We had a wonderful purchase experience from the moment we walked through the door with Jeanette Rodriguez, Sales Consultant, Kyle Wilkins, Sales Manager and David Robey, Business Director. We were very specific regarding make, exterior color, interior color and feature packages for our CR-V. That vehicle did not exist in New Mexico, but they tracked one down in a neighboring state and had it delivered six days later. Each person we met was professional and honest and personable. A great experience.

I ve used the parts dept over the years and the service has always been friendly and helpful. Mostly bought fluids for my crv which I recommend sticking to especially if you change your own transmission fluid.

Hondas are decent products and the Honda Pilot we bought has served our needs as a family comfortably. The service is where they have lost any future business. They sold us an extended warranty that has been absolutely useless and covers very little and every time I have needed to take it in - frequently in the beginning while they figured out a wiring issue, I leave frustrated by their attitude and service.

I recently bought my first car from a dealership, and I chose Honda of Santa Fe because they had the specific car I was looking for. My experience with this dealership was absolutely top notch. The main person I worked with was Dan Chavez, who initially reached out to me through text after I submitted an inquiry online. He was very communicative in answering my questions before making the trip from Albuquerque to Santa Fe and helped me to feel comfortable traveling to look at the car. Once I arrived, he had the car pulled up front and ready to look at and was able to explain all of the bells and whistles as if he had been driving the car himself for a while. The dealership offered me a good price on my trade-in considering that it did have some damage, so I decided to make the purchase. Dan then introduced me to Michelle Mitchell who went over the financial information with me, described the different available warranty products, and finalized my federal and state paperwork. She was very personable and knowledgeable and answered all questions, and also gave me a good deal on my warranty. Overall, I highly recommend this dealership, even if you have to make a trip to see them. Dan and Michelle were both fantastic so if you have the chance, ask for them!

Had the best experience with my recent vehicle purchase. Nick was extremely helpful, attentive and knowledgeable. The process was very clear and straightforward from the beginning which gave us piece of mind about making this big decision

Purchased my Honda Ridgeline through their online sales department, all I can say is wow... Super professional, efficient, and our rep Mark was amazing. It would be foul for my wife and I not to give credit to their finance department on the Subaru side of the house as well. The lady who assisted us was also amazing, she provided us with our Honda associated military discounts to include on areas we did not realize existed.Would highly recommend this Honda/Subaru dealership. Kudos to the dealerships team and thanks for making it a super easy and efficient purchase.

After researching and test driving different makes and models of SUVs, we went back to Honda of Santa Fe. On our initial visit to look at a couple of specific models, we were helped by Pedro but we weren t ready to make a final decision. He was very nice and gave us a lot of info. We were very pleased with our experience there. At our 2nd visit, Pedro was busy with a customer so he asked Jeannette Rodriguez to help us. She was very friendly and knowledgeable about her products. We were able to test drive a different model and fell in love with a CRV Hybrid. She took the time and we walked out of their showroom with our new 2024 Hybrid CRV.We would highly recommend visiting their showroom if you d like a great experience.

Wouldn't sell me an fwd SUV, so had to get one out of state. Service is sometimes dishonest about parts they don't want to replace. Had service recently and my tires were not topped off after rotation even though they checked it off on the service list, had to stop on my road trip the day after to add air.

Sleazy and dishonest, bait and switch scuzballs on both the Honda and Subaru sides of this outfit.Better to get quotes from dealers in ABQ, take a quick drive and avoid these guys who take advantage of being the only dealers in Santa Fe.

DO NOT BUY PARTS HERE THEY WILL NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY I purchased a $645.51 part from the parts department and realized I had mistakenly requested them to special order a part that I did not need.I took the part back a few days later and I expected a re stocking fee but they refused to take the part back.

The worst Honda dealerI called here for a recall, but they said they wouldn t fix the recall and told me to call Honda America. I made an appointment for oil change and went there. They completely ignored me and never greeted.

We bought an SUV. Nobody was pushy, the price was right, and we love the new addition. Pleasant experience all around.

