cars they helped nurse to wellness over the past 10 years. Their quality is stellar...(Yes, I'm a perfectionist). And they guarantee their work. I had to bring my car in with some rust from a leak in a tail light that in turn rusted some of the body work they had refinished a few years ago, and they refinished the part of the car body affected FREE under their life time guarantee (for the same owner).The staff if very customer service oriented. They work great with insurance companies too.I can't recommend them enough!Thanks Clint and Ismael!Daniel

My vehicle ended up at this body shop due to a very careless accident caused by an employee at a local car wash.My experience with the car wash was horrendous, but my experience at this body shop was WONDERFUL!Not only did they fix the severe damage caused by the car wash in such a way that it all looks like new, the people there, like Pedro at the front desk, were so nice to work with.Their workmanship is outstanding! I highly recommend this body shop!

Mena's Coachworks is an OUTSTANDING place for repairs. Mena's Coachworks restored an old Porsche 914 for me. They have a very knowledgable, professional, and friendly staff. They provided a restoration that exceeding expectations. I will always bring my vehicle repairs to Ismael and his staff at Mena's Coachworks! Well done!

I recommend Menas Coachworks to anyone who needs body work done to their vehicle!!! I went to another shop called Leo's auto body shop and they screwed up the paint very badly it looked a completely different color of red than the rest of my car. But, Tony at Menas Coachworks fixed it! He not only did an amazing job but he went over and beyond by also fixing other things that were broken!

My experience was so horrible. They didn't repair my car correctly not once but four different times. The so called manager Angelo is not professional at all. He wanted to do business on the side behind the owners back. Problaby done it before. My air conditioning was not working. Oil and antifreeze came pouring out when I picked up my car for the 3rd time.. Worst ever

Excellent experience at this business. Very competitive pricing, gracious and professional service, high quality work. The owner and dealt with me as a person, not a customer. This makes a huge difference when establishing trust. Should I ever need body work in the future, they will be the first I call.

This has been the WORST customer service experience i have ever had . So i had been told by many people they do horrible work and they don't act professional. I thought let me give them a chance sure enough those people were right, so i waited two weeks to get in with mena's so the day comes i drop off my car so about 2 hours later i am off busy running errands i get a call saying i need a new battery my car won't start they tell me they Can sell me a battery but insurance won't cover it so i ask them to try and jump start it but they say they won't so as busy as i am i run back to mena's with my jumper cables get my car jump started myself, They say they don't wanna touch it to jump start it but yet they will touch it if i buy a new battery from them so PEDRO and ISMAEL the owner are trying to SCAM me into buying a battery from them. So i get my Car started and drive it to autozone and o'reilly to get the battery checked and it comes back as Good at both autozone and o'reilly.So i sit in the car for like 20 minutes to let it charge up the battery while it's running then i return to mena's like a little over an hour later. I come back to mena's to drop off my car and PEDRO tells me my car has been in a wreck prior to my ownership claiming that a small spot has signs of prior repair and that he can fix it, I looked and could not see anything but i have heard of body shops trying to pull this scam for Cash under the table behind the boss's back which is clearly what PEDRO was trying to do to me, So i also mention to PEDRO and show him how the inside of the drivers side door trim is damaged so i pull out my phone to record me showing PEDRO this so PEDRO gets mad probably because he is scared i am gonna record him trying to do his Illegal Scamming. So i leave the car with mena's and go run the errands i need to get done but had to postpone because of the SCAMS PEDRO and the owner ISMAEL of mena's coachworks were trying to pull on me. So about 3 hours later i am busy running my errands i get a call from mena's telling me to come pick up my car they won't tell me over the phone why. So i get there and PEDRO and the secretary are there and PEDRO tells me the owner ISMAEL said because a of so called "business decision" they won't work on my car which is obviously a lie for the real reason. They don't like me because i caught them trying to pull some illegal scams. But that boy PEDRO could have told me the truth to my face like a MAN. the owner ISMAEL MENA could have done the same as well. They inconvenienced me multiple times in one day how can a business do that.

Told me they would install a hitch on my car ..then didn't install the wiring harness, told me to go home and do research on my car (already had, hence the request) and come back and pay extra for the harness install. Also asked for cash and did not charge taxes. Installed the harness myself and won't go back there again.
