SCAM, SCAM, SCAM. Stay far far away from this dealership!I went into the dealership to look at the Kona Electric Limited. It's a gorgeous car and I was very excited about the prospect of owning one. Currently, Hyundai is offering a lease deal of $242 a month for 24 months. This is before taxes, titles, fees, etc so it might end up being a little bit more, but I would expect no more than $300 a month.After talking with the salesman and the salesmanager they told me that they could give me the lease for $800 a month!!!!!! I am a "well qualified buyer" who currently owns another Hyundai vehicle. I tried to understand how they got the number but they were unable to provide any legitimate reason why a lease on a 43k car would be so high. For reference, the Lucid Air, a 70k car is leasing for $650 a month.For anyone looking to get a good deal on a vehicle, this is not the dealership to go too. They think they can get away with scamming people because they're the only Hyundai dealership in Santa Fe. The owner of this dealership should be ashamed of themselves. This is just sad.There's a reason that the parking lot is so full of cars that there's barely a spot for the customer to park.

I have always received great care and service at Fiesta Hyundai in Santa Fe. Still, after more than 9 years with my Sonata Eco, they are the place where I have my car serviced. Ovy and Eric at the front desk are courteous as well as good at communicating and explaining the service and upcoming needs of my car. I will continue relying on Fiesta Hyundai.

Very good experience here. Skyler and Harold helped get my monthly payment to what I could afford while being professional and maintaining their job responsibilities. I felt heard and process went fairly quickly to get me off driving in my new car. Friendly and great service all around. It took me 3 weeks to get an appointment for my oil change. I called and nobody answered and the voice mail was full. When I finally got a hold of the service guy, I told him about the 3 weeks trying to get in touch with service and he couldn t care less. He went ahead and gave me the appointment without any apologies or explanation. You should put more input in your customer service.

Management has recently changed here and not for the better. I stopped by at the end of last week looking for a car and instead of being greeted and shown options (I already knew what I had in mind) I was met with several individuals who could care less. A few hours prior I called to make sure they had the vehicles I was looking for at the store and they did. However, whoever picked up the phone was incredibly short-tempered and did not know what was going on. The woman on the phone told me they stopped working at 5 and that I should come back on a different day as I was already en route. Once I arrived at the store a gentleman attempted to help me but was not knowledgeable on the car I was test driving. When I went inside and asked for a manager I was met with a woman and a binder who told me "Better luck that car is gone." Which is fine however when I called and asked they told me on the phone it was still available. She could not care less and if I am being honest you are in the wrong profession.

Always nice to come to the dealership. I came in for an oil change and ended up buying four new tires and an alignment and some other things, which took a while, but it s all done now. And the coffee was great.

Salesmen are friendly and great, however once the car is yours it is almost impossible to reach someone by call to get your vehicle serviced. Call another mechanic shop or change your oil yourself with a YouTube tutorial. Disappointing

Buying a car can be such a pain. I went to all the dealers in town and even a few In ABQ. Practically all the other dealers acted like this was the 1970's with pressure tactics, tag team negotiating, outrageous dealer "premiums" and add-ons, etc. Eddie and Jack and Kilee made the entire process one of mutual respect and mutual benefit. I got a great car at a great price and I assume they made a reasonable (i.e. not gouging) profit. They were patient with me and worked out a price that was very reasonable despite the high demand for the car I was interested in. Eddie even drove the car out to my home so I could do a test drive. After the sale Eddie has been great on following up and making sure my questions and needs were taken care of. I HIGHLY recommend Fiesta Hyundai!

Brought our Santa Fe in it's first service, greeted when we arrived, very friendly, gave us a time frame for the service check, showed us wait area. Service manager gave us update and recommendations. We were in agreement, got our vehicle soon after. Good visit, very pleased. Thank you.

Easy to get an appointment for a service by phone. Check in was quick and easy with the car being completed on time. The only negative I would say is maybe they could do with a sign indi acting where the service entrance / desk is. Or maybe it was there and I missed it.

Everything was done to perfection that needed to be done. Octaviano Vigil, my long time Master Service Advisor takes care of my car like an experienced compassionate medical doctor takes care of people. I'm confident that my Hyundai Sonata will last for another 100,000 miles under the expert care of Mr. Vigil and the Fiesta Hyundai service department.

Extremely disappointed with the service department. Ovy was rude, condescending and just looked plain annoyed. My 2022 car needed a lot of service done. I should be annoyed. He told me I was putting wrong fuel in it, and had the audacity to flip his screen around and google the type of fuel that should go in it. As I mentioned the type of fuel that is stated IN THE MANUAL, he said the manual wasn't correct because of the conditions here. My car was having the same issues in Florida. He said that's because of lower elevation. Um. Which state should I be driving in then,sir? Low and behold, his google search proved that I was correct and instead of apologizing for his error he just became more annoyed. He had an excuse for everything. Said it would take a few days for them to just diagnose my car. I advised i would need a loaner as this is my only vehicle. He said they didn't have any. Which i get, smaller town. Said his code reader wasn't picking up any codes. Even though the check engine light was on. I did leave my car for about an hour. But was so uneasy that I actually told him to stop work and I will take it elsewhere. When I returned, he stated they had already done an oil change. I do not believe this was done. I do not trust a thing this man says or does. I am completely flabbergasted with this whole ordeal. The service form that they gave me, also had a ton of spelling errors. Which I found comical.

While traveling around the Midwest from southern Texas, we usually travel during daylight hours. However, with the Daylight Savings time change we found ourselves driving at night in Santa Fe and notice a headlight was out. I called Hyundai Santa Fe and they said appointments were 45days out. I explained our travel situation and they were able to replace the bulb in the headlight within two hours. I know bulbs are usually easy to replace- but I am elderly and not into fixing anything to do with cars. Thanks to Octaviano and Jose for taking care of me and making my drive back home safer.

I just bought a car at Fiesta Hyundai and it was a great experience. Everyone was helpful from the sales manager to the finances gentleman and Skyler. I especially thank Harold Vigil for his kind patience and amazing product knowledge. I felt that I had met a new friend by the time I was finished buying my car. I would not hesitate to recommend Fiesta Hyundai.

Fantastic service department; they make the Albuquerque Hyundai service centers look like clowns.I waited such a long time for this place to get EV certified but I recently learned they are going to lose their EV guy . That is a real bummer, which will force me to have to once again rely on the clowns in ABQ. I hope they can replace him sooner than later.

Finance guy couldn't even help me or a Salesman man very Rude people will never go over to Hyundai again...don't recommend this place you get ignored....if your in Sales you should always help any customer that walks thru the door......will take my business elsewhere..........not a professional place.........

Great customer service! Car dealers usually tell you things to sell vehicles, then do not follow through on their promises! This dealer specifically David and Jimmy walk their talk ! As a retired upper manager for a major airline, I understand how important it is to take care of your customers! Customer retention is vital when you have extreme competition! I ve dealt with many car dealers over the years, but none as personable, professional, and truthfulas this one! I give these guys 10 stars and will always return to buy from them in the future! You should buy from them too!

Stay away if you re looking to purchase an EV . They will not honor Hyundai lease deals EVEN for well qualified buyers . Archaic dealership practices , go to Texas if you want a Hyundai EV. Or go to Pojoaque for a Tesla

Service is excellent! I took my car in for an oil change. They found dirty air filters, showed them to me and alerted me to brake fluid in need of flush, bleed and fill. My Azera was returned in an hour or so clean and shiny. Fantastic dealership!
