We had a fantastic experience here at Great little cars. An employee named Eddy was very helpful throughout the whole process of buying my vehicle. As well as the manager Tim. Throughout the whole process they were very informative, kept me updated about changes throughout my process of buying the vehicle. I would 100% recommend this vehicle shop, if you re looking for good reliable cars, and great customer service throughout your experience.

Wonderful experience all around. I was nervous and felt stressed about purchasing a car, but everyone at the dealership was great to work with. I came away feeling happy about the purchase, and they had a wide variety of the CRV / Subaru / Prius car types that I was able to select from. Would definitely buy from Great Little Cars again.

Great Little Cars is a great little place. It was an easy and professional transaction. Tim and the staff offered really good customer service. Even when it was busy, we felt well taken care of. If you're looking for a car - this is a good place to go. We highly recommend Great Little Cars.

I really appreciate that Great Little Cars offers quality used cars that are affordable and reliable. This is the first car that I've bought from a dealership so I was nervous about being pressured into buying more than I needed but I'm happy to say that my experience with GLC was pleasurable. I would recommend to others without hesitation.

I had what turned out to be a very positive experience with Great Little Cars. Originally I had purchased the cheapest car they had on the entire lot, and unfortunately, after a month or so it was having some issues. At that point I was past my warranty but Tim offered me my choice between a full refund or the full amount I paid to be applied toward another vehicle. I chose to use it toward another car. I've have had it for almost 2 months now with no issues...it runs great, everything works well, and it was very reasonably priced. Both Tim and Eddie were awesome to work with overall and I really appreciate the "mom and pop" service they offer rather than going to some big corporate used lot somewhere. Thanks again

If you need a good, reliable vehicle and want courteous and friendly help with choosing one, then you had better go here. The owners and staff spent hours with me choosing the perfect vehicle. I got a great SUV at a great price. Everyone was friendly and attentive. When I need another vehicle, which I doubt will be anytime soon, I will be back.This was not your "typical" used car buying experience with a not so "typical" selection. It was miles above typical. Do yourself a favor and buy from these great people.

This is my second time purchasing a vehicle from Great Little Cars. Tim and Eddy are friendly and helpful. Tim is always honest and willing to work with me. I highly recommend buying cars at Great Little Cars. They treat you like family, consider your needs and budget and get you a reliable car that will best suit you! Great selection of cars and wonderful Owner/ Not Corporate. It's so nice to still have a local owner and deal directly with those who really care about their business and reputation. GOLDEN! I got my wonderful Nissan Rogue, incredible shape, low mileage. I just think they vet their cars that they take in well. I would totally recommend buying a vehicle from this dealer!

Tim, Eddy, Adam and all the guys were great. Tim s wife too. All nice people. We ve had our RAV4 for a couple of months now and love it. We definitely feel like they are genuine and trustworthy people. They have some great little cars too!

I found my new used car, a 2007 Honda Accord 4 door sedan with 146k, well maintained, miles, and a v6 engine, at the Great Little Cars dealership on Cordova street in Santa Fe. The finding, and purchase, was an easy and fun experience, from the first time I walked on the lot on Tuesday morning, to driving off the lot with a freshly detailed new car yesterday afternoon.I landed in the right place at the right time. The Honda Accord had just been taken in, and was up for cleaning and detailing. . Eddie, the guy who showed me the car, told me it wouldn t last long, as it was a car lots of people would be interested in buying. I got what he was saying after having a look at the engine and interior, and put a deposit down to hold it. I made the deal with the owner of the lot, Tim Johnson, on Friday. He is a smart, kind and fun human being, and a good used car dealer who has a great local reputation after 26 years in business.From what everyone relays who has experience owning a Honda Accord, I expect the car will run well for a long time, and be low maintenance. It is a zesty dream to drive...the speedometer goes up to 160mph! I d forgotten how lovely it can feel to just cruise along in a comfortable car with a good stereo. It s a good feeling, and it s nice to feel secure driving it.The guys at Great Little cars were fun, informative and respectful.

