Jon is friendly, polite and knows his business. the constant professional that he is, ensures an accurate and timely alignment. We take all our vehicles to Jon because we know it will be done right the first time for a reasonable price.

Very friendly and curtious. Great price and job well done. Jon has state of the art equipment and his shop is spotless. It's amazing he repairs cars there. He has aligned most of my cars and they drive fantastic after his magic touch. Thank you Jon

Exceptional ease of setting the appointment and then having the alignment done. It's a one man shop, he does the work right in front of you, which does not take long to do maybe half and hour. If there is no alignment to do, he doesn't charge anything (I give him a tip). I take both the mini cooper as well as our sprinter rv. It's is difficult to find businesses like this one nowadays. Btw, the negative reviews I saw were about jobs other than alignment, I am not sure he still does that. With respect to wheel alignment, I cannot recommend him more, he is excellent!Service: Wheel alignment

Jon s alignment is the real deal. I watched him align my Tacoma 4WD and he moved like the professional he is. No wasted effort and a thorough alignment. Pleasant and helpful. Highly recommend!

I was sent to Jon's by Ian's Garage BMW and Mini Service in Santa Fe. They recommended Jon's as 'the best'. I had Jon do an alignment on my X5. He was friendly, professional, fast, quality work, and reasonably priced. I highly recommend!!!

I drive 45 minutes to align my vehicles with Jon. We have three alignment shops near me and they don't have the experience Jon does.He is pleasant to deal with and most importantly the alignment is perfect.

Went in this morning for an alignment on my 90 s BMW and met Jon. He s very knowledgeable on older European cars and is a super nice guy. He discovered my tie rods are frozen so I m replacing them and coming back - he did not charge me for this morning. I will be taking all my vehicles to Jon for alignments moving forward. I got my CRV aligned today at Jon's he seems a good guy and the machine looks really advanced technology.... price was cheaper than than the other shops and my SUV drives straight down the road now awesome. I am definitely bringing him another vehicle. It took only 30min.... I've seen that he works on German cars too and they are super crazy electronically so he seems he knows what he's doing I def would recommend him. Customer service was awesome.

Amazing and very fast service!This shop uses hub sensors to pinpoint your alignment and make super fine adjustments.I was very pleased when it was done. The price was very reasonable at around $80 and it only took about 30 minutes to complete the alignment on my truck, which was pretty loose.I definitely recommend making an appointment and dropping in if you're ever in need of this service.

Jon really knows how to provide a top-notch alignment service. No matter what I send him for my own automotive business, he quickly fits me in, provides detailed feedback about suspension condition, and his pricing is very fair.Also, he always has something cool on the lift in the shop a Morgan, a funky Jaguar, or some unusual crawler project.Best alignment service in town, without a doubt!

Jon is very knowledgeable about suspension set ups and performing alignment. Best in Santa Fe by far and his prices are more than fair! Would highly recommend and will continue to take all my vehicles to him.

Jon is a life savor. I have taken my cars to Jon of decades. An employee of mine had his breaks fail suddenly, dramatically (near head on with Semi) but fortunately no wreck.Towed the SUV to Jon and it was fixed the same day. Quick diagnosis and quick repair and reasonably priced.Over the years I see over and over how tremendously honest and skilled Jon is. His shop is immaculate and he takes pride in what he does and it shows throughout.Service: Brakes

Jon was courteous, professional and quick. My Jeep's tires were badly misaligned, and he did a wonderful job. The whole thing took 30-minutes. Super cool state of the art technology and equipment, affordable, friendly service. Highly recommended, will definitely go back.

Incredibly fast and professional. I would recommend John to anyone needing an alignment on their vehicle. He stays busy so booking an appointment a couple weeks out is usually necessary.

You can't please everyone, that's the main lesson I have learned from running my own businesses in this town for the last 20+ years. One thing that is consistently on point however is Jon's alignment. Jon has been helping with alignments and other car related things since I got my first car at 16 years old. He is a wealth of information, has a very complex skill set, and is a genuinely good person. I recommend him to anyone and everyone for honest and professional service.-Ben

I'm very happy with the service at Jon's Alignment. I went there after another shop, Brake Masters, told me they couldn't align my car because my control arms were shot and proceeded to hand me an $800 estimate. Skeptical of them and their diagnosis, I called Jon and made an appointment. He got my car in right on time, aligned 4 wheels and told me everything was tight and in good shape. I was good to go for $80. The shop is very clean, Jon is personable and seems very knowledgable and trustworthy. Just go there...you'll be happy!!

Brake masters on Cerrillos referred me to Jon as they were concerned that they could not make the necessary adjustments to align the tires. Jon was very courteous and friendly when I called for directions to his shop. Jon had me in and out in 15 minutes with no problem at all. I feel fortunate to have found Jon's Alignment as a shop that is both professional and offers good value for alignment on my 2016 4x4 Sprinter Van. Not only did Jon align my 4x4 Sprinter van, but during a later service appointment he was able to replace the rear driveshaft and change the differential oil. All at a fraction of a cost that the Mercedes-Benz dealer had quoted. But, just as important as good value and service; Jon is personable, takes the time to explain the technical and mechanical issues and I am happy to support the local, independent shop. Jon takes pride in his shop and his work and it shows. Five stars from me.

Jon got me in last minute on a Friday afternoon while traveling through Santa Fe. He is extremely competent, professional, fair, and genuine pleasure to be around. A true master of his craft. Jon is the kind of auto mechanic that restores credibility to the profession. With 39 years of experience, why would you go anywhere else?

Doesn't get any better than this, clean shop, state of the art alignment machine, fair price and a nice guy who knows what he is doing. First time doing business with him today, pulled in at 3:00pm for alignment and we were back on the road at 3:23 all squared away, unbelievable.

I had a bad experience earlier today with an Albuquerque shop I use to send a lot of business. Trying to sell me a set of tires before I can get an alignment. I think when people sell their businesses, they should not sell one's good name with the business.Jon just happened to have an opening and I grabbed it. Fast service, and he didn't try to sell me something I didn't need!I couldn't help but notice he has the latest equipment to perform a professional job. I have a few more vehicles that will be needing to see him.

Called Jon and asked him if he can install pads and rotor on my 16 Audi. He said sure no problem. So I scheduled a time and brought it in first thing in the morning 9:08 AM. By 1:30 I called to check in. He said he did not have the equipment for my break pads and rotors. I asked him why he didn't tell me that before I took the day off and brought my car in? No answer. Now I have to take it to another shop and do another alignment. Such a irritating situation to be in. If you have a newer model car. I suggest you save the day and go somewhere else.