Nick at Honda of Santa Fe was amazing! After searching the dealerships in Albuquerque, I found a car online and gave Honda of Santa Fe to see if it was still available and I spoke to Nick who was knew exactly what car I was calling about and gave me some info before I decided to make the drive up there. When I arrived, Nick was outside waiting and had the car out front ready for me to test drive. Nick was friendly, informative, and I felt that he truly advocated for me throughout the process as a first time buyer.Despite being a first time buyer, I was not an easy buyer by any means and Nick handled my stubbornness with ease and never made me feel like I wanted was something we couldn t achieve and was able to close the deal and make me happy. Nick truly went above and beyond for me, and I will always be grateful for his help. I dealt with a handful of car dealerships and car salespeople, but Nick really stood out from the rest and I would highly recommend this dealership because of him!

A big shout out to Andrew, Guillermo and Selena! (Also see bottom) They have consistently provided pleasant and professional service since my purchase in January. And Today I brought my vehicle in for my first routine service and, although they had unexpected back up, they explained the situation and there was hardly much of a delay after all.As I waited, I happened to be able to observe Guillermo's kind and informative manner with each customer that followed me. Everyone seemed to appreciate the warm welcome and great communication. Very uplifting! In fact, Guillermo even gave me a quick but helpful mini-lesson when I asked for details on checking oil with the dipstick design that was new to me.Lastly, but super inspiring, was the responsiveness I received just a few days ago-- I called early on a Saturday with a question that I believed was urgent. Jim Garcia, my sales person, and Greg Ryan who'd also helped with my purchase and Andrew, Service Specialist, all dropped what they were doing to ensure my car was indeed safe to drive. I felt very supported and reassured!!I can't tell you what it means to have this reliable group of individuals to count on for both regular service and urgent matters!! I depend so much on my Honda and now I know I can depend on them too! Huge thanks to you all at Honda of Santa Fe!!

DO NOT BUY A USED VEHICLE HERE! I was looking for a specific pre-owned vehicle and this dealership happened to have what I wanted. Unfortunately, after spending $28k dollars, they have completely neglected to offer what I would consider bare minimum customer service. When I test drove the vehicle, I was told they did a comprehensive mechanical inspection of the car. When I returned home (to Taos) with the vehicle, I realized there were two interior pieces that were broken and neglected by the service department. I called Gregory, the salesman, and he advised me to bring the vehicle in to have them repaired, which I did. The mechanic told me they were fixed and I once more drove the 1.5 hours home, only to realize that he had tried to 'fix' them with tape and glue, which didn't even last the drive home. I have since been into the dealership 3 separate times to have these same things fixed. Again, I live 1.5 hours away, so not a quick trip. It is now 7 months after purchase and these interior pieces have yet to be repaired. About 2 months after purchasing the vehicle, my brakes started to squeal, and when I took the car for its first oil change, they found that the dealership had placed the wrong air filter in my car. When I spend $28k on a car, I expect them to take their inspection seriously. I have complained to the sales manager as well as Gregory, who sold me the car, and have been ignored on all fronts. This dealership is negligent and has zero customer service skills. I do not recommend buying a vehicle here, especially not a pre-owned one.

We would like to thank Adrian for all his hard work with our recent purchase. Honda brought us to the dealership but Adrian secured the deal. Adrian worked hard to get us the right price. David in financing made sure we got the right financing. They both worked extra hard and made what is normally a painful experience into a good experience. We know we will enjoy our Odyssey even more knowing if a problem should arise, Honda of Santa Fe will be there for us because of the trust established at the beginning. Thanks guys and happy travels.

