We were so lucky to have discovered this fantastic garage while traveling through Santa Fe, NM.We had been hearing an intermittent sound from one of our back tires in our Ford Transit van. We had taken it to multiple mechanics and they either couldn t find the source or wouldn t be willing to pull it into their garage due to its size.We scheduled an appointment with Meineke s neighbor. When we arrived to our appointment, they wouldn t see us due to the vehicle s size (even though we told them our size when we made the appointment). In a frustrated rage we drove next door to Meineke. Although, we arrived without an appointment we were received with friendly attentiveness. They got us right in, and worked to quickly diagnose our problem. They also agreed to change our oil while we waited for the necessary part (another thing we were having great difficulty achieving due to our size).We were allowed to wait in their lobby with our pup as the work was completed. As we waited I was able to observe their professionalism and friendliness with any customers that walked in, and/or called on the phone.The price was fair, the work efficient and timely, and the service was professional and courteous.Thanks Ramon, and all the techs that had a hand in getting us safely on our way. And a special shout out to the tech that serenaded us from the garage as the background music played, an added bonus!100% would recommend. Thanks Meineke!

Raul and his team struggled early on with an issue I have with my truck.After many hours of work they found and fixed the problem. Raul was very gracious and understanding that the repair could have been a very expensive deal but he charged me fairly and the work was completed professionally.I highly recommend Meineke in Santa Fe and would happily return for work on our vehicles.Service: Steering & suspension repair

If I could give 10 stars I would! Visiting from out of town and was in dire need of help with a minor car repair. Raul, service manager at Meineke car care center could not have been any more nicer and accommodating! They took me as a walk-in although they were busy and had it taken care of in no time. I wasn t even charged! Thank you so much Raul, best Christmas present ever!

This place is amazing, not only did they go the extra mile to find why a light was on my car, but they fixed it. Very professional. I have been to a few mechanics in Santa Fe and NONE of them were able to fix my car properly! I won t use anyone else!

Raul at Meineke has been consistently helpful and honest in the four years I've been going to him. He doesn't recommend unnecessary work and the work he does has been good and at reasonable prices. I came to him for a second opinion after having a different place recommend some expensive repairs, and he found a much cheaper and perfectly good way of dealing with the problem.

I WOULD NEVER BRING A CAR HERE AGAIN - I m new to the area and my 2017 Camaro needed an oil Change & 100k tune up. $800 - when I asked guy what was done for the tune up he points to the receipt- oil change, filter and change of spark plugs. THATS IT. For $150 more Firestone next door does a 15 point check along with the same service. The mechanic here blames the high cost on labor charges but couldn t tell me how much. They only had my car for 3.5 hrs. Place is a rip off.

Raul and his team are efficient, knowledgeable, and most important, trustworthy. I had to bring my Jeep in because of an exhaust leak due to a bolt breaking at the muffler connection. Raul found an $80 dollar solution when other shops would have had me replace the whole catalytic converter for a MUCH higher cost. This is what I call an honest automotive expert!

I came here for the first time a few days ago because the power to my brakes went out. I thought it was the booster and possibly the master cylinder. The quote over the phone was several hundred dollars less than the quote I got from Brake Masters (who I used to go to.)I brought my car in and within minutes they called and said during the inspection they found a disconnected vacuum hose and once reconnected the brakes were working properly. They asked if I wanted a more thorough inspection on my vehicle and I said yes. In the end I only paid for the inspection, which was 1/10 the price I thought I was going to pay. These are my new guys and I will trust them with all future car mechanical needs.

Raoul and the team provided very high quality work with a no nonsense, honest approach. Raoul does not charge for nor does this shop do anything but what is absolutely necessary. How often do you find that in a car repair shop? I ll be a regular customer for as long as I am in the Santa Fe area. Job well done, guys! Chapeau!Service: BrakesService: Brakes

The mechanic broke off the handle that is inside the car that opens the hood latch. He didn't disclose it. As I was scheduled to take the car to another shop, I wasn't able to go back to show and tell the manager but I call him. Lets see if they fix it or pay for the repair once I get the car back from the second shop. Hoping they will make good on it since they broke it and didn't tell me.....let me drive away with it broken. Lets hope the brake work was done with a greater level of integrity.

We had a really positive experience at this Meineke location, and specifically working with Rahul. We were driving back north from our honeymoon in the south (perfect timing right??), when our 2015 SUV started giving us every electrical error in the book (battery charging malfunction, transmission, chassis, power brakes etc etc). We stayed at a nearby hotel, where the car immediately died. We called Meineke first thing in the morning and were lucky enough to speak to Rahul who offered to swing by to jump our car. Surprisingly our car started so we drove it over, and Rahul took us in right away. He kept us informed throughout the day with the prognosis (busted alternator) and ETA. The new alternator had to be sent up from Albuquerque, and somehow we were back on the road by 3pm! The rest of the ride was SMOOTH LIKE BUTTA! Can't recommend this location and working with Rahul enough! THANK YOU!!!!

Best mechanic I've ever taken a car to!! I would recommend this place to anyone! They did a great job on our van! They were honest, explained it all and even showed my husband what was going on. They put in the time to chase down the parts our van needed. Went into the Meineke buisness the other day after a while of wanting to get a little exhaust work done. They fit me into the schedule that day and replaced my 25+ year old rusty muffler with a new MAGNAFLOW muffler and did a great job. The vehicle now has more of a clean defined sound and I'm overall satisfied. A slightly deeper/ lower exhaust sound now. Big thanks to the manager and people working at Meineke off rodeo rd in Santa Fe for their service. Thumbs up, would use them again in the future. They were quick to get the work done and fit my vehicle in that day.

Excellent experience from beginning to the end. I have received a great service and the work was done in a timely manner. The manager was very courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Definitely will come here again and recommend this place. Best place in town!

I had an unknown problem with my car no one could seem to solve before going to Meineke. Instead of jumping to a conclusion or guessing they were willing to get down to the bottom of it, investigate, and of course figured it out to get it fixed! Everyone was super nice and explained everything to me beginning to end; total transparency with this place and very knowledgeable. No one tried to sell me on other things either which I appreciate. While waiting I admired the way they conducted business with all of their customers and everyone seemed as pleased as I was. My first experience here and I definitely will be coming back!Service: Auto battery replacement

This location has consistently excellent customer service without the heavy-handed selling that sometimes comes with routine maintenance. They have alerted me to important issues with my vehicles, given me discounts on service, and when a recent voice-mail snafu filled their inbox, they made sure to respond to my online plea for assistance. Not only did the manager call me, but I also got a call from the owner, asking if his staff had done right by me.For a non-splashy car service portal, this one is a standout, in a good way.

Five stars for ease of getting an appointment, service suggestions, veteran discount, professionalism, timeliness, going that extra mile, cold water and reading material in the waiting area. Raul made the investment in a family member s grinding brakes easier to bear. I like to support local independent shops but in this case it was the best choice.Services: Brakes, Auto brake replacement

Pulled into Meineke and was greated with a warm hello and during my stay the starter was installed tested and ready to go in a very timely and professional manner. This is why I return to Meineke. And it is nice to know that I can trust them time and time again.

As usual, had a good experience dealing with Meineke. I had them change the oil of my car, replace the cabin air filter, and check out a possible transmission oil leak.All the issues were taken care of, and I was given the opportunity to ask additional questions when picking up my vehicle.Services: Transmission, Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change