I picked up my new ride yesterday and there is no doubt in my mind that I made the right choice in buying from Great Little Cars! Tim and the team there made it a pleasure to experience the vehicles I was considering as well as giving me the space to make the right choice for my situation. And it felt great to shop locally too! GLC has a great selection of Subarus and other used cars for any budget. Eddie was incredibly knowledgeable about all of the inventory and helped us to find the perfect car for our needs. I am really glad we did business, very friendly and courteous. Very helpful to top it. They did the best possible to have us happy and comfortable with our pick and our price. I was hoping it was fare for all and for both the dealer and the buyer and that is exactly how it was.Also as we were looking at the car all exited we missed to see that the key-hole on the driver's side had been previously tryed to get broken into and it was broken and yet I showed the owner talk to him about it and he gladly and respectful exchanged it for me along with a gas sensor that was foulty.They set me with a very polite and helpful mechanic named Adam Griego, he set me up quick and got me right back on my way. I am definitely glad we did business with them.

Tim and the folks at Great Little Cars are so accommodating and really has some of the best used cars around. They have mechanics on-site to assist.This is a perfect place for Santa Fe, since I have turned on other friends that bought cars here. They are set up to get low-interest loans as well. He looks far and wide for these cars so you will surely find something great!

Had a great experience purchasing our Prius V from Great Little Cars. When we first arrived to check out the vehicle Eddy was quick to greet us and show us around the car. Taking it for a test drive was as simple as giving a copy of our ID with instructions to "not go over 100 mph." Once we decided that we wanted to move forward with purchasing the Prius Tim got us going quickly on financing paperwork. He has a good relationship with a local credit union and was able to get us in contact with an underwriter stat to get our loan approval underway. All in all it was a great car buying experience. If you're looking for a new to you car definitely check out what Great Little Cars has to offer!

What a great experience! Tim and Forrest in the sales department are fantastic - friendly, knowledgeable (exceptionally so since they both drive Prius and that is what I bought), and no pressure tactics. We talked frankly about what I needed and what I had to spend and they put me into a great car with low miles for a fantastic price. I'm pleased. Also, they have a service division for inspecting and detailing the cars, as well as oil changes and the like - Adam in Service area is top notch. I highly recommend Great Little Cars!

For the past 50 years I have dreaded buying cars and put it off far too long. Two years ago, on I-25 just outside of Santa Fe, the drive shaft on my beloved 25-year-old 4runner snapped and smashed the car s underside. I had it towed to my mechanic who said it was unrepairable. I asked him what I should do and he said, I d go to Great little Cars which is just down the road a couple miles . The name rang a bell and I remembered many years ago my wife had bought a car there for our daughter, which she still drives.At Great Little Cars they listened carefully to my need for a vehicle I could use to both ford the Pecos River on an extreme 4wd road as well as drive to town. They showed me many options and price ranges. They recommended their Rav4. They taught me to drive it (it had an automatic transmission which was new to me!) and provided me with a meticulously detailed account of the vehicle s history. I bought it and then my anxieties kicked in. Had I paid too much, should I have spent more and bought a newer higher clearance vehicle etc.? Now, two years later I realize these anxious questions are unanswerable, but Great Little Cars was the perfect place for me because their research into all their vehicles history let me know exactly what I was getting. If I ever have to buy another car Great Little Cars is where I ll go. I highly recommend them.

Took my trade to Great Little Cars not expecting anything; they were generous, honest, and professional! A few bad reviews(apples) can spoil a whole bunch! But seriously; you have to check out the car completely. I bought an old 2000 model(136k miles; V70r Volvo wagon), and it was pristine! A good friend owned one; he got 340k miles from his( and he was mechanic 35+ years)! Got lucky someone else didn't pick it up! Station wagon for station wagon! Thank you Adam, Tim, and Joy. Keeping things on the up and up; sometimes used car dealers can get caught up in bad deal with SOMEONE selling them junk; THEY DO THEIR best! Kudos to them all; for professionalism, courtesy, and being truthful. STOP BY OFTEN; There are some really sweet garaged deals hiding in the neighborhood! I will be back; if this one doesn't last me forever! Not the actual VOLVO; but it's nicer!

Stay away from this place. I bought a car from Tim and after had some issues with it. Contacted Tim and he always gave me some lame excuse about getting it fixed, never returns your phone calls. Typical POS used car salesman.

Tim, his wife, Eddie, Josh, Jose & Adam have been so friendly and helpful everytime I've stopped by. I lost my previous car in an accident on the ice in Colorado, and have never bought from a dealer before.... So needless to say I was stressed and nervous.... but they took lots of time w me to answer all of my questions, and saw to it that I felt good about my purchase.Add to that, an awesome selection of used cars -- they're always getting new ones in, and Tim, the owner, was even able to find the exact car & price range I was looking for!Gave me all the confidence I needed with the used car buying process.