Ah-Yai-Yai! $21.69 made things right but what a challenge! My Honda Fit blew a spark plug which is more common with Honda vehicles than I imagined (after reading several honda fit reviews). Ivan, Salina, and James were professional and understanding. They made things right despite the challenges I faced with the Master Mechanic. The master mechanic claimed that there was no way that he could fix it because there was "no threads left in hole". Having been a mechanic in the military, I doubted his master mech. He then quoted me a repair total of $7,300 to replace the cylinder head and all the work involved. That is a lot of money for anyone and any repair. All-while, I paid $6,000 for the car so you can imagine that I would not consider paying that amount. Moreover, I knew that it would be rare if you could not rethread and use a helicoil repair kit. Regardless, I knew that any dealership mechanic would charge more for the labor than most auto shops in Santa. So if the master mech was correct, I would probably scrap the car for parts. If he was wrong, I would be able to save several bills and not fall victim to his suggested costly repair.***Update: I was able to get the car fixed by a local mechanic that charged me $500 (which included the additional work that the Master Mechanic left undone, credit $21.69). They cleaned up the mess that the Honda dealership left. Apparently, the master mechanic felt that he was doing me a favor by not putting the car back together (see pictures). Everything above the hood to the windshield was removed and not replaced. I found this interesting because I was told that I needed to give them time to put the car back together. I had the tow truck scheduled for 3 hours later. The non dealership mechanic said that all this work did not need to be done to get to the #2 Plug (it is required for #4 and 3#). ah-yai-yai!While there is a risk that this repair may not last, I believe that most people and most mechanics would try a $500 repair before recommending a $7,000 job. That is exactly what this ex-mechanic did! Full disclosure, I was a mechanic but not of cars. My hope in writing this review is to share my story with you and to let you know that its ok to get a second opinion on a repair. I paid additionally for a tow truck, but that is reflected in the total cost $500 (and tip to the awesome mechanic that fixed it)

Fastest most professional service I ve ever had! Friendly fast service professionals every step of the way. When I stepped in I was greeted with a friendly helpful disposition. I had a mirror that needed replacing and they were able to order it in 2 days for my 2018 Honda CR-V I purchased there. They gave me a loaner car very nice filled with gas. Two hours later I had a brand new mirror. Very impressed with the service I received.

The older dealer outside was super rude and intimidating. He was not trying to sell anything but bringing the point that everything is beyond my budget on the lot and it's not even worth looking. I had to leave and will go back to much nicer and more helpful dealers nearby for Kia.

Yeah... The young man who helped me and escorted me to my car when the service was done did a great job with customer service. Even when he didn't have an answer to my question he handled the conversation well and I was still satisfied with his responses. He was a smaller skinny kid with dark hair. I just appreciated him addressing my concerns and having comments in his back pocket that showed his customer service experience. All the employees did well. Tell the manager the crew made me feel a renewed excitement abit a purchase I made last year. I left with my complimentary car wash.... They missed a couple spots but I am still happy because everyone who engaged on conversation with me did well. I appreciate that. Thank you for taking care of me Santa Fe Subaru.

Service problems. They don't have enough people working there to even answer the phone. I tried time and time again for two days just to get through to the service department. When I did I asked the service employee why is so difficult to get through, I said why don't they hire more people. He said they have adds out to hire but nobody want to work there. I said most likely because you are not offering a fair wage. if they did they could find help. At this point they are just tooooo cheap to pay a decent wage. so the service SUCKS!

The service department is efficient, friendly and helpful. I wish they still had the courtesy shuttle. I have been pleased with SF Honda since I bought my last car here, and their level of quslity service will bring me back again for my next vehicle.

I'd suggest trying a different local mechanic first to get your Honda serviced. Selena at the front who was really nice, otherwise this place seems PRICEY. I came in with a check engine light. They charged me $350 to diagnose and fix an oil pressure switch: $60 for the switch - fine. But 1.5 hours of labor at $150/hr?! This is the highest dealer service cost that I've ever experienced combined a pretty slow repair of a simple part. AND THEN as an extra slap in the face an additional $29 for "waste disposal and shops supplies for repair". Personally I won't be going back unless I have no other choice.

I recently took my new Honda CR-V in for 15,000 service. Was told my tire tread was 4/32, documented on my service receipt. That didn't make sense with a new car so I asked and he said I should buy new tires and it was definitely 4/32. I didn't have the time so I took it to my local shop a few days later. Tires were 11/32 and didn't need to be replaced. What a dishonest money grab or gross incompetence. Either way I will never go back to this place and will stear anyone away who will listen.

They are very helpful. I brought my car in because of a wobbly tire and they were able to find the issue. I had earlier brought my car to a different Honda service center for the same issue but that other place wasn't able to figure it out.(Update) They were wrong about the cause. They said it was the tire but it was actually a bent rim.

Because they have so little inventory compared to the dealers in ABQ, they can risk giving you a firm price when you communicate via text or email, then flat out refuse to honor it when you show up. If you walk away, someone else will buy one of the few vehicles they have. And they'll offer you hundreds less for your trade than CarMax across the street.
